Responsive Advisors’ PSPO 3-day training class was great. Class material was organized and Scrum.org curriculum was followed. The instructor allowed great discussion with other product owners talking about real-world problems and how to solve them.

I really enjoyed the diverse backgrounds and time to discuss with the instructor as well as my classmates. I appreciated the time Greg took to talk about Scrum and Agile concepts we did not understand, know, or (sometimes) agree with. It was good discussion and learning.

Class was interactive and quite fun
Class was interactive and quite fun. The instructor was able to get majority of the attendants to participate in all the discussions and activities. On certain occasions, it did fell like there are too many breakout sessions in this course and shifting gears quickly between the class material and the breakout activities, was a challenge at times.

Excellent class! The instructor, Greg, was very thorough, engaging and animated, as well as passionate for the topic. Lots of real-world examples and hands-on especially on the second day. I like that the class rules encouraged us to remain on camera all the time, which forced us to remain engaged, with the instructor and each other. I love that the class and the company have a well-recognized reputation and stand behind the certifications provided. Everything is well set up and I learned lots of information toward my test/certification as well as for my day-to-day work. Thanks!

A lot of great information planned within a 2 day class. Gregory kept the class entertaining and the participates focused on what the core material was referencing at that point in time. I loves the break out group activities, as it really allowed you to put your understanding to test!

Empirical!
This was an outstanding training! Empirical, engaging, valuable! It goes beyond PSM 1 test preparation. I liked how we practiced the theory and had lots of case studies. A smaller group size promoted active participation. Greg is very passionate about the topic and makes the learning process fun.

Overall, Nice Job!
It was hard to hear sometimes. The addition of the mic the second day was helpful but it wasn't always used. The white board and sticky pads were a little hard to see from the back of the room. Several times when we were to do group activities, my table was unclear about what we were supposed to do and when the slides disappeared from the screen we didn't have anything to reference. (We forgot that it might be in the booklet). Maybe offer more re-inforcement of definitions of key words. I keep forgetting what empiricism is and it would have been nice for a reminder along the way when the word was used.
The practical examples from real world scenarios you had been involved with helped. The short breaks every hour worked well. Greg was very engaging and animated which was nice. Maggie was more practical. Something for everyone. Overall, nice job.

The class was very engaging and full of great information. I still feel as there is so much more to learn. One thing I was suggest is to start the class a few hours earlier as ending at 5PM is pretty late.

Changed my Perception of Scrum
Engaging, Memorable, & Inspiring
I went into the course a bit skeptical of the benefits of Scrum, having seen some painful attempts at integration before. After this class, I realize I had a misconception of what Scrum is, and see so much benefit it can bring to an organization. This class heavily centered around the value that a PO and Scrum Team can bring, and gave solid advice and examples of how to be accountable and build trust with stakeholders. Greg was excellent. I can't wait to begin utilizing what I learned here in my own workplace.

Great presentation of Scrum framework and practice
I really enjoyed Greg Crown's class and how he presented the information. Having had some Scrum experience in the past, it was good to get a refresher as well as learn some of the changes that have occurred. A lot of the examples and the group work really helped reinforce the concepts to help apply them to our day-to-day jobs.

Highly recommended PSM I class
I joined this class with zero Scrum experience and very little knowledge. During the class, Gregory, our teacher, was kind, funny and detailed on his explanations helping my learning process. His experience definitely enriched the class. This was a virtual class that is in itself a challenging environment but again, I had a great experience that I highly recommend. Gregory was sensible to everybody's needs and able to combine our different levels of knowledge and experience. The tasks and group discussions were also a great part of my learning. Thank you.

Exceeded my expectations
This class by far exceeded my expectations! I thought it would be difficult to sit in a virtual learning session for two days. Greg was probably one of the best trainers (if not the best) trainer I’ve every had. He kept it up beat, collaborative, engaging, and fun! He really made the class what it was.

No rock of mental block will be left unturned
I like how the link between different notions from the Scrum guide were outlined and linked together in a holistic fashion. It made it easier for me to remember and understand them, as well as triggering thoughts about their application in the students' specific contexts. Greg is not trying to teach you the steps to becoming a perfect Product Owner but rather give you the tools and his experience's insights to come into your own using the Scrum framework. We had a dynamic and talkative group and he addressed our concerns and questions in details and with relevant examples. No rock of mental block was left unturned. I highly recommend his class to anyone struggling to understand how accountabilities, events and artifacts work together towards agile product management.

