I have been an Agile coach to over 170 people on Scrum and Kanban teams, and I have taught Scrum to over 1,000 people from hundreds of companies in a wide variety of industries. I have also led Agile adoptions ranging in size from one team to fifty teams. I currently work for Acorns, a leading fintech that is transforming the way people save and invest. Prior to Acorns, I worked in information technology and product development departments in a wide variety of environments (fintech, supercomputing, insurance, credit unions, mainframe/COBOL, embedded systems, startups, healthcare) as a management consultant, Professional Scrum Trainer, Scrum Master, and software developer.
