I Didn't Receive a Welcome Message to Complete My Account Registration

Occasionally Scrum.org notification emails are caught in a spam filter due to network security or firewall settings. Please first check your spam or junk mail folder for a message with the subject "Account details for [your name] at Scrum.org".

To prevent missed messages from us moving forward, we suggest adding info@scrum.org and support@scrum.org to your email client’s friendly contacts and safe-senders list in order to receive important communications from us.

If you are still unable to find the email to complete your registration after adding support@scrum.org to your safe senders list, please click the "forgot password" link, and instructions will be sent to your updated email address.
