Great learning experience at a great location
The training was at a great location. The trainer has a lot of skills, almost never uses the slides but just finds great exercices to get the theory in your head.

Great teacher
Sander is a really good teacher who uses lots of real-life examples. He talks with the class a lot, and we get to do practical assignments and share our own experiences. The class moves at a good speed, not too fast or too slow, and we can dive into things without spending too much time on one thing.

I liked the very practice-focused…
I liked the very practice-focused approach during the training. Rather than "sit back and enjoy the ride", this was a "you better work on your own development" kinda training. Also tailored to our business.

Super interactive, very insightful and fun!
One of the most interactive trainings I have ever attended! A wealth of exercises and case studies that really make you think and therefore enhance deep understanding and learning! Sander is super knowledgeable and great facilitator who can create a positive and fun learning atmosphere! Thank you for everything Sander! :)

A really valuable training perfectly handled !
Sander was a great Trainor! He perfectly handled the 4x4 hours trainings, keeping my attention during the whole time and cut theorical stuffs with practical examples, from his own experience as well as group uses cases, which kept the whole training interesting.
He was benevolent and made us feel comfortable.

5* course thanks to a 5* trainer
Sander Dur made this course interesting, engaging, on top of providing real life examples to Scrum usage. I honestly came in with very low expectations (expected to have another boring trainer and waste precious working hours during the training). I cannot recommend Sander enough as an awesome, resourceful and dedicated trainer. He was always there to answer any question, and to ask the really important questions, too.

A great mix of theory and assignments…
A great mix of theory and assignments to work on in small groups. I had a nice recap of the theory (after 4 years of being a PO :-) ) and wrote down some practical things to work on now I'm in the role of Scrum Master. Sander has lots of experience both as a trainer and in the role of Scrum Master out in the field.

Great dynamic training without a dull moment
The training was not dead by powerpoint but minimal slides and maximal interaction. Really a dynamic training which made you never get bored.

Sander is one of the best out there to train you!
Very knowledgeful trainer. Sander is patient, and open to listen to what you have to say. He has a nice way of putting things into perspective which is very good to understand. The examples he gives are real life where we can compare the issues with.

Fun and Interactive class

It was very interactive, and complimented my current experience.
