The instructor was phenomenal, his experience as an agile coach came in really handy, I came out of the a better person in terms of what I knew about who a scrum master was

The instructor was efficient, engaging and helpful. The small class size made it easy to learn, be engaged and have great conversations.

The learning was great the professor shared personal experiences which helped relate to the course material. I do wish the class had been larger to hear more personal experiences

Itopa taught a fantastic PSM I prep course. He led my classmates and me through two intensive but somehow fun days of case studies and Scrum theory. I could actually hear his voice in my head sometimes when answering questions on the PSM I exam, which I easily passed on the first try!

I had a great experience in Itopa's PSM I class. He did an amazing job of challenging our scrum knowledge and also celebrating and encouraging the team as we started to demonstrate more of our learning in the activities. I left Itopa's class with confidence that I could continue studying and pass the exam, and I will definitely attend more of his courses now that I have passed PSM I.

I just completed the PSM I Workshop. Itopa Sulé was the instructor. He was very approachable, helpful, effective and efficient. We would always do an activity first and then he would re-enforce the learnings from the activity with reference to the course material. It was very interactive and he always asked if we had any questions as we moved along. If we had questions he would take the time to properly and patiently explain before moving forward. He also gave real life, unforgettable examples when explaining concepts. This also made it easier to grasp new terms; such as "technical debt". We reviewed a case study in the context of Scrum, where a person actually cooked a squirrel and gave it to a customer to eat! Go to his class to find out how it ended! Finally, his slides and supplementary course material is invaluable to anyone. These learnings will stay with me for life. Thanks for an excellent class!

The training/class was very informative. I had to unlearn and relearn some things. The Trainer's use of Mural was not very good because Africa still struggles with Infrastructure and as such a lot of trainees had to join via their mobiles. This feedback was given to him and he was very receptive. The class was very engaging and the Trainer made sure to take everyone along through the course of the classes

The trainer was on point with various exercises to carry the team along. The training was a scrum team in itself. It was a great class

Itopa was thorough in facilitating the learning for the class. He was very methodical in his approach and ensured that he carried everyone along as best leaving no stone unturned to impact knowledge, by answering questions and bringing clarity to the topic. He drew parallels and distinctions between Scrum and Waterfall - which many of us were used to; and diffused any ambiguities in our thought process of seeing Scrum as a similar Project Management methodology. He was very patient, engaged and quick to applaud and reward good participation in the class. I particularly enjoyed his using real life scenarios and some practical working examples to clarify questions despite delivering the syllabus. An excellent coach, trainer and new found friend I will say. Thank you Itopa.
