excellent PSPO advanced class
Alex gave us a great insight into the different stances of a product owner that helped me a lot in passing the exam easily. And further more it lead me to question myself regarding my daily work. So it's not only theoretical stuff for the exam, but things that can be directly used in daily work. I can absolutely recommend this calls with him.

PSM-Schulung - Empfehlung
Die PSM-Schulung war sehr interessant und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Es wurde hauptsächlich in festen kleinen Teams gearbeitet, wodurch ein guter Teamgeist entstehen und das Scrum-Konzept besser übermittelt werden konnte. Durch die vielen Diskussionen zwischen den Teams zu den Schulungsaufgaben, konnte man sich verschiedene Meinungen einholen und sich so differenzierter mit den Aufgaben und Scrum auseinandersetzen.

Simply the Best!
The PSPO-A course was my fourth training with Alex. He is hands down among the best Scrum trainers in the business. Calm and very knowledgeable. During the first PSPO training we had so much fun in our very diverse group that a few also joined for the Advanced class. How about that!? It was great fun to meet up with those guys again. I truly recommend learning about Scrum and all agile topics from Alex!

Mir hat besonders gut gefallen, dass der Trainer das Thema sehr anschaulich und praxisnah erklärt hat.
Ich fand es super, dass wir im Training viele Übungen gemacht haben, um das Gelernte direkt anzuwenden.
Die Gruppendiskussionen fand ich sehr hilfreich, um verschiedene Perspektiven kennenzulernen und neue Ideen zu sammeln.
Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie gut der Trainer auf individuelle Fragen und Bedürfnisse eingegangen ist.

Hochwertiges Training für Theorie und Praxis im Zusammenspiel mit Scrum Teams mit Übungen und Anwendungen für das daily Business einer agilen Führungskraft
Ich hatte mein PAL-E Training bei Alexander Hardt und war und bin immer noch davon sehr angetan. Das Training war aufgebaut, wie es ein hervorragender Scrum Master eben aufbaut: Strukturiert, gegliedert, visualisiert und zum Mitmachen einladend. Die Inhalte des Trainings waren anspruchsvoll und lehrreich.
Angefangen beim agilen Manifest, über die agile Transformation lernte ich, worauf es für eine Führungskraft im mittleren Management ankommt und welche Stärken man mitbringen oder optimieren sollte. Ich lernte, welchen Fokusbereich man einnehmen sollte, Tools und Vorgehensweisen für den täglichen Einsatz in der agilen Welt im Zusammenspiel mit einem Scrum Team und Analysefähigkeiten, die eine Führungskraft nutzen kann, um das Scrum Team zu unterstützen und zusätzlichen Wert in die Arbeit einfließen zu lassen.
Darüber hinaus vermittelte mir Alexander Möglichkeiten zum Messen innerhalb der Agilität, konkrete Metriken sowie ein professionelles System um Ergebnisse an den Kunden zu liefern, und dabei stetig sowohl Organisation als auch Kompetenzen unter den sich ständig ändernden Bedingungen der komplexen und schnelllebigen Welt zu verbessern.
Sowohl das Training als auch die anschließende Prüfung sind anspruchsvoll und nicht zu unterschätzen, daher empfehle ich den Scrum Learning Path sowie alle weiteren Lernquellen, die euch der Trainer im Vorfeld mitteilt. Einmal in die Welt der Agilität eingearbeitet, bietet das Training unglaublichen Mehrwert und verdient daher meine volle Empfehlung, Inhaltlich als auch von der Durchführung. Insbesondere für den letzten Part möchte ich mich nochmals bei Alexander Hardt herzlich bedanken für seine äußerst angenehme Art sowie der hohen Kompetenz bei der Wissens- und Wertevermittlung. Bei meinem nächsten Kurs würde ich wieder drauf achten, dass es von Scrum.org und Alexander Hardt durchgeführt ist.

