Bjorn van den Einden

Bjorn van den Einden is a partner at Berg & Partners. As leadership coach, trainer and advisor he helps (management)teams to render in an environment of rapid change. With increasing complexity and volatility in the world, effective leadership is more important than ever. Bjorn helps organizations to get a grip on their strategy by creating the right environment and empowering people.   

His passing lies in simplifying organizations by focusing on the intentions and purpose and creaeting learning organizations where ownership is felt at all levels. He does so with a combination of flexibility, passion and discipline. He brings kind candor and really connects with people.

He studied Strategic Management at Tilburg University and has more than 10 years of experience in creating agile organizations, strategy implementation and organizational change. 

He is the author of the dutch book ‘van Weerstand naar Wendbaarheid’ where he translates his experience and insights as a change agent for agility in light of creating lasting change.
