Enjoyable training with useful content.
Alex did a great job facilitating this training. We provided valuable information in an easy-to-understand way. Although it was a lot of content the training went smooth with a lot of information that can be used in the real time as well as in the certification exam.

Great experience!
Great instructor! Extremely knowledgeable, Alex ensured to relate the content and practice exercises to real-world applications. A lot of information packed into two full days, but he kept it interesting and informational with sufficient breaks to keep the class engaged. Will register for more of Alex's classes in the future.

Alex has a wealth of information! Caffeinate accordingly and take notes!
Alex has a wealth of information and he does his level best to verbalize it to you over the course of two days. I appreciated that Alex didn't waste any time having the class introduce themselves and blah blah blah. He gets right into the content. There are some breakout groups for practical application exercises but the class is really about lecture and Q&A. If you can keep your focus sharp, you will be ready for the assessment. Note taking is your friend.

Great experience!
Alex was a great teacher - he held my attention quite well despite the ease at which interest can be lost on a 2-day, 8-hour long session. We were given plenty of time to absorb the information presented as well as ask questions, and were never put on the spot to speak out loud.

Still learning!
Despite having used scrum and its framework for the past 3 years, I found that I learned some new things during this course as well as things that our company was doing incorrectly. Alex explained things in a way that was easy to understand and at a pace that was easy to follow!

Day 1 was a little slow but I have been…
Day 1 was a little slow but I have been doing Agile since 2008 at large organizations in higher education, manufacturing, telecom, financial services and global services.
Day 2 was much more interesting and covered more transformation topics for moving an organization and its leaders to think as an agile leader and work with the practitioners.
This class overall was a nice refresher but far more basic than what our team needed.

Phenomenal Course

Fantastic Trainer!
As a trainer, Alex embodied all of the elements of a fantastic Scrum advocate and you could tell he is very passionate about the framework. He made sure to leave no stone unturned and gave me a comprehensive understanding of the product owner. Great Intro Class - Great Instructor.
Alex is a very effective trainer. This was my first exposure to scrum, (not knowing if it would fit my local government workplace at all) but Alex covered everything from the basics to the important details that help you really envision how the framework operates in practice. Training was interactive and always very relevant to my own professional context. I plan to take future trainings from Alex.

Basic content well explained and well prepared
I think it is difficult to keep every assistant involved during the course when this is held online. Still Alex did a great job organizing the content and the breaks to keep everyone's attention.
The content of the course itself is quite basic but Alex complemented it with some additional information and shared with us very interesting personal experiences.
In general I think the course was basic but good, I could have gotten more benefit from it if it had been in person. On the other hand, I think it's great to be able to attend a course like this from the comfort of your home

Alex is very knowledgeable on Agility and explained the concepts, principles, processes, etc. very well. He also included several relevant examples that helped our understanding. Logistics of the virtual class worked out well and Alex was very flexible time boxes, breaks, etc. It was overall a good experience and fully met my expectations.

This class was great! Alex is very knowledgeable and so skilled in the subject matter that it forced me to think of scrum differently. He is also very passionate, which in turn, made me once again appreciate why I became a Scrum Master in the first place. I took away a lot of knowledge and tools that will be useful to my organization now and even more so in the future. Moreover, I will be recommending that other Scrum Master's in my organization take his course. This was the best money I ever spent!

I had taken a previous class with Ross Consulting Agile Consulting Group conducted the by Principal Agile Coach; Alex Fahrion. Alex is an amazing talent and wealth of all things Agile. If your organization or even a owner operated business, needs to understand and develop an Agile Mindset to assist in delivering products and services. I highly recommend one of the many courses Alex is certified to train, mentor and coach in.

Virtual Course Was A Great Experience
As I have come to expect from Scrum.org and Alex the content, quality, and experience was world-class. I came away from the course with fresh ideas, a list of opportunities for improvement, and confidence to drive change at an organizational level.
This course was slightly different than my previous experiences with Scrum.org and Alex because it was virtual (due to the pandemic). I was pleased that the delivery, professionalism, and experience was on-par with past experiences. The virtual tooling was stable, robust, and provided a medium for collaboration and illustration.

Out of all the trainings I've participated in over the last 3 years, this ranked #2, just under the PSM course. As a Scrum Master, this course is exactly what I needed to assist me in coaching the Product Owner more effectively. Alex did a wonderful job of keeping us focused and on track.

It was very informative class with an OUTSTANDING trainer!
The pace was just right and allowed class participation/questions throughout the class. The materials presented added to the class since I am a visual person. I did not know how to put all of the pieces of Scrum together until Alex presented it. Also, two days was the right amount of time.

Alex was a great Agile Coach, giving us a perspective that was detailed, refreshing and on-point 100% of the way! It was great to align and learn new terms and approaches to being a Product Owner. This class is awesome! I cannot recommend it enough, for new or PO's who may have been in the trenches like I have for a few years already.

I was expecting more emphasis on the alignment of UX activities with scrum framework. Also, LeanUX describes the UX activities as a 5 day duration. Yet the course suggested UX activities might take longer than a sprint. How to understand and reconcile these two schools of thought?

Continuous Value
As a Scrum Master I wanted to understand how to better coach a Product Owner. After having such a great experience with Alex in the Professional Scrum Master training earlier this year, I made it a point to attend the PSPO course provided by Ross Agile Consulting group. Alex does a fantastic job of teaching core concepts in a way that is easy to understand. In addition, he continues to provide value after the course is over, which demonstrates his passion for educating the people that attend his course and not just providing a fly-by service.
I will continue to seek out Ross Agile Consulting for all future agile training and would recommend the same to anyone interested in developing their skill set.