Inspiring and energizing PSPO I training days
We had two inspiring days of a PSPO I training. It was mostly not an upfront, school like training. We discovered most of the topics on our own by solving small tasks that were given and which helped us to understand the core responsibilities of the PO role. The debriefings helped us to discover our different perspectives. We were guided smoothly through the discussions. We also had some room for discussing our individual scaled large product development setup. I took with me some good ideas to transfer into my daily work. Also we had a high success rate in the certification exam. And finally we had a lot of fun together.

Das Online-Training PSK I war super. Alexander moderiert sehr gut und natürlich. Es wird nichts einfach durchgepeitscht sondern auf die Gruppe und ihre Fragen eingegangen als auch der Erfahrungsaustausch gefördert. Dennoch wird der zeitliche Rahmen im Blick behalten.
Ich habe mich auch hinsichtlich Lernpfad zur Prüfung gut aufgehoben gefühlt und viele Erkenntnisse aus dem Training mitgenommen.
Die Vor- und Nachbereitungs-E-Mails runden alles noch ab (auf den Punkt und sinnvolle Informationen). Klare Empfehlung, fünf Sterne sind wohlverdient.

The online training PSK I was great. Alexander moderates very well and naturally. No topic is simply whipped through, questions are handled well and exchange of experiences within the group is encouraged. Nevertheless, the time frame is kept in mind.
I also felt that I was in good hands regarding learning path for the exam. I took a lot of knowledge from the training with me.
The email communication upfront as well as follow-ups were precise, short and useful.
TL;DR: 5 stars well earned.

Die vielen 5* Reviews von Alexander kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung bestätigen. Seine vielen Scrum Zertifizierungen validieren sein theoretisches Wissen. Was mich aber als branchenfremde Scrum-Neuanfängerin beeindruckt hat, ist, dass er es schafft den unterschiedlichen Wissensstand aller Teilnehmer im Training gerecht zu werden. Beigetragen dazu hat seine ruhige aber auch humorvolle Art als Trainer sowie auch der didaktische Aufbau seines Kurses. Alexander kombiniert die Scrum Theorie (PSM I Training) mit einem kurzweiligen Trainingsverlauf, bei dem es viele Interaktionen in Gruppen gibt - trotz Online Training. Man partizipiert somit als Anfänger auch von erfahrenen Teilnehmern und ist auch als eher fachfremder Quereinsteiger in dem Training gut aufgehoben, da man sich eben vieles in Gruppenarbeit erschließen kann. Oftmals klaffen Theorie und Praxis im Arbeitskontext auseinander. Meiner Meinung nach schafft Alexander aber den Spagat sehr gut und veranschaulicht beide Welten und kombiniert diese, sodass auch erfahrenere Teilnehmer aus dem Training viel mitnehmen können für ihren Arbeitsalltag. Erwähnenswert finde ich auch, dass bei aller Expertise, man auf eine bodenständige und freundliche Persönlichkeit trifft, die die Position des Trainers nicht zur "Sich zur Schau stellen" nutzt, sondern wirklich daran interessiert ist, Wissen in einer angenehmen Lernatmosphäre zu vermitteln.

Best training I had so far
I am absolutely impressed by the training and would recommend it to every PO with 3+ years if experience. That was my first online class ans I was suprised, how good it worked. The materials we got on Miro board made it so easy to collaborate and learn. I am just delighted!

I recently took the PSPO-A course and was blown away by the quality of instruction. Alexander is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of industry experience. Great on site PSM II training
We had a great first on-site training after a long time of virtual trainings. It was a very intensive course that strongly involved all participants. Different skill levels were well catered for and the exchange of experiences was encouraged. I particularly liked the fact that the values conveyed were not only presented, but also lived by the trainer. The trainer also made his own challenges transparent and placed a lot of emphasis on the self-organization of the participants.

Satisfaction Guaranteed!
The PSPO course was my third class with Alex. I truly enjoy his way of teaching us about Scrum and I keep coming back for more. Alex is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and lets the class explore topics with sometimes lengthy ad hoc discussions, still managing to keep the pace to complete the curriculum (not sure how he always manages that). This last time we had a kind of private class with 6 participants from various fields and locations. It was very interesting and enjoyable. In fact, the group dynamics were so great that we are actually trying to set up the PSPO-A class later this fall with the same attendants. How about that level of customer satisfaction! I highly recommend learning about Scrum and agile methodologies from Alex.

