Bas enjoys guiding organizations through large scale agile transformations. He switches between ensuring progress of the transformation and coaching leaders. Bas is a Professional Scrum Trainer for Scrum.org and has a broad knowledge on and experience with agile transformations.
He is author of the book Agile Transformeren, which is available in Dutch, German and English. The book describes the Prowareness approach to agile transformations. It is based on experiences with over a hundred agile transformations and is filled with many practical examples.
