Useful and productive course
It was a very useful and productive classes. The Jeronimo's speech was clear, he was open everytime to questions and doubts. Maybe I missed one extra day to make public some specific situations from our experience and find solutions together.

Didactic, fun and useful experience

100% recommended even you are already working as scrum master
Already working as scrum master but having a lack of knowledge on some areas due to self-training. I've identified lots of things I've been doing wrong and I've learned lots more that I will try to apply on my day-to-day basis. Duration, contents and support from trainers has been really good. Lots of examples and possible solutions to real issues we are facing at the moment. 100% recommended.

Jerónimo's PSPO training "progressively to better"
The most valuable thing has been Jerónimo's experience and real scenarios shared with the class. From his words is very obvious he has a vast knowledge of SCRUM and how to apply it in real businesses and easier to understand SCRUM values. Was amazing.
Taking into account it was a PSPO class I was expecting less SCRUM basic theory, more hands-on and feedback to our proposals. I know these trainings have very limited time, that is why stoping in basic SCRUM too much some times was disappointing. I missed dedicating more time on the thinking exercises to inspect how people ideas' were resolving them.
In this regard, Tuesday's morning has met my expectations but Monday, was for me, kind of too quick over too many things (or too heavy exercises) without personalised feedback (to each team approach).

Excellent training. High quality materials, both physical and downloadable. Great expertise from the trainer. Jerónimo facilitated the class making it look as if it was easy. Loads of real field cases combined with practical exercises to better understand the concepts. Great listener with patience and time for everyone. All in all I wouldn't hesitate recommending this training to anyone interested. Bravo.

During the 2 days that the course has lasted they have not stopped surprising us so much Jerónimo as Alberto in the form that they have given the course, since it was not as we expected and it was very pleasant to be interacting constantly with us and helping us to know that it is in reality a Scrum Master without realizing it, since they made us think about looking for the solutions through diverse exercises instead of telling us it directly.