Das PSK Training bei Alexander war genial. Er ist absoluter Experte im Thema Agilität und bietet eine sehr breites Trainings Angebot von der Scrum.org an. Das Training war sehr abwechslungsreich und interaktiv!

Great training experience - again! :-)
This was already my second training together with Alex.
I actually took this PAL-E training with Alex on purpose as I had already had a great PSPO training with him.
And also this time I can again recommend this training (and Alex as trainer :-)). I particularly like his calm way, giving the participants many open space to fill the training with lots of individual content. Alex is really experienced and knows when to stay quiet and when to drop some small hints to keep the conversation flowing.
I really liked the the case study that the we had been working through along the training. These discussions really gave me feeling on how to react appropriately as Agile Leader in many different situations and gave me the opportunity to exchange experiences with the other participants.
This training and the learning material were a very good preparation for the PAL 1 assessment.

Scrum /w Kanban Training with Much Input from the Field
I particularly liked the fact that Alex incorporated his practical experience from his projects in which he introduced Kanban.
Especially the part about metrics became more comprehensible.
This training makes it very obvious what added value Kanban can bring to Scrum.

Speed up team decision making
The course PAL-E from Alex provided valuable insights into agile leadership. In our case it helped us improve and speed up decision making processes in our team tremendously. We saved quite some time by following the concepts and rules provided and discussed in this course. With that, we got a clearer & better perspective of what topics are laying ahead of us and how we can tackle them in an iterative nature. Alex did a fantastic job!
Alex did a fantastic job teaching Scrum. The group exercises were particularly helpful in understanding Scrum in a practical way. Alex gave us many opportunities to ask questions and answered them all. The course material was excellent, it was well paced, and the flow / sequence of topics was very logical.
Something worth mentioning is that all the course material was on Mural, and their site went down on our first day of training. But, Alex was able to replicate the course on Miro very quickly, and get us started ASAP. Loved his commitment!

The PAL-EBM training is an awesome training for everyone who wants to get started empirical improve business results.
Due to his deep knowledge and brought experiences in empiricism, Scrum, and Agility, Alexander did a fantastic job in introducing Evidence-Based Management to me. Based on a case study and lots of interactive exercises the training helped me to get a deeper understanding of how to manage with evidence. Alexander did not just provide the training he made a learning experience out of it by providing additional emails, reflections, materials, and follow-up calls.
In short, if you want to learn more about Evidence-Based Management I highly recommend taking a class with Alexander.

Super training with a lot of practical exercises. Due to the small size with three participants, Alex was able to take a lot of time for us and also discuss things with us beyond the exercises. It was a lot of fun and I have already adapted the first things in my daily work.

Methoden und theoretische Grundlagen praxisnah vermittelt
nach 1,5 Jahren als PO tat es richtig gut im Training aus dem "Praxistrott" wieder frische Theoretische Grundlagen und Best-Practices vermittelt zu bekommen. Das hilft die eigene Arbeit zu reflektieren.
Das Training ist dabei aber sehr praxisorientiert ausgelegt und die Methoden werden direkt in Kleingruppen angewendet.
Ich konnte direkt nach dem Training einige neu erlernte Methoden bei meinem Produkt anwenden

Alex gave us a great insight into the different stances of a product owner that helped me a lot in passing the exam easily. And further more it lead me to question myself regarding my daily work. PSM-Schulung - Empfehlung
Die PSM-Schulung war sehr interessant und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Es wurde hauptsächlich in festen kleinen Teams gearbeitet, wodurch ein guter Teamgeist entstehen und das Scrum-Konzept besser übermittelt werden konnte. Durch die vielen Diskussionen zwischen den Teams zu den Schulungsaufgaben, konnte man sich verschiedene Meinungen einholen und sich so differenzierter mit den Aufgaben und Scrum auseinandersetzen.

