Wisdom holds greater value than mere intelligence
Scrum is something that sounds so nice... In a world where I am a great person and everyone around me are great people, Scrum is the most working thing ever. However, how do we apply Scrum in a world that is actually not so colorful and fun? That was my biggest inner question when I joined Dominik's extended PSM I.
At the end of the day, I have even more questions, but the answer to my first one probably sounds like "Do your best, as you're the one to serve as an example for others. And either this example is good or bad, it's you, not them who makes it so."
These past days have made me think a lot. Thank you for this, Dominik, and also for your great style of teaching.

Das PSM 1 training mit Dominik war…
Das PSM 1 training mit Dominik war exzellent! Innerhalb von kurzer Zeit, hat er eine Athmosphäre geschaffen, in der wir TN als ein Team zusammengewachsen sind. Darüber hinaus hat er den Content durch erlebbare Übungen untermauert - es hat z.T. fast "weh getan" zu sehen, worauf es im Scrum ankommt. Im Besten Sinne! Zwei Tage intensiven Erfahrens und Lernens. Sehr angenehmes und gezieltes Seminar
Es waren zwei sehr angenehme Tage mit Dominik und den Teilnehmern. Dadurch, dass es nur 5 Teilnehmer in der Gruppe waren, gab es genügend Zeit auf jede Frage und jeden Teilnehmer einzugehen. Auch die aktiven Gruppenübungen waren sehr hilfreich.
Außerdem war die Art und Weise (fair, ehrlich und gezielt) wie Dominik das Seminar geführt hat super.

A very good overview suitable for beginners and slightly advanced facilitators
I took the “Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills” course with Dominik from ValueRise Consulting. It gives a great overview of moderation methods with a lot of group work to put what you have learned into practice. In my opinion, ideal for beginners in the area of agile methods and facilitation skills, advanced participants will already know many methods. Some basic Scrum knowledge helps with one or another task but is not absolutely necessary. Dominik is a very experienced moderator who guides you through the course in an entertaining way.

Praxisorientiertes SCRUM Training zu Problemlösung und Moderation.
Das Facilitation Skills Training von Valuerise / Dominik war absolut herausragend! Die Schulung war gut strukturiert und hat uns durch die verschiedensten Facilitation Techniken und Methoden geführt.
Besonders haben mir die interaktive Gestaltung des Trainings sowie die gelungene Verbindung zu SCRUM und seinen Werten und Prinzipien gefallen. Die Gruppenarbeiten und der Austausch mit andern Teilnehmern waren sehr wertvoll für mich.
Nach dem Training bin ich voll motiviert, mich in dieser Richtig weiterzuentwickeln und die Kompetenzen, die im Training vermittelt wurden, versuche ich täglich anzuwenden.
Ich kann die Schulung jedem empfehlen, der seine Fähigkeiten bzgl. Moderation, Problemlösung und Servant Leadership erweitern möchte.

Dominik's PSM I training is pure gold for beginners. This is one of the best online training I ever participated in. I was lucky to join his 2-day session. It's brilliantly structured with a perfect mix of theory and practice. We tackled real-world cases and group exercises, diving deep into the subject.
For someone new to the IT world like me, learning from Dominik's vast experience is priceless. I highly recommend his training to fellow novice Scrum Masters. He's approachable and creates a friendly atmosphere throughout. His coaching, mentoring, and wealth of experience are unbeatable, plus the extra materials are a bonus.

PSM I: Definitely my recommendation
I participated in 2-days training with Dominik and it was definitely a great experience! First of all, I really enjoyed Dominik's presentation skills, everything was easy to understand, clear, logical, pleasant and positive. 2 full-time days passed quickly and I didn't feel tired or exhausted, instead I feel inspired. I liked the balance of practice and theory, examples, cases, group tasks. Another great thing is that we were discussing how theory correlates with the reality and what we can do to improve. You learn not just SCRUM as a framework, but also you are 'upgrading' your Agile mindset and start looking at things from a different angle. I can recommend this course and I will definitely come again to another one.

