Ashwin has over 20 years of IT experience spanning software development, delivery excellence, Scrum Mastery and change management in Product and Services companies. He leverages his diverse background and expertise to guide and help organizations navigate the ebbs and flows of an Agile transformation. His current focus is on embedding a culture of client centricity, self organization, deep collaboration and continuous improvement & adaptation by aligning leadership to play the role that facilitates agility. Ashwin holds a degree in Computer Science engineering and a Masters in Quality Management.
