La clase fue muy didactica con muchos ejemplos enriquecedores. Realmente me amplió el sentido de lo que debe ser un Scrum Master, que no solo debe limitarse a facilitar eventos y a inculcar agilidad dentro de la organización sino que también el Scrum Master opera en otros sentidos. Se incluyeron muchos ejercicios de escenarios reales en donde se puso a prácticar cómo debe actuar un Scrum Master en esas situaciones. Excelente curso, muy recomendado para aquellos que deseen aplicar los conocimientos de un Scrum Master Profesional.

Favorite Class so far
This has been one of my favorite classes on scrum.org so far - granted the topic was really interesting and important for me, however the teacher and mentor Joel Francia made the learning experience more fun and effective. He not only went through the scrum slides, he gave us a lot of valuable anecdotes and real-life examples, in order for us to grasp the concepts more vividly. I definitely recommend this class with Joel, for those looking to not earn only a certification but for a great learning experience.

New Thinking
I was pleasantly surprised, and not only Scrum, in my opinion to carry out an extensive class and keep the attendees interested, active, is not an easy task, I have taken other classes where it was difficult to follow the speaker, this was not that way, and I am grateful for it. I hope to continue with this new learning path, Scrum has given me a new perspective on how we can manage complex projects and I would like to start as soon as possible.

Road to Better Scrum Facilitation thru training!
Hey, folks! I recently completed the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills class by Joel Francia from Scrum.org Partner Discovery Fast, and it was a game-changer for me. Thanks to the skills and techniques I learned in the course, I was able to pass the PSFS certification exam from Scrum.org without breaking a sweat.
The one-day class gave me the tools and know-how to become a better facilitator and improve team interactions in a Scrum environment. We learned about the facilitation principles that experienced facilitators use when things get rocky, and how the Scrum values play a role in enhancing collaboration in Scrum teams.
Throughout the class, we tackled various Scrum-related scenarios and applied a bunch of facilitation techniques to improve our agile practices. We learned how to encourage diverse perspectives and bring the team together to reach decisions effectively.

An important step in my advanced formation like SCRUM Master
Important: It was a Spanish course.
In my case, I preferred learning in my native language, and It was an excellent choice. The teacher was too easy to understand, and the information was right to clarify my thought about the next advanced level like a Professional SCRUM Master.

The one-day class gave me the tools and know-how to become a better facilitator and improve team interactions in a Scrum environment. We learned about the facilitation principles that experienced facilitators use when things get rocky, and how the Scrum values play a role in enhancing collaboration in Scrum teams.
Throughout the class, we tackled various Scrum-related scenarios and applied a bunch of facilitation techniques to improve our agile practices. We learned how to encourage diverse perspectives and bring the team together to reach decisions effectively.
Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to sharpen their facilitation skills and make their Scrum team shine. The collection of facilitation techniques and the knowledge of how to apply them in different situations are worth their weight in gold. An important step in my advanced formation like SCRUM Master
Important: It was a Spanish course.
In my case, I preferred learning in my native language, and It was an excellent choice. The teacher was too easy to understand, and the information was right to clarify my thought about the next advanced level like a Professional SCRUM Master.
I recommended it with closed eyes, be sure that you will not be disappointed at all.