The PSPO-A course was my fourth training with Alex. He is hands down among the best Scrum trainers in the business. Calm and very knowledgeable. Hochwertiges Training für Theorie und Praxis im Zusammenspiel mit Scrum Teams mit Übungen und Anwendungen für das daily Business einer agilen Führungskraft
Ich hatte mein PAL-E Training bei Alexander Hardt und war und bin immer noch davon sehr angetan. Das Training war aufgebaut, wie es ein hervorragender Scrum Master eben aufbaut: Strukturiert, gegliedert, visualisiert und zum Mitmachen einladend. Die Inhalte des Trainings waren anspruchsvoll und lehrreich.
Angefangen beim agilen Manifest, über die agile Transformation lernte ich, worauf es für eine Führungskraft im mittleren Management ankommt und welche Stärken man mitbringen oder optimieren sollte. Ich lernte, welchen Fokusbereich man einnehmen sollte, Tools und Vorgehensweisen für den täglichen Einsatz in der agilen Welt im Zusammenspiel mit einem Scrum Team und Analysefähigkeiten, die eine Führungskraft nutzen kann, um das Scrum Team zu unterstützen und zusätzlichen Wert in die Arbeit einfließen zu lassen.
Darüber hinaus vermittelte mir Alexander Möglichkeiten zum Messen innerhalb der Agilität, konkrete Metriken sowie ein professionelles System um Ergebnisse an den Kunden zu liefern, und dabei stetig sowohl Organisation als auch Kompetenzen unter den sich ständig ändernden Bedingungen der komplexen und schnelllebigen Welt zu verbessern.
Sowohl das Training als auch die anschließende Prüfung sind anspruchsvoll und nicht zu unterschätzen, daher empfehle ich den Scrum Learning Path sowie alle weiteren Lernquellen, die euch der Trainer im Vorfeld mitteilt. Einmal in die Welt der Agilität eingearbeitet, bietet das Training unglaublichen Mehrwert und verdient daher meine volle Empfehlung, Inhaltlich als auch von der Durchführung. Insbesondere für den letzten Part möchte ich mich nochmals bei Alexander Hardt herzlich bedanken für seine äußerst angenehme Art sowie der hohen Kompetenz bei der Wissens- und Wertevermittlung. Inspiring and energizing PSPO I training days
We had two inspiring days of a PSPO I training. It was mostly not an upfront, school like training. We discovered most of the topics on our own by solving small tasks that were given and which helped us to understand the core responsibilities of the PO role. The debriefings helped us to discover our different perspectives. We were guided smoothly through the discussions. We also had some room for discussing our individual scaled large product development setup. I took with me some good ideas to transfer into my daily work. Also we had a high success rate in the certification exam. And finally we had a lot of fun together.

Das Online-Training PSK I war super. Alexander moderiert sehr gut und natürlich. Es wird nichts einfach durchgepeitscht sondern auf die Gruppe und ihre Fragen eingegangen als auch der Erfahrungsaustausch gefördert. Dennoch wird der zeitliche Rahmen im Blick behalten.
Ich habe mich auch hinsichtlich Lernpfad zur Prüfung gut aufgehoben gefühlt und viele Erkenntnisse aus dem Training mitgenommen.
Die Vor- und Nachbereitungs-E-Mails runden alles noch ab (auf den Punkt und sinnvolle Informationen). Klare Empfehlung, fünf Sterne sind wohlverdient.

The online training PSK I was great. Alexander moderates very well and naturally. No topic is simply whipped through, questions are handled well and exchange of experiences within the group is encouraged. Nevertheless, the time frame is kept in mind.
I also felt that I was in good hands regarding learning path for the exam. I took a lot of knowledge from the training with me.
The email communication upfront as well as follow-ups were precise, short and useful.

