Joe (Jochen) Krebs

I recently attended the virtual Advanced Scrum Master training by Joe Krebs that spanned four half days, and I must say it was overall an informative and engaging experience. The training sessions were filled with valuable exercises that helped me enhance my knowledge and skills as a Scrum Master. Joe was very approachable and encouraged questions and discussions, provided clear explanations and practical examples, created an open and collaborative learning environment. The small group of participants allowed for personalized attention and facilitated meaningful interactions among participants. The fellow attendees were highly engaged and actively shared their own experiences and insights. Overall, I found the Advanced Scrum Master training to be a highly positive and rewarding experience. Would recommend to anyone who wants to deepen his/her knowledge further.

I cant say enough about this class. Its a lot of work but Joe Krebs is a great teacher and keeps us engaged and ready to take on more. I got what I needed out of this class and am ready to move forward

Great class from Joe!! He made a class that is well suited for classroom learning into a great learning using online tools such as Mural. He made every topic very practical and kept us all engaged! Thank you Joe.

This is my 3rd course within a span of 10 months and the first one with Scrum.org. I find it really useful, knowledgable and great. It's the Mural slides I don't like much plus it would be excellent if there are references to books on each chapter.

Great instructor. Joe is great person with rich experience. He made it so nice that i felt that we have just started.

I could have done without the first half of the first day as it was slow going and I honestly cannot remember any of that content. After lunch on day 1 the training truly became a fantastic learning experience for me because we began to review the framework and began to practice it in our group exercises. The post exercise discussions were also helpful in tying the theory to how real life project work manifests. The exercises in which we had explain the theory to other class mates were useful to me because they highlighted areas of the framework I did not fully understand myself. Our training coach was great. He was very insightful and prompted us to start to think for ourselves early on in the course.

Excellent trainer with a wide range of experience.

Full of useful games and facilitation techniques that any leaders in an agile context can apply at their solution space immediately. Maybe the class could be done with a Kanban board indicating what was done, what's in progress now and what comes next. Frankfurt could be a better central location for the training in Germany.

Cool and compact overview of agile methods, agile mindset and agile leadership. Lot of eye-opening practical excercises. Explicit recommendation!
