A great teacher!
Alex is a very interactive and positive instructor. He taught the class on Mural which was a new platform for me. I really enjoyed how I was able to navigate through easily and interact with my classmates on the platform. Alex is extremely knowledgeable on Scrum. I had a lot of questions and Alex provided very detailed answers to help me understand. He also provides relatable examples of ideas to further understand a concept. I feel confident in taking the exam after Alex's class. I highly recommend taking his class he is a wonderful teacher.

That was such an interactive class
That was such an interactive class. Alex was absolutely patient and broke the information into bits for our class understanding and he kept engaging in our questions. This was definitely a safe space where no on one had to pretend to grasp the material!

The act of improvement while conducting the training was excellent.
The practical quizzes by kahoot!
Sometimes there were words that were difficult to translate or outdated Japanese materials (e.g. Liberating Structures), which I think can be improved.
It was an experience that I can apply to various situations in my work.

Scrum Master (PSM I) Class
I absolutely love Mr. Gbaguidi and his co-trainer, Jamie Kriegel! The class was informative, engaging and encourages team participation. Along with Mr. Babatunde' (assistant trainer), they presented real life scenarios for us to act as a part of a Scrum team. I would definitely recommend this class with these amazing trainers.

Genuine
What made my experience great was that at the beginning I really didn't know what Scrum is and I didn't didn't look into the guide before the training. After having 2 days of Scrum training, I learn a lot about Scrum there are so many concepts and these concepts are so great for today world. I enjoying the sprint project that I work with my team even those my team wasn't communicating much but it something new that I experiences and It going to help me further improve in the future.

Informative and Engaging Class
Alex was great at explaining and illustrating the scrum framework using a variety of examples. As someone who is transitioning from Waterfall methodology to Agile I feel confident in the my understanding and application of Scrum by attending this class.
Lastly, Alex made the class engaging and fun through-out the 3 days, which is impressive considering the course material and diverse audience.

Gratitude
J'ai réellement apprécié suivre ma formation avec Scrum.org . J'y ai découvert un coach bienveillant, passionné de transmettre ses connaissances, motivateur, bref un vrai évangéliste de Scrum. Grâce à lui, j'ai obtenu ma certification à la première tentative.
Avec pratiquement zéro connaissance à l'entrée de la formation, j'en sors aguerrie avec une meilleure connaissance de Scrum et comment l'appliquer au sein d'une organisation. Je prends conscience que c'est un premier pas de ce voyage dans l'agilité qu'il reste affermir chaque jour.
Toutefois, pour mettre davantage les apprenants dans le bain réel de la certification, je pense humblement qu'il serait encore plus intéressant qu'en lieu et place des examens ouverts de 30 questions, de prévoir peut être 60 questions en 45 minutes.

By taking this course, I learned a lot about the common mistakes that have been normalized. I think I will be a better Scrum Master from now on.
Alex took the time to explain and practice each chapter to make sure we really understood what it was all about.
Most importantly, the course was tailored to our African context with examples that I experience on a daily basis.
I highly recommend the course to anyone who wants to become a REAL Scrum Master.

Very Interactive and Enjoyable. Maybe a little too freeform
The class felt as though it started out a bit slow in terms of content. This may be due to me being provided a baseline level of knowledge prior to participating. As the class progressed it definitely became more interesting as we started practicing Scrum ourselves and learning about why things are the way they are. The instructor (Alex G.) had an infectious enthusiasm that greatly enhanced the satisfaction derived from being a part of his class. Upon completing this class I felt as though I had a solid appreciation for Scrum, but a slight deficit in terms of textbook information required for the PSM 1 exam.

I absolutely love Mr. Gbaguidi and his co-trainer, Jamie Kriegel! The class was informative, engaging and encourages team participation. Along with Mr. Babatunde' (assistant trainer), they presented real life scenarios for us to act as a part of a Scrum team. I would definitely recommend this class with these amazing trainers.

Genuine
What made my experience great was that at the beginning I really didn't know what Scrum is and I didn't didn't look into the guide before the training. After having 2 days of Scrum training, I learn a lot about Scrum there are so many concepts and these concepts are so great for today world. I enjoying the sprint project that I work with my team even those my team wasn't communicating much but it something new that I experiences and It going to help me further improve in the future.

Informative and Engaging Class
Alex was great at explaining and illustrating the scrum framework using a variety of examples. As someone who is transitioning from Waterfall methodology to Agile I feel confident in the my understanding and application of Scrum by attending this class.
Lastly, Alex made the class engaging and fun through-out the 3 days, which is impressive considering the course material and diverse audience.

Gratitude
J'ai réellement apprécié suivre ma formation avec Scrum.org . J'y ai découvert un coach bienveillant, passionné de transmettre ses connaissances, motivateur, bref un vrai évangéliste de Scrum. Grâce à lui, j'ai obtenu ma certification à la première tentative.
Avec pratiquement zéro connaissance à l'entrée de la formation, j'en sors aguerrie avec une meilleure connaissance de Scrum et comment l'appliquer au sein d'une organisation. Je prends conscience que c'est un premier pas de ce voyage dans l'agilité qu'il reste affermir chaque jour.
Toutefois, pour mettre davantage les apprenants dans le bain réel de la certification, je pense humblement qu'il serait encore plus intéressant qu'en lieu et place des examens ouverts de 30 questions, de prévoir peut être 60 questions en 45 minutes.

By taking this course, I learned a lot about the common mistakes that have been normalized. I think I will be a better Scrum Master from now on.
Alex took the time to explain and practice each chapter to make sure we really understood what it was all about.
Most importantly, the course was tailored to our African context with examples that I experience on a daily basis.
I highly recommend the course to anyone who wants to become a REAL Scrum Master.

Very Interactive and Enjoyable. Maybe a little too freeform
The class felt as though it started out a bit slow in terms of content. This may be due to me being provided a baseline level of knowledge prior to participating. As the class progressed it definitely became more interesting as we started practicing Scrum ourselves and learning about why things are the way they are. The instructor (Alex G.) had an infectious enthusiasm that greatly enhanced the satisfaction derived from being a part of his class. Upon completing this class I felt as though I had a solid appreciation for Scrum, but a slight deficit in terms of textbook information required for the PSM 1 exam.
