Professional but also personal
Training was professional but also personal which made it possible to have a good exchange of ideas and experiences. The content was explained and taught with real-life examples. Questions from the attendees where discussed and answered. Overall I had a great experience and a lot of fun.

Great coach and fun class!
Benny is a great coach with a lot of experience. The class and the content itself is very engaging and incredibly useful for everyone facilitating meetings be it as a scrum master, product owner or any other role.

The quintessence of Scrum
Benjamin Seidler from andrena objects ag has done an outstanding job as a trainer by preparing the space and creating an atmosphere that allowed every participant to deepen their understanding of Scrum principles, promote Servant Leadership, solve complex problems, improve team dynamics, and effectively interact with stakeholders. His active moderation greatly facilitated the process and helped to unfold the potential of each individual while simultaneously strengthening the group as a whole. Highly recommended!

Much more than metrics
I learned that EBM is actually not that much about metrics, but more about goals and behaviours and how these 3 influence each other. These learnings were just as valuable as the different situations, experiences and points of view I learned discussing with other trainees.

New impulses also for experienced Scrum Master
I am working at Europe's largest Software Company and was a bit doubtful about the course usefulness for our large our organization, I got confirmed that I am doing quite a lot of things right, but what is more important I got a lot of impulses for improvements of my own work and understood what I would like to change in our adoption of Scrum.
