Er werden goede handvatten aangereikt om zelf met de theorie aan de slag te gaan. Er werden goede discussies gevoerd en de trainers speelde flexibel in op de behoeftes.

Great trainers in an even greater setting. Not your usual classroom, loved it! Content was on point and trainers open for discussion and dialogue.

What a nice onsite class. Interactive learning with teachers as facilitators lets you discover and practice in small groups. The 8 hours where passing by too fast...

Jasper and Ziryan are great trainers and coaches with loads of experience. I often get bored by al the boring theoretical models, but these gents know how to turn things alive. I don't think more interaction is even possible. Great job and thank you for the course!

Een bijzondere training kan ik wel zeggen. Waar ik met geen verwachting inging en enigszins nog wel iets had gelezen van scrum biedt deze training veel meer diepte en vooral bewustwording, waardoor de essentie van scrum onverwacht ook wel echt beter blijft hangen. Je wordt in de mini workshops echt uitgedaagd om toepassend na te denken op een interactieve, speelse en diepgaande wijze. En zeker ook niet onbelangrijk zijn het gewoon hele fijne open trainers met een open huisstijl-achtige ruimte waar je je comfortabel voelt jezelf, vrij voelt te zijn en flink getriggerd wordt om ook na te denken. Oh en ze hebben zeer goede verzorgde lunches.

The PSM II course was interactive, engaging and insightful. The facilitators did an excellent job, everything was nicely prepared. I highly recommend this course to any scrum masters who wants to get a deeper understanding on Scrum.

Learned a great deal about Scrum and i am more confident now in applying it the right way. Very informative class and approachable trainers which you can stoke with questions :). You are there to learn and talk about scrum instead of only getting your certificate.

I was able to participate in the PSM1 training facilitated by scrum facilitators. We were warmly welcomed and I got the feeling that we as participants were centerpiece of the training. The personalities of the trainers were far apart from eachother which created a very good dynamic between them. I have had the opportunity to work with the basic concepts of scrum on the basis of the scrum guide for some time now. But the PSM1 training really opened my eyes. The whole train of thought and principles of the scrum framework have landed. I have been able to experience many of the scrum tools myself, which has provided many insights and I have also been able to experience how empirical ideas support scrum in all facets. I've learned a lot, but I still have a lot more to learn. Personal growth also plays a major role in my further development. This training gives me all the tools to continue my learning process at full speed.

Had a good 2 day PSM2 at Scrum Facilitators in Amersfoort. It was not a theoretical sending but interactively discussing best practices with the group of Scrum masters and how you as a Scrum master can optimally facilitate and further expand the self-organization of a Scrum team. The lessons were facilitated by Scrum Facilitators Sjoerd Kranendonk and Jasper Alblas. Thanks for the inspiring sessions and the special location.

The online PSM 2 training was very interactive, a lot of recognition with good practical examples. Working with the various liberating structures working methods is very instructive. Number I can immediately apply in daily practice.

To the point training, with more then enough interaction to keep everyone focussed. After taking the course, I am more confident being a Scrum Master and succeeding the exam for PSMI.

Scrum Facilitators (door Jasper, Che Hong Hsia en Peter-Swen) heeft mij 2 dagen cursus PSM1 gegeven, het is duidelijk uitgelegd en ik ben in 1 keer geslaagd voor mijn examen. Het is wel aan te raden.

Jasper, Hong and Swen made the training PSM Scrum Master I fun and interesting. And with their tips and best practices it was a course where everyone could feel included. They also spent time on listening en helping with practical issues that students brought up.

Well done, because it is very difficult to keep participants connected using video conferencing. In my opinion, you did that very well by working interactively! Furthermore, it is very good to have trainers that put the theory into practice in the workplace.

This training was really life-changing and I don't say that lightly - it was life-changing because it really challenged me to change my mindset and way of thinking and basically unlearn literally all I have learnt in my career thus far. That's not a bad thing, but it's also not easy and Jasper and Steve acknowledged this. I absolutely appreciate how honest and open they both were about the practicalities of applying what we were learning to real life. I have been on other professional training and attended seminars and lectures countless times and I can truly say this is one of the top if not the very best training I have ever attended. So engaging, so practical, very fun. I love the way the three trainers bounced off each other and it is clear they are in complete control of all that is happening. There's also a community that you immediately become a part of by being on this training and that's amazing, because it gives me confidence that as time passes and I encounter issues or have questions, I can always turn to the Scrum Facilitators for help. I can't say enough about this training and the trainers, so suffice it to say that you will be HELLA glad you paid for it. Steve, Jasper, Swen-Peter, Just want to say thank you again and I will definitely be in touch in the coming weeks and months as I try to put everything you taught me into practice :)

This was a great course- really informative and engaging. There was plenty of interactive elements even though the course took place via video conference and it was great to learn from real life experiences of both the course leads and the fellow participants.