Good an dynamic training.
It was an excellent training.
Dominik also shows very well the differences that exist between the dogma of SCRUM and reality.
The training is individually adapted to the group within the possible framework. All participants can express wishes and suggestions for change at any time, which Dominik also implements if possible.
The training has significantly improved my understanding of the roles of the product owner in a project.
The content is developed live and experienced through case studies.

Clear visual explanations. Exercices helpful, well timed. Discussion sometimes badly timed, but this depends a lot on the participants.

Sehr interessantes Training, Dominik Maximini vermittelt in lockerer Atmosphäre die Grundlagen und Werte von SCRUM. Abwechslungsreich und gehaltvoll
Das Training mit Dominik war sehr abwechslungsreich und gehaltvoll gestaltet. Ich hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit, meine Fragen zu stellen und auch verschiedene Perspektiven mit der Gruppe und dem Trainer zu diskutieren. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die kleinen Reflexionsanregungen nach jedem neuen Input, die mir sehr dabei helfen, kleinschrittig neue Impulse in meinen Arbeitsalltag mitzunehmen und auszuprobieren. Insgesamt konnte ich nicht nur inhaltlich viel mitnehmen, sondern mir gleichzeitig im Workshop-Design und den verwendeten Moderationstechniken einiges abschauen. Ich würde das Training bei Dominik jederzeit wieder buchen.

Solid in-depth Scrum class
I attended the PSM II class lectured by Dominik and I liked every Minute of it. He was on point and always had an answer to questions from the audience. It wasn't a Power Point monologue but a very hands-on group activity and learning adventure. I passed the PSM II assessment just one day after the class.

Even though I am not a fan of online classes this one was fantastic! The amount of interaction and theory just seems about right. Dominik is a really good couch who knows how to reach out to people and how to transfer a lot of information in an entertaining way! Empfehlenswerter Dozent
Das Review bezieht sich auf die Scrum Professional Product Owner 1 Schulung. Die Schulung mit Dominik hat mir sehr gefallen. Er hat die Inhalte spannend vermittelt und ein gutes, interaktives Lehrkonzept gehabt. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass er nicht nur dogmatisches Scrum (relevant für die Zertifizierung) sondern auch viele praktische Aspekte (relevant für den Arbeitsalltag) gelehrt hat. Ergänzend zur Schulung gab es angemessene Unterlagen zur Wiederholung und zum vertiefenden Selbststudium. Durch die Schulung wurde ich gut und erfolgreich (gemessen am Prüfungsergebnis) auf die Zertifizierung vorbereitet.

A class/trainer to recommend
A ton of information. Not only the theory but also praxis examples, that help assimilate it all.
I was also able to relate to my own cases/experiences, which will definitely help implementing what I learned. But most impressive, I was able to manage to stay from 9am to 5pm absolutely concentrated, because the coach/trainer (Dominik Maximini) has a very good and didactic way to conduct the class. I can only recommend this class/trainer!

Two excellent days with plenty takeaways
Two excellent days with plenty insights & take aways for the role of an PO in our organisation! I have enjoyed the class especially due to its mix between theoretical input and a case study which was worked on in smaller groups. There was enough room for discussion and exchange with other participants as well as for individual questions.

I enjoyed this class
I enjoyed this class, because of two reasons: it went very dynamically and at the exactly right tempo for me AND there were a lot of case studies and practical excercises, that I‘ve enjoyed.
After some additional short preparation I‘ve passes the certificatuon very well.

Very constructive and informative training in casual atmosphere. Focus on stances and approaches instead of generic solutions. Much group interaction and less presentation. Many Liberating Structures and great "self-made structures" too. Free follow-up meeting two weeks after the training.

Quite satisfied
Very good class, clear and/but always friendly management from Dominik. I think it´s about having clear the main principles of Scrum and this goal has been definitively reached in my case. The group exercises are not easy beacause of lack of empathy and human touch due to the "remote-working"-mode but of course this is due to the overall situation and not a specific pain point for the course.

Great course and great trainer!
Thanks a lot Dominik! You are an excellent and experienced trainer and you managed to perfectly balance theorie and praxis in this course. I could learn a lot and gain a lot of insights on how to improve in my role as a Product Owner. 2 days training is very intense (especially in a remote format) and I believe in person would have been even more efficient. But I think we made great use of the setup and managed to learn a lot nevertheless.

