PSFS Classroom
The experience was nice. The team members were active during the classroom so it was not a pathetic training.At my point of view we need to have more info/material on slides during the classroom about the facilitator techniques that will help us further on the assessment.

Chris is an amazing coach. The class was interactive, well done, interesting.
The only thing I missed (but understandable due to time constraint) would have been a bit more focus on the assessment, at the end.

Great course to improve your Scrum events and team decisions
I recently attended the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) course by Scrum.org and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand their Facilitation skills. The course was incredibly practical and highly informative, teaching us effective facilitation techniques that are invaluable in helping us to improve the Scrum events and bringing the team together to reach decisions. Not only is the instructor Christoforos Nikitas is very knowledgeable and engaging, but he also uses his expertise to make the course interactive and fun for anyone, regardless of their experience. The course was a great experience and I'm already putting the techniques I learned into practice!

Facilitation principles and practices

The class was very enlightening about how to make teams go further when they seem to stuck.
The class was very enlightening about facilitations and very well organized regarding the online tools that we used, the material, the virtual class. Everything was very well prepared and surrounded with positive mood about learning and having an excellent experience. Chris, our trainer was excellent and brought a lot of enthusiasm about scrum. He gladly answered all of our questions and made this class interesting and useful at the same time.