These energetic guys took us through the theory with lots of useful examples and exercises. Making it a very interactive and informative course. I can really recommend them!

It was a nice training that Jasper and Hong provided for us. Very interactive and making good use of Zoom and Mural. If you did your preparations up front and read a lot about Kanban and Scrum you will not hear a lot of new stuff but discussing how things will work in practise is definitely useful.

I really liked the class PSMII with Scrum Facilitators. Jasper and Chee-Hong did a great job facilitating the training online. A lot was discussed in breakout rooms, where we were able to discuss all kinds of agile topics. Because of the training, I really understood the essence of a professional scrumaster, so the exam was'nt too hard for me in the end!

Excellent PSM2 training by proffessional trainers!

I love the interaction of the training. Trainers with good knowlegde, theory versus practice. Not only boring PPT sheets. It is all very helpful that the trainers are also consultants. Therefore use cases can be shared. Due to the Covid-19 situation, the training was given to few candidates and a big space. This way of training does provide you a safe feeling during the training.

A training without PowerPoint, I had never experienced that before. The energy with which Jasper and Chee-Hong move in the group ensures that the essence becomes and remains clear. Although I thought I had trouble with interactive training, this one made me realize that it is the best way to learn.

Jasper is an experienced trainer as well as seasoned Agile professional. He uses a mix of theory and practical examples to help us understand the Scrum Framework more better as well as tools and questions. I can absolutely recommend Jasper and the Scrum Facilitators in general to anyone for a PSM2 class.

2 days of great, interactive learning. Especially the alternation of exercises, video's presentation and Q&A made it a valuable experience. The facilitators are able to bring theory and relevant experience to the table and don't have a fixed mindset: good argumentation can change the answer within the tolerance of the scrum framework.

I really loved how Sjoerd and Jasper kept us engaged during the two days. They showed respect and allowed us to reflect and learn. Thank to them I now know more about the role of UX within Scrum and have passed my PSU exam as well.

Great experience again! Pragmatic approach for all levels.

great training

Great class, enjoyed how interactive it was and learned a lot! Sjoerd and Jasper from the Scrum Faciliators are both great trainers, approachable and engaging. And though we did this training remotely, it did not take away anything from the experience. On the contrary, it showed that as a remote team we were able to interact and collaborate together effectively all throughout the activities of the training. Highly recommended for anyone involved in delivering product!

Chen Hong and Jasper are awesome and very knowledgeable. The class dynamic was perfect and learned a lot. I recommend this class to any Scrum Master willing to raise the bar in his/her career.

First time a PSM II clas in a virtual way. The Scrum Facilitators did a good job in facilitating this training to us all. Using the correct tooling, well prepared, and nice to see how they worked together during the training. I would say, a good alternative to the co located version where you have the true face to face conversations! Thanks !

Good quality, great teaching method

PSM2 training focuses on practical experience and the translation of it to theory. So on one hand you want to have an energetic, serious, knowledgeable and diverse group of participants to learn with/from. On the other hand you need trainers who possess all the above as well, to guide you through the program. Lucky me I had both. The training was very well structured and with their enthusiasm Hong and Jasper flew us through the whole program. I say flew because time flew by. The training made me realise even more that the role of Scrum Master is full of ambiguity and therefore to a large extent viable for own interpretation. Talking experiences with 12 other participants made me more confident about how to handle all this.

The class was very interactive, full of learning-by-doing and fun to do. The teachers really used the collective knowledge from the group.

Great session! I can recommend it to not only POs; this session should be followed by all Scrum Team members AND managers of companies who take their agile adventure serious.

It was a nice break in the usual work week. There was a lot of repeating everything we learned so that was really helpful. We also had parts where we experienced working in scrum teams and that was very cool to do. I did think that the course could have been a bit shorter, I had the feeling that some things took too much time in my opinion. The message had come across but then we kept discussing about it. But maybe I'm the only one with that opinion because the other course members seemed to value those discussions.

very interactive and fun way to learn Christian and Jasper did a great job, very interactive way to learn about the scrum framework, with exercises and continue discussions with the group. If I should mention something to improve, I would say It becomes at some point too much, as you really need to think and ask questions yourself with no always the assistant of the trainers. In general, very productive, easy to understand and good opportunity to network !
