Jacob is a great trainor full with anecdotes to help us learn! My only suggestion would be ensuring we have proper access to the Mural board at the end of each day as sometimes we werent 'released' to be able to look at the entire board and there were some technical issues with us adding to the board sometimes. I was hyper vigilant of this though as I'd just facilitated a brainstorming session on Mural the previous week. The actual content of the course was well planned out with great use of breakout sessions and lots of visuals!

Top notch experience!
Absolutely phenomenal instructor combined with a super active student body resulted in a top notch experience. I would highly recommend this class to anyone learning about being a Scrum Master and hope to come back soon for the next level.

I took the PSM I course split over 4 half-days. It was all remote, via Zoom. Jacob from Assurity is a great trainer/teacher and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Definitely recommend.

Best Scrum Training Ever

I really enjoyed this class
I really enjoyed this class! Jacob's experience and ability to provide contextual and relevant examples to the subject matter were invaluable. The other participants also made this a great experience - many thanks to them also for their openness and willingness to participate as this absolutely improved the quality of the overall experience. Jacob's ability to make the session a safe space, where we all felt our opinions and questions were relevant, valued and important was paramount to everyone's willingness to participate. I would highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to increase and improve their skills as a Scrum Master!

Immediately Usable and Relevant
Delivery of our PSM course espoused the Scrum values beautifully, the content closely mapped to the Scrum Guide and enriched with 'real life' scenarios from instructor and attendees alike.
We were challenged with interactive opportunities to try out our new found skills using 'simulated examples' and provided with extensions to encourage ongoing learning.

Jacob is an excellent trainer
Jacob is an excellent trainer, his expertise and handling of the subject matter is evident and is elevated by his communication skills. He made everyone at ease, kept the content relevant and gave everyone room to ask questions and develop a deeper understanding of the different areas of the course.
Jacob and Assurity looked after us well and moved our room to a quieter one after the noise from some road works became a nuisance.
