Gregor hat das Seminar super geleitet. Aufgrund seiner Expertise hatte er auf jede Frage eine Antwort. Die Gruppendynamik hat gut gepasst, sodass ich in den zwei Tagen sehr viele Informationen für mich mitnehmen konnte und mich sehr gut auf die Prüfung "Scrum Master I" vorbereitet fühle.

Das Training hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Theorie und Basiswissen mit vielen aktiven Übungen aufgelockert und direkt verknüpft. Die Gestaltung der zwei Tage waren einfach sehr gut und Neugierde, Motivation und Konzentration während der Dauer waren immer voll da, es war einfach super interessant und von Gregor perfekt gestaltet. Danke! 😊

Very interactive training with many aha-moments, which you never realise in this form by simply reading training materials, but only by experiencing and participating. Great instructor who conveys the learning content in a clever, entertaining way and always in dialogue with the group, making it tangible. The exam preparation was excellent and even went beyond the course days. For me personally, it was a very good experience, which ended with me passing the PSM1 certificate and which I am very happy to recommend to anyone interested in Scrum. Many thanks to Gregor from leadovation for this great experience.

I attended the PSM2 course with Gregor Stuhldreier. I liked that we discussed a lot of real life situations and Gregor gave insights how we could act as Scrum Masters. I recommend the courses.

Viele verschiedene Übungen, die die Theorie auflockern und auch der Spaß kommt nicht zu kurz. Gregor geht auf die Teilnehmer ein und ich hatte zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, dass er authentisch aus seiner Erfahrung spricht. Im Nachgang bekamen wir Tipps für die Prüfungsvorbereitung und ich war damit bestens auf das Assessment vorbereitet - wobei ich aus dem Kurs viel mehr mitgenommen habe, als nur das Scrum-Zertifikat...

Easy to follow along class, Gregor managed to go over all the material in the time with leaving enough time for questions and clarifications as well. The class was fun and I feel well prepared for both the test as well as my role in the company.

Als erfahrene Informatiklehrerin, die regelmäßig Softwareprojekte mit ihren Schülern durchführt und diese gerne mit SCRUM realisieren möchte, war ich auf der Suche nach einer professionellen Fortbildung. Ich hatte zuvor an anderen Scrum-Fortbildungen von Lehrern teilgenommen, die jedoch unprofessionell waren und meine Erwartungen nicht erfüllt haben. Doch dann fand ich das Training mit Gregor Stuhldreier und meine Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt! Das zweitägige Training fand in einem hellen Konferenzraum statt, der perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse war. Wir wurden bestens versorgt mit Snacks, Getränken und Mittagessen, sodass wir uns voll und ganz auf das Training konzentrieren konnten. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und produktiv, was eine angenehme Lernumgebung geschaffen hat. Besonders beeindruckend war die aktive Einbindung der Teilnehmer. Die kleine Gruppe erarbeitete die Inhalte gemeinsam und wir konnten diese aktiv mitgestalten. Die Inhalte zum Product Owner wurden ebenfalls angeschnitten, um die Zusammenhänge im SCRUM-Prozess deutlich zu machen. Die Erarbeitung der Inhalte erfolgte analog u.a. mit Flipchartpostern und Stickynotes, die im Raum aufgehängt wurden. So hatten wir die Ergebnisse immer vor Augen und konnten sie besser verstehen und behalten. Zwei Tage nach dem Training fand ein Online-Meeting statt, in dem offene Fragen geklärt wurden und Tipps zur Prüfungsvorbereitung gegeben wurden. Dies zeigte das Engagement des Referenten, Gregor Stuhldreier, für das Lernen seiner Teilnehmer auch nach dem Training. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt war, dass alle von uns erstellten Poster digitalisiert wurden und wir sie herunterladen konnten. Insgesamt war das Training mit Gregor Stuhldreier eine herausragende Erfahrung. Die professionelle Präsentation der Inhalte, die aktive Einbindung der Teilnehmer, die entspannte und produktive Atmosphäre sowie die praktischen Übungen haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich kann das Training jedem empfehlen, der Scrum professionell lernen und ausbauen möchte. Volle Punktzahl!

Real life examples The training contained great discussion about real examples and how to adapt and use the learned things in our environment.

Gregor is a very good Scrum Coach with deep agile understanding. I loved the use of Liberating Sctructures during my Professional Scrum Master II Class.

Great Training Focus was more about learning and really understanding Advanced Scrum instead of just plain certification test preparation.

Die Inhalte wurden sehr gut vermittelt und das Training hat großen Spaß gemacht. Der Aufbau des Trainings hat dazu geführt, dass die Inhalte selbstständig erarbeitet werden konnten, sodass diese nachhaltig im Kopf bleiben. Ich würde dieses Training jedem weiterempfehlen!