Day 1 was a little slow but I have been…
Day 1 was a little slow but I have been doing Agile since 2008 at large organizations in higher education, manufacturing, telecom, financial services and global services.
Day 2 was much more interesting and covered more transformation topics for moving an organization and its leaders to think as an agile leader and work with the practitioners.
This class overall was a nice refresher but far more basic than what our team needed.

Phenomenal Course
Alex did a tremendous job, went above and beyond the material, broke up any amount of slide monotony with personal stories that were relevant to the material, to the world of Scrum, and to product ownership/management. Would absolutely take a course from him again

Fantastic Trainer!
As a trainer, Alex embodied all of the elements of a fantastic Scrum advocate and you could tell he is very passionate about the framework. He made sure to leave no stone unturned and gave me a comprehensive understanding of the product owner. I would recommend his course to anyone interested in learning more about Scrum and would want to continue to engage with him as I have more questions regarding the framework.

Great Intro Class - Great Instructor.
Alex is a very effective trainer. This was my first exposure to scrum, (not knowing if it would fit my local government workplace at all) but Alex covered everything from the basics to the important details that help you really envision how the framework operates in practice. Training was interactive and always very relevant to my own professional context. I plan to take future trainings from Alex.

Fantastic overview of the fundamentals
Alex gave us a fantastic overview of how the Scrum framework can be utilized in support of an Agile mindset. He was very responsive to everyone's questions and provided helpful, thorough answers. I found the class very helpful and informative. The tutor was very thorough . The material covered a lot of ground. I do wish though that it was spaced out in 3 days instead of 2 as it felt a bit stressful to cram that much information in 2 days

Basic content well explained and well prepared
I think it is difficult to keep every assistant involved during the course when this is held online. Still Alex did a great job organizing the content and the breaks to keep everyone's attention.
The content of the course itself is quite basic but Alex complemented it with some additional information and shared with us very interesting personal experiences.
In general I think the course was basic but good, I could have gotten more benefit from it if it had been in person. On the other hand, I think it's great to be able to attend a course like this from the comfort of your home

Alex is very knowledgeable on Agility and explained the concepts, principles, processes, etc. very well. He also included several relevant examples that helped our understanding. Logistics of the virtual class worked out well and Alex was very flexible time boxes, breaks, etc. It was overall a good experience and fully met my expectations.

This class was great
This class was great! Alex is very knowledgeable and so skilled in the subject matter that it forced me to think of scrum differently. He is also very passionate, which in turn, made me once again appreciate why I became a Scrum Master in the first place. I took away a lot of knowledge and tools that will be useful to my organization now and even more so in the future. Moreover, I will be recommending that other Scrum Master's in my organization take his course. This was the best money I ever spent!

I had taken a previous class with Ross Consulting Agile Consulting Group conducted the by Principal Agile Coach; Alex Fahrion. Alex is an amazing talent and wealth of all things Agile. If your organization or even a owner operated business, needs to understand and develop an Agile Mindset to assist in delivering products and services. I highly recommend one of the many courses Alex is certified to train, mentor and coach in.
It was a great experience, and I hope to get another opportunity in the future to engage in one of his courses/classes!

Virtual Course Was A Great Experience
As I have come to expect from Scrum.org and Alex the content, quality, and experience was world-class. I came away from the course with fresh ideas, a list of opportunities for improvement, and confidence to drive change at an organizational level.
This course was slightly different than my previous experiences with Scrum.org and Alex because it was virtual (due to the pandemic). I was pleased that the delivery, professionalism, and experience was on-par with past experiences. The virtual tooling was stable, robust, and provided a medium for collaboration and illustration.

Ranked #2, just barely under the PSM.
Out of all the trainings I've participated in over the last 3 years, this ranked #2, just under the PSM course. As a Scrum Master, this course is exactly what I needed to assist me in coaching the Product Owner more effectively. Alex did a wonderful job of keeping us focused and on track.

It was very informative class with an OUTSTANDING trainer!
The pace was just right and allowed class participation/questions throughout the class. The materials presented added to the class since I am a visual person. I did not know how to put all of the pieces of Scrum together until Alex presented it. Also, two days was the right amount of time.
I would strongly recommend this class and especially this trainer!

This was one of the best training's I have attended
This was one of the best classroom experiences I've had in quite a long time. This class lit a spark in me, I will begin to look into how Scrum will become embedded in the way I conduct business. I am not a developer and I still value the thought processes centered around Scrum. I look forward to plotting my course along this journey. Great Value even after a year as a scrum master
I've been a scrum master for over a year now, and this course still had a ton to offer me. Alex was a great Agile Coach, giving us a perspective that was detailed, refreshing and on-point 100% of the way! It was great to align and learn new terms and approaches to being a Product Owner. This class is awesome! I cannot recommend it enough, for new or PO's who may have been in the trenches like I have for a few years already.
I came away with a fresh and better understanding of what it is, to be a Product Owner in an SCRUM environment!

I was expecting more emphasis on the alignment of UX activities with scrum framework. Also, LeanUX describes the UX activities as a 5 day duration. Yet the course suggested UX activities might take longer than a sprint. How to understand and reconcile these two schools of thought?

Continuous Value
As a Scrum Master I wanted to understand how to better coach a Product Owner. After having such a great experience with Alex in the Professional Scrum Master training earlier this year, I made it a point to attend the PSPO course provided by Ross Agile Consulting group. Alex does a fantastic job of teaching core concepts in a way that is easy to understand. In addition, he continues to provide value after the course is over, which demonstrates his passion for educating the people that attend his course and not just providing a fly-by service.
I will continue to seek out Ross Agile Consulting for all future agile training and would recommend the same to anyone interested in developing their skill set.