The interactive approach of the class helps participants clearly grasp the complex concepts of the Product Owner role. The presentations used in the class were likewise very helpful. For an online class, the instructor effectively conducted the class and the 2-day 8 hrs classes went by so fast. The instructor was very cognizant of student's welfare, very engaging, approachable, and takes extra effort to clarify student's questions. Overall, this is a great class in preparing for the assessment.

Enjoyable class, fantastic instructor
As someone with minimal knowledge of Scrum, Greg did a great job explaining the core concepts. The class materials were well presented, with lots of humour mixed in along the way! I especially enjoyed participating in the breakout sessions with other class participants as they helped to reinforce the learning.

Exceptional, fun, thought-provoking course!
The course was organized and run extremely well by Greg Crown, eliciting participation and thinking from all attendees to facilitate learning. The course covered all the information that is needed to take the PSM exam, but more importantly, provided a strong understanding of how to really be a scrum master. One of the simulations of a case study was exceptional, driving home the learning in a way I will always remember.

This class was well structured and very helpful in preparing for the exam. We got a lot of real world examples, and worked in small teams to come up with solutions of our own. It was a very interactive and educational experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to learn scrum.
I have been wanting to do scrum training for a long time, but could never find a class close enough to go. The online option finally made it available for me and I feel that I got just as much out of it as I would have out of an on site training, maybe a bit more.

The ideal (virtual) class for PSM
Even though the class was fully virtual due to Covid19 - Greg managed to make the best out of this class by combining theory with real life business cases, team assignments, at a good pace and a really good portion of humor.
If you're looking for a complete course without being overwhelmed and that helps you really understand the whole SCRUM thinking, would definitely recommend! Thanks Greg!

The class was great, Russell and Greg were very patient, helpful and explained the terms, answered all our questions as many times as needed to ensure we fully understood. One aspect I would change is the 1st day. I felt that we spent too much time on introducing ourselves and preparing for the learning experience. One aspect I would keep: the working agreement and revisiting it at the start of every day.

Engaging Scrum Fundamentals Training
This training was not like other workshops I have attended. It was engaging, hands on and applicable. The sessions were structured to stimulate conversation and thought - not just talked at all day.
I feel I have walked away with more knowledge and confidence on Scrum Fundamentals and feel prepared to apply to my real life. Rich and Greg made the class fun and interactive - even for introverts like me!

Lots of Fun, Great Learning, Highly Recommend
Really loved the class. Learned a lot and how Scrum will work and why it possibly wont work for my team. Great group of people with lots of different perspectives which is always fun. Some of the learning was a little rushed especially on the last day. Would have loved to have spent more time really drilling into some of the concepts more. Overall, highly recommend.

It was a very good class. Really liked the instructors. A lot of content for 2 days. In a non-covid environment I think the length of the class is fine, since the members can have further discussions during breaks/after class. Since I was familiar with the concepts, the class length was fine. However, it may have been difficult had I not had prior knowledge. Overall though, I would recommend this class and the instructors.

Overall, Nice Job!
It was hard to hear sometimes. The addition of the mic the second day was helpful but it wasn't always used. The white board and sticky pads were a little hard to see from the back of the room. Several times when we were to do group activities, my table was unclear about what we were supposed to do and when the slides disappeared from the screen we didn't have anything to reference. (We forgot that it might be in the booklet). Maybe offer more re-inforcement of definitions of key words. I keep forgetting what empiricism is and it would have been nice for a reminder along the way when the word was used.
The practical examples from real world scenarios you had been involved with helped. The short breaks every hour worked well. Greg was very engaging and animated which was nice. Maggie was more practical. Something for everyone. Overall, nice job.

The class was very engaging and full of great information. I still feel as there is so much more to learn. One thing I was suggest is to start the class a few hours earlier as ending at 5PM is pretty late.

Great Experience
It was a great experience. I have enjoyed the class very much although I was worried of the long duration of the class. the instructor was able to keep us engaged at all times and learn the material very well. The course and the instructor are highly recommended.

Changed my Perception of Scrum
Engaging, Memorable, & Inspiring
I went into the course a bit skeptical of the benefits of Scrum, having seen some painful attempts at integration before. After this class, I realize I had a misconception of what Scrum is, and see so much benefit it can bring to an organization. This class heavily centered around the value that a PO and Scrum Team can bring, and gave solid advice and examples of how to be accountable and build trust with stakeholders. Greg was excellent. I can't wait to begin utilizing what I learned here in my own workplace.