I enjoyed the PSM course with Gregor and also learned a lot. He has a positive and friendly attitude and also a broad knowledge in the agile field. He gave us some valuable insights of his own experiences in different companies and the case studies were also very helpful.

Gregor's teaching went far beyond what is just required for the test. Further, he was very available and dedicated to make us best prepared for the test, even after the training.

The trainer was great. The small course size and the familiar atmosphere created an open learning atmosphere from the beginning, which was constantly maintained throughout the whole training. I would attend further trainings under this trainer at any time.

It was overall enjoyable and helpful, the team size was good and the trainer relaxed and professional. I would have liked a bit less "by the book" and more apliable case studies to make it more effective. I expect this will be part of II and III

I think this was a wonderful course for someone who knows not really much about SCRUM and wants to learn. It definetely helped to understand the concept. The trainer was a really helpful and professional person who took the time to explain everyones questions. I would do it again and I would appreciate also having the same trainer!

Our "Scrum Master" Gregor is a funny guy who makes the class easy to follow. With lots of interaction and an open minded way it was not like school but a two days which I enjoyed. Lets see if I also manage to pass the exam that easy ;)

Gregor conducted a true eye-opening workshop: Helpful insights, providing the basis for new ideas, as well as made the purpose and importance of Scrum clear. Gregor hat es geschafft die dichten Lerninhalte mit Empathie, Charisma und sehr großem didaktischen Verständnis äusserst wirksam zu vermitteln. Das Seminar war eine sehr gute Vorbereitung auf das PSM1 Zertifikat. (Seminar in Deutsch, Doku und Visualisierung in Englisch). Gregor schafft es mit seinem Humor die richtige Energie in die Gruppe zu bringen und hat immer die zeitliche Übersicht (Time-boxing at it´s best). Sein Talent, die Visualisierung und die Betextung der Inhalte am Board optisch sehr ansprechend zu gestalten und sehr gut zu strukturieren macht die Ergebnisse auch im Nachhinein immer wieder (ohne die Gefahr von Augenkrebs) nutzbar. Ich würd´s wieder bei ihm buchen.

Highly enjoyable and informative class that helps understanding the principles and values of Scrum and what to focus on as a Scrum Master. A lot of break-out sessions help discovering different aspects of what is important within a Scrum Team and how to avoid common traps and misconceptions. I would recommend this course to people who want to become a Scrum Master and even to Scrum Masters who already have experiences and want some insights on their experiences on what to do differently in the future. Gregor made sure everyone was equally involved and engaged with the course and took a lot of time answering questions (some even after the course itself). Excellent Training which I would recommend to anybody who wants to gain deeper knowledge on Scrum.

The training took place online and was held in german language. It was very interactive and collaborative with great methods of visualization and online didactics. Gregor encouraged all participants to contribute their questions and their knowledge. Many questions were answered and the definitions of the Scrum Guide were clearly broken down, contextualized and made tangible for real application. There were also a lot of methods and practical tips.

It was two interesting days in which the group worked out a lot independently. The discussions were always well moderated and it was a very pleasant togetherness. Value was also created in the direction of preparation for certification.

This course contains all of the topics needed to pass the PSM 1 exam, in a compact and well visualized form. Still there was enough time for in-depth questions which were answered thoroughly by the coach Gregor Stuhldreier, so you felt really well prepared for the exam.

Engaging class with a motivated instructor. Even though the class was performed fully online via MSTeams, Gregor managed to foster an atmosphere of active participation among the attendees. His clear explanations and his lively drawings were engaging and fun. After the two day course, I felt very well prepared for the upcoming Scrum Master exam.

Gregor was a very good Trainer. We discussed the theoretical background and matched it with our practical experiences from the company. It was a great training to get to know the basics of agile and Scrum.

the training took place in a small group of 3 people in a training room. Due to the size and different experiences with projects, many good ideas and approaches were discussed. Gregor as a trainer was top - it was a lot of fun. He was able to respond to everyone. It was not a PowerPoint battle but a lot of FlipChart as well as group work.

Despite the Covid situation, I was looking for an in-person class. Training was great and fulfilled my expectations. Trainer was competent and provided a good mixture of content and entertainment. Covid safety measures were well balanced and did not affect the training in a negative way. All in all I would recommend the class I attended to others. Only drop of bitterness for me was: While I come from an industrial context, the training was quite focused on software development. Having said that, the degree of abstraction could have been higher from my perspective.

The trainer was very competent and explained the content in a very simple way. So I could easily follow all information. Also the digital format was well structured. He gave us the chance to meet him again in a digital workspace to ask questions which came up while learning for the test.