Informative, entertaining, effective
Even though this training was held remotely, it was still very interactive and entertaining. Our Coach Dominik made the best of the situation and the available tools (Zoom & Mural) to keep it interesting and engaging at all times.

We were pretty lucky getting Dominik Maximini and Boris Steiner, two excellent trainers and coaches! We had many great discussions during the PSM II training. They relly helped us understand the deeper meaning of the values and principles behind scrum. I really enjoyed the combined PSPOSM class. Although I already knew Scrum I discovered many aspects where I didn't know Jack.
I think the combined class and the real world experience of D. Maximini helped joining product owners and scrum masters at our company.
About Dominik

Wisdom holds greater value than mere intelligence
Scrum is something that sounds so nice... In a world where I am a great person and everyone around me are great people, Scrum is the most working thing ever. However, how do we apply Scrum in a world that is actually not so colorful and fun? That was my biggest inner question when I joined Dominik's extended PSM I.
At the end of the day, I have even more questions, but the answer to my first one probably sounds like "Do your best, as you're the one to serve as an example for others. And either this example is good or bad, it's you, not them who makes it so."
These past days have made me think a lot. Thank you for this, Dominik, and also for your great style of teaching.

Das PSM 1 training mit Dominik war exzellent! Innerhalb von kurzer Zeit, hat er eine Athmosphäre geschaffen, in der wir TN als ein Team zusammengewachsen sind. Darüber hinaus hat er den Content durch erlebbare Übungen untermauert - es hat z.T. fast "weh getan" zu sehen, worauf es im Scrum ankommt. Im Besten Sinne! Zwei Tage intensiven Erfahrens und Lernens. Sehr angenehmes und gezieltes Seminar
Es waren zwei sehr angenehme Tage mit Dominik und den Teilnehmern. Dadurch, dass es nur 5 Teilnehmer in der Gruppe waren, gab es genügend Zeit auf jede Frage und jeden Teilnehmer einzugehen. Auch die aktiven Gruppenübungen waren sehr hilfreich.
Außerdem war die Art und Weise (fair, ehrlich und gezielt) wie Dominik das Seminar geführt hat super.

A very good overview suitable for beginners and slightly advanced facilitators
I took the “Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills” course with Dominik from ValueRise Consulting. It gives a great overview of moderation methods with a lot of group work to put what you have learned into practice. In my opinion, ideal for beginners in the area of agile methods and facilitation skills, advanced participants will already know many methods. Some basic Scrum knowledge helps with one or another task but is not absolutely necessary. Dominik is a very experienced moderator who guides you through the course in an entertaining way.

Das Facilitation Skills Training von Valuerise / Dominik war absolut herausragend! Die Schulung war gut strukturiert und hat uns durch die verschiedensten Facilitation Techniken und Methoden geführt.
Besonders haben mir die interaktive Gestaltung des Trainings sowie die gelungene Verbindung zu SCRUM und seinen Werten und Prinzipien gefallen. Die Gruppenarbeiten und der Austausch mit andern Teilnehmern waren sehr wertvoll für mich.
Nach dem Training bin ich voll motiviert, mich in dieser Richtig weiterzuentwickeln und die Kompetenzen, die im Training vermittelt wurden, versuche ich täglich anzuwenden.

Dominik's PSM I training is pure gold for beginners. This is one of the best online training I ever participated in. I was lucky to join his 2-day session. It's brilliantly structured with a perfect mix of theory and practice. We tackled real-world cases and group exercises, diving deep into the subject.

PSM I: Definitely my recommendation
I participated in 2-days training with Dominik and it was definitely a great experience! First of all, I really enjoyed Dominik's presentation skills, everything was easy to understand, clear, logical, pleasant and positive. 2 full-time days passed quickly and I didn't feel tired or exhausted, instead I feel inspired. I liked the balance of practice and theory, examples, cases, group tasks. Another great thing is that we were discussing how theory correlates with the reality and what we can do to improve. You learn not just SCRUM as a framework, but also you are 'upgrading' your Agile mindset and start looking at things from a different angle. I can recommend this course and I will definitely come again to another one.

