I felt this was a very well done class
I felt this was a very well done class. We had a mix of experience in the students and our instructor did a great job 'herding the cats' and keeping us focused.

Rough Start / Strong Finish
While I understand the approach, the Sprint #1 exercise occurs too early in the training. Many in the class had not been exposed to Scrum yet and it was very chaotic. The teams definitely learned a lot from each Sprint and were using many Scrum principles by Sprints #3 and #4. I would definitely recommend this course to co-workers and colleagues.

Alexei did a really great job at testing our ability to think "SCRUM" during a stressful mock scenario! Very much recommend this class and specifically Alexei to anyone trying to obtain their PSM I!!

Alexei is Senior Application Developer Manager at Microsoft Premier Support for State and Local Government + Education for Central region.
Alexei graduated from Capital University with Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry ACS and Physics. He also attended graduate program at The Ohio State University for Analytical Chemistry. Alexei is currently employed by Microsoft as Application Developer Manager for the Premier SLGE Central Region. Alexei’s development background involves primarily working with Microsoft based platforms with special interests in Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio.
