Joel Silberman

Joel is a Scrum Trainer, Agile Coach, and Scrum Master, working to promote the understanding and adoption of agile practices, and the purpose, values, and mindset behind them, that help teams and companies achieve their full potential.

Joel has worked with executives, managers, and frontline employees across company departments to help them learn and adopt Scrum in a way that makes sense and delivers the most value the most quickly.

In addition to helping teams learn Scrum, Joel has coached teams on agile engineering practices and fostered continuous technical improvement in a respectful, collaborative, and effective way.