It was an excellent training.
Dominik also shows very well the differences that exist between the dogma of SCRUM and reality.
The training is individually adapted to the group within the possible framework. All participants can express wishes and suggestions for change at any time, which Dominik also implements if possible.
The training has significantly improved my understanding of the roles of the product owner in a project.

Das Training mit Dominik war sehr abwechslungsreich und gehaltvoll gestaltet. Ich hatte jederzeit die Möglichkeit, meine Fragen zu stellen und auch verschiedene Perspektiven mit der Gruppe und dem Trainer zu diskutieren. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir die kleinen Reflexionsanregungen nach jedem neuen Input, die mir sehr dabei helfen, kleinschrittig neue Impulse in meinen Arbeitsalltag mitzunehmen und auszuprobieren. Insgesamt konnte ich nicht nur inhaltlich viel mitnehmen, sondern mir gleichzeitig im Workshop-Design und den verwendeten Moderationstechniken einiges abschauen. Ich würde das Training bei Dominik jederzeit wieder buchen.

Solid in-depth Scrum class
I attended the PSM II class lectured by Dominik and I liked every Minute of it. He was on point and always had an answer to questions from the audience. It wasn't a Power Point monologue but a very hands-on group activity and learning adventure. I passed the PSM II assessment just one day after the class.

Das Review bezieht sich auf die Scrum Professional Product Owner 1 Schulung. Die Schulung mit Dominik hat mir sehr gefallen. Er hat die Inhalte spannend vermittelt und ein gutes, interaktives Lehrkonzept gehabt. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass er nicht nur dogmatisches Scrum (relevant für die Zertifizierung) sondern auch viele praktische Aspekte (relevant für den Arbeitsalltag) gelehrt hat. Ergänzend zur Schulung gab es angemessene Unterlagen zur Wiederholung und zum vertiefenden Selbststudium. Durch die Schulung wurde ich gut und erfolgreich (gemessen am Prüfungsergebnis) auf die Zertifizierung vorbereitet.

A class/trainer to recommend
A ton of information. Not only the theory but also praxis examples, that help assimilate it all.
I was also able to relate to my own cases/experiences, which will definitely help implementing what I learned. But most impressive, I was able to manage to stay from 9am to 5pm absolutely concentrated, because the coach/trainer (Dominik Maximini) has a very good and didactic way to conduct the class. I can only recommend this class/trainer!

I enjoyed this class, because of two reasons: it went very dynamically and at the exactly right tempo for me AND there were a lot of case studies and practical excercises, that I‘ve enjoyed.
After some additional short preparation I‘ve passes the certificatuon very well.

Quite satisfied
Very good class, clear and/but always friendly management from Dominik. I think it´s about having clear the main principles of Scrum and this goal has been definitively reached in my case. The group exercises are not easy beacause of lack of empathy and human touch due to the "remote-working"-mode but of course this is due to the overall situation and not a specific pain point for the course.

Thanks a lot Dominik! You are an excellent and experienced trainer and you managed to perfectly balance theorie and praxis in this course. I could learn a lot and gain a lot of insights on how to improve in my role as a Product Owner. 2 days training is very intense (especially in a remote format) and I believe in person would have been even more efficient. But I think we made great use of the setup and managed to learn a lot nevertheless.

Even though this training was held remotely, it was still very interactive and entertaining. Our Coach Dominik made the best of the situation and the available tools (Zoom & Mural) to keep it interesting and engaging at all times.

Awsome PSM II training
We were pretty lucky getting Dominik Maximini and Boris Steiner, two excellent trainers and coaches! We had many great discussions during the PSM II training. They relly helped us understand the deeper meaning of the values and principles behind scrum. They created an open and trusted environment, within each participant could speek freely and ask questions. Thank you very much for these 2 days filled with many advices, new inspirations, new tools and the right mindset to become a better Scrum Master.

Very good trainer and course. Good mix of knowledge transfer and practical exercises. Definitely to be recommended

PSPOSM
I really enjoyed the combined PSPOSM class. Although I already knew Scrum I discovered many aspects where I didn't know Jack.
I think the combined class and the real world experience of D. Maximini helped joining product owners and scrum masters at our company.
