Once upon a time, I was a web developer struggling with complexity and rigid processes. Fed up, our team turned to Scrum. Each Sprint we experimented to learn rapidly, to improve our product and work, eventually producing value more reliably. 

This experience ignited my passion for Scrum. Throughout the years, working with Scrum in both small and large organizations, Scrum values and empiricism have guided me in navigating complex problems, and they still do now as an Engineering Manager and Trainer at Mercedes-Benz.io.

As a Professional Scrum Trainer, my purpose is to inspire students in their Scrum journey. In my classes, I bring my stories from working with Scrum and related agile practices between Mercedes-Benz and other companies, including large firms, small start-ups and web agencies.

My classes are highly interactive, as I facilitate learning in a way that lets students share their own experiences. That makes the theory more tangible for them, by applying it to real world scenarios, generating practical ideas to try in their work context.