Great presentation of Scrum framework and practice
I really enjoyed Greg Crown's class and how he presented the information. Having had some Scrum experience in the past, it was good to get a refresher as well as learn some of the changes that have occurred. A lot of the examples and the group work really helped reinforce the concepts to help apply them to our day-to-day jobs.

Highly recommended PSM I class
I joined this class with zero Scrum experience and very little knowledge. During the class, Gregory, our teacher, was kind, funny and detailed on his explanations helping my learning process. His experience definitely enriched the class. This was a virtual class that is in itself a challenging environment but again, I had a great experience that I highly recommend. Gregory was sensible to everybody's needs and able to combine our different levels of knowledge and experience. The tasks and group discussions were also a great part of my learning. Thank you.

Exceeded my expectations
This class by far exceeded my expectations! I thought it would be difficult to sit in a virtual learning session for two days. Greg was probably one of the best trainers (if not the best) trainer I’ve every had. He kept it up beat, collaborative, engaging, and fun! He really made the class what it was.

No rock of mental block will be left unturned
I like how the link between different notions from the Scrum guide were outlined and linked together in a holistic fashion. It made it easier for me to remember and understand them, as well as triggering thoughts about their application in the students' specific contexts. Greg is not trying to teach you the steps to becoming a perfect Product Owner but rather give you the tools and his experience's insights to come into your own using the Scrum framework. We had a dynamic and talkative group and he addressed our concerns and questions in details and with relevant examples. No rock of mental block was left unturned. I highly recommend his class to anyone struggling to understand how accountabilities, events and artifacts work together towards agile product management.

The interactive approach of the class helps participants clearly grasp the complex concepts of the Product Owner role. The presentations used in the class were likewise very helpful. For an online class, the instructor effectively conducted the class and the 2-day 8 hrs classes went by so fast. The instructor was very cognizant of student's welfare, very engaging, approachable, and takes extra effort to clarify student's questions. Overall, this is a great class in preparing for the assessment.

Enjoyable class, fantastic instructor
As someone with minimal knowledge of Scrum, Greg did a great job explaining the core concepts. The class materials were well presented, with lots of humour mixed in along the way! I especially enjoyed participating in the breakout sessions with other class participants as they helped to reinforce the learning.

Exceptional, fun, thought-provoking course!
The course was organized and run extremely well by Greg Crown, eliciting participation and thinking from all attendees to facilitate learning. The course covered all the information that is needed to take the PSM exam, but more importantly, provided a strong understanding of how to really be a scrum master. One of the simulations of a case study was exceptional, driving home the learning in a way I will always remember.

This class was well structured and very helpful in preparing for the exam. We got a lot of real world examples, and worked in small teams to come up with solutions of our own. It was a very interactive and educational experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to learn scrum.
I have been wanting to do scrum training for a long time, but could never find a class close enough to go. The online option finally made it available for me and I feel that I got just as much out of it as I would have out of an on site training, maybe a bit more.

The ideal (virtual) class for PSM
Even though the class was fully virtual due to Covid19 - Greg managed to make the best out of this class by combining theory with real life business cases, team assignments, at a good pace and a really good portion of humor.
If you're looking for a complete course without being overwhelmed and that helps you really understand the whole SCRUM thinking, would definitely recommend! Thanks Greg!

The class was great
The class was great, Russell and Greg were very patient, helpful and explained the terms, answered all our questions as many times as needed to ensure we fully understood. One aspect I would change is the 1st day. I felt that we spent too much time on introducing ourselves and preparing for the learning experience. One aspect I would keep: the working agreement and revisiting it at the start of every day.

Engaging Scrum Fundamentals Training
This training was not like other workshops I have attended. It was engaging, hands on and applicable. The sessions were structured to stimulate conversation and thought - not just talked at all day.
I feel I have walked away with more knowledge and confidence on Scrum Fundamentals and feel prepared to apply to my real life. Rich and Greg made the class fun and interactive - even for introverts like me!

Lots of Fun, Great Learning, Highly Recommend
Really loved the class. Learned a lot and how Scrum will work and why it possibly wont work for my team. Great group of people with lots of different perspectives which is always fun. Some of the learning was a little rushed especially on the last day. Would have loved to have spent more time really drilling into some of the concepts more. Overall, highly recommend.

Verry good class.
It was a very good class. Really liked the instructors. A lot of content for 2 days. In a non-covid environment I think the length of the class is fine, since the members can have further discussions during breaks/after class. Since I was familiar with the concepts, the class length was fine. However, it may have been difficult had I not had prior knowledge. Overall though, I would recommend this class and the instructors.
