Beenish is an experienced Agile coach, Scrum master and a Savvy technologist, and is expert practitioner in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).

Beenish's strength is her ability to cultivate the teams she works with. She believes in growing her team along with the journey. Beenish is very approachable, a patient listener and very adaptable.

Beenish finds creative ways of coaching people and building high performing teams. She has a deep passion for visuals. She strongly believes in order to be a successful coach, you need to observe people carefully. There is one thing Beenish has learned over time “ You need to build people not fix them”.
