Great instruction and leadership as well as interactions with the other learners. With what I learned here I passed my PSM I test on the first try.

Ashish was friendly, informative, professional, and gave real world experiences to relate to and so many resources to use beyond the last for continued learning about scrum mastery. He pointed us towards additional resources we'd find helpful in addition to the class as well at the very end.

The trainer is very knowledgeable and the resources were helpful in bringing more insight on Agile and Scrum. One suggestion - Our group was more of operations folks and I guess the trainer was taken by surprise that we had very minimal project management experience. It would be mutually helpful if the trainer joins the initial warm up session to know the group composition.

4 days break-up with lots of exercises and team connection helped to learn a lot about Scrum. Ashish breaks down the complexity in a real life scenarios and examples which helped to understand the core pillars of Scrum in depth. Detailed exercises were fun learning and clearing each doubts with examples and activities makes it easier to connect as Scrum Master.

Conceptual and Practical scenario based session.

Ashish explained each concept with the help of different assignments on the mural board making it challenging, interactive, interesting, and fun. I was able to understand the concept with all ease because of the simplicity in a way of explaining the core concepts with good examples.

The sessions were amazing. It was all about wearing a different thinking hat. Moving away from Waterfall model to Agile and adopting agile and Scrum was a great learning takeaway.

This was a very well structured training and delivered through an extremely knowledgeable and experienced trainer. The topics were covered with a logical flow, with apt examples and in a simplistic manner. Mural was used very efficiently throughout the training program and it was evident that the trainer had put in lot of advanced efforts in creating the backend Mural preparations. All the questions were answered fully and patiently by Ashish. Certification exam information was provided and a very useful mock test was conducted too. The training was quite interactive and the agenda was quite quite clear. The trainer not just covered the course contents but also provided information and concepts in supporting peripheral areas. I would like to mention two areas of improvement though - there were some assumptions made at times regarding the background Scrum knowledge of the participants whereas some participants were completely blank about Scrum framework and had no background whatsoever and second, the breakout room activities seemed rushed at times, slightly more time would have helped in a better outcome from the breakouts. However, overall, this was a great learning experience and a fabulous training program. Thanks.

Training was very helpful to fully understand Scrum Master role. There was lot of bonus material that was covered which helped to visualize the role better. The breakout activities were fun and challenging. I was surprised how many times I misunderstood the activity as my mindset is still adapted to Waterfall hence it was very fruitful experience for me. One minor concern I had was that some of the course material was not updated to 2020 Scrum guide however our Trainer Ashish pointed those out and explained the things as per 2020 Scrum guide.

During 2-day training, Ashish taught principals and values behind the Professional Scum Master functionality. It was not taught like a bookish structured course but only via to-do activities involving working in sub-groups or as a whole. This provided required practical experience and much needed preparation for this exam. He used Murals to teach different scenarios via activities assigned to all present in the training group. In all, a very good experience.
