Agility: An Outside-In Perspective

For many of us, 2020 and 2021 have highlighted why being agile is so important. The impact of a global pandemic on our work and lives made the reality of frequent change, uncertain outcomes, and unknown constraints evident every day. Agility and Scrum evolved out of the need to deliver value in the face of uncertainty and complexity. But what does agility really mean to an organization, a team, or an individual?