Die vielen 5* Reviews von Alexander kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung bestätigen. Seine vielen Scrum Zertifizierungen validieren sein theoretisches Wissen. Was mich aber als branchenfremde Scrum-Neuanfängerin beeindruckt hat, ist, dass er es schafft den unterschiedlichen Wissensstand aller Teilnehmer im Training gerecht zu werden. Beigetragen dazu hat seine ruhige aber auch humorvolle Art als Trainer sowie auch der didaktische Aufbau seines Kurses. Alexander kombiniert die Scrum Theorie (PSM I Training) mit einem kurzweiligen Trainingsverlauf, bei dem es viele Interaktionen in Gruppen gibt - trotz Online Training. Man partizipiert somit als Anfänger auch von erfahrenen Teilnehmern und ist auch als eher fachfremder Quereinsteiger in dem Training gut aufgehoben, da man sich eben vieles in Gruppenarbeit erschließen kann. Oftmals klaffen Theorie und Praxis im Arbeitskontext auseinander. Meiner Meinung nach schafft Alexander aber den Spagat sehr gut und veranschaulicht beide Welten und kombiniert diese, sodass auch erfahrenere Teilnehmer aus dem Training viel mitnehmen können für ihren Arbeitsalltag. Erwähnenswert finde ich auch, dass bei aller Expertise, man auf eine bodenständige und freundliche Persönlichkeit trifft, die die Position des Trainers nicht zur "Sich zur Schau stellen" nutzt, sondern wirklich daran interessiert ist, Wissen in einer angenehmen Lernatmosphäre zu vermitteln.

Best training I had so far
I am absolutely impressed by the training and would recommend it to every PO with 3+ years if experience. That was my first online class ans I was suprised, how good it worked. The materials we got on Miro board made it so easy to collaborate and learn. I am just delighted!

Great on site PSM II training
We had a great first on-site training after a long time of virtual trainings. It was a very intensive course that strongly involved all participants. Different skill levels were well catered for and the exchange of experiences was encouraged. I particularly liked the fact that the values conveyed were not only presented, but also lived by the trainer. The trainer also made his own challenges transparent and placed a lot of emphasis on the self-organization of the participants.

Satisfaction Guaranteed!
The PSPO course was my third class with Alex. I truly enjoy his way of teaching us about Scrum and I keep coming back for more. Alex is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and lets the class explore topics with sometimes lengthy ad hoc discussions, still managing to keep the pace to complete the curriculum (not sure how he always manages that). This last time we had a kind of private class with 6 participants from various fields and locations. It was very interesting and enjoyable. The class was one off the best I have ever attended.
The class was one off the best I have ever attended, Alexander, our trainer, was proffessional but friendly, always prepared with all needed material, showed a broad expertise and made sure the discusssions went the right direction without side tracking. All questions that did not directly relate to the topics were parked and answered later on. I would definitely recommend Alexander to my friends/colleagues.

Effective and interactive PSK I training
I recommend attending the PSK I training with Alex. It was very well structured, quite effective (small group) and the exercises were very interactive. In addition, Alex shared helpful tips on preparing for the exam, which helped me to pass it on the first try.

Excellent training session with Alexander
This PSM training was very interactive and the two days was well worth it. At the end of this training, I was more confident to assume the role of Scrum Master and passed the PSM I exam with more than 90% score.

This is really a good course which improved my scrum and PO skills. A lot of excercise in between which makes the course interesting. Extremely practical way with appropriate examples. I scroed 95% in my PSPO I exam in first attempt based on this course and materials. Thanks to Alex.

Super interaktives PSK Training mit Alexander H.
Das PSK Training bei Alexander war genial. Er ist absoluter Experte im Thema Agilität und bietet eine sehr breites Trainings Angebot von der Scrum.org an. Das Training war sehr abwechslungsreich und interaktiv!
Wir arbeiten mit digitalen Boards gearbeitet, es gab viele Kleingruppen Aufgaben und ein paar lustige Spiele. Ich kann seine Trainings sehr empfehlen und hab die Prüfung ohne Probleme bestanden. ;) Danke Alexander!

Great training experience - again! :-)
This was already my second training together with Alex.
I actually took this PAL-E training with Alex on purpose as I had already had a great PSPO training with him.
And also this time I can again recommend this training (and Alex as trainer :-)). I particularly like his calm way, giving the participants many open space to fill the training with lots of individual content. Alex is really experienced and knows when to stay quiet and when to drop some small hints to keep the conversation flowing.
I really liked the the case study that the we had been working through along the training. These discussions really gave me feeling on how to react appropriately as Agile Leader in many different situations and gave me the opportunity to exchange experiences with the other participants.
This training and the learning material were a very good preparation for the PAL 1 assessment.

