Ilektra Kanaki Chester

Ilektra is an Agile Coach and trainer currently working as a Scrum Master. She has worked with several industries providing hands-on coaching and training. She enjoys observing the change in the teams,
focusing on understanding what drives people’s behaviours and what helps them achieve their goals on their agile journey.

She started her career in Aerospace engineering implementing data analytics for aircraft engines and early in her career got introduced to Agile practises and Scrum. She has worked as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile coach in engineering, finance, pharmaceuticals, retail, and housing industries.

She is currently offering public and private courses of APS, PSM I and PSK.