Scrum /w Kanban Training with Much Input from the Field
I particularly liked the fact that Alex incorporated his practical experience from his projects in which he introduced Kanban.
Especially the part about metrics became more comprehensible.
This training makes it very obvious what added value Kanban can bring to Scrum.

I really enjoyed taking the PSM1 class…
I really enjoyed taking the PSM1 class with Alexander Hardt when he trained at LEARNTOR. His depth of Scrum knowledge and his calm delivery method not only made the class enjoyable, it aided my understanding while stimulating my assimilation of the concepts. I recommend him as a trainer wholeheartedly and looking forward to study more courses with him.

The class was apt
The class was apt. It clarified lots of nuances about accountability and complimentary practices in Scrum. Using the Miro board, made the assimilation of concepts easier. It was a great session indeed. Alex was patient and brought the class from a low to high in terms of collaboration.

Alexander is a structured and organized Trainer. His Training was varied, interactive and easy to understand. I especially liked that it was a small group of participants and therefore Alexander could give more time and space to answer the individual questions of the participants. Speed up team decision making
The course PAL-E from Alex provided valuable insights into agile leadership. In our case it helped us improve and speed up decision making processes in our team tremendously. We saved quite some time by following the concepts and rules provided and discussed in this course. With that, we got a clearer & better perspective of what topics are laying ahead of us and how we can tackle them in an iterative nature. That leads us to providing more value to our customers, faster.

Alex did a fantastic job!
Alex did a fantastic job teaching Scrum. The group exercises were particularly helpful in understanding Scrum in a practical way. Alex gave us many opportunities to ask questions and answered them all. The course material was excellent, it was well paced, and the flow / sequence of topics was very logical.
Something worth mentioning is that all the course material was on Mural, and their site went down on our first day of training. But, Alex was able to replicate the course on Miro very quickly, and get us started ASAP. Loved his commitment!

Take the PAL-EBM training with Alexander is awesome!
The PAL-EBM training is an awesome training for everyone who wants to get started empirical improve business results.
Due to his deep knowledge and brought experiences in empiricism, Scrum, and Agility, Alexander did a fantastic job in introducing Evidence-Based Management to me. Based on a case study and lots of interactive exercises the training helped me to get a deeper understanding of how to manage with evidence. Alexander did not just provide the training he made a learning experience out of it by providing additional emails, reflections, materials, and follow-up calls.
In short, if you want to learn more about Evidence-Based Management I highly recommend taking a class with Alexander.

As a Scrum Master and OKR Coach, Alexander Hardt's EBM course was a good addition as a framework. As a facilitator in Lean Coffee Duesseldorf I always have the questions, how can I measure the success of agility, here EBM offers a good answer. Super training with a lot of practical exercises. Due to the small size with three participants, Alex was able to take a lot of time for us and also discuss things with us beyond the exercises. It was a lot of fun and I have already adapted the first things in my daily work.

I had a great Training with Alex. He's a patient and capable teacher and took plenty of time to answer questions and get into our experiences working with scrum/agile methodology. The course material he provided was very good and will accompany my development for quite a time to come I suppose.

Methoden und theoretische Grundlagen praxisnah vermittelt
nach 1,5 Jahren als PO tat es richtig gut im Training aus dem "Praxistrott" wieder frische Theoretische Grundlagen und Best-Practices vermittelt zu bekommen. Das hilft die eigene Arbeit zu reflektieren.
Das Training ist dabei aber sehr praxisorientiert ausgelegt und die Methoden werden direkt in Kleingruppen angewendet.
Ich konnte direkt nach dem Training einige neu erlernte Methoden bei meinem Produkt anwenden

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Die Schulung war sehr gut strukturiert, moderiert und reich an Praxisbeispielen. Es waren sehr spannende und angenehme zwei Tage gefüllt mit zahlreichen Inhalten aus verschiedenen Themenbereichen, teilweise über die Erwartung hinaus.
Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Schulung!
