I really enjoy Julia's class

I really enjoy Julia's class! I had the opportunity to refresh the learnings about the flow of delivering value, the Kanban metrics, and most importantly the learning from the experts' experience sharing! And the uniquely online interactive activities really help the learning and the engagement throughout the class!

Velocity alone doesn’t measure success

Many scrum teams use a metric called velocity as their primary metric. Velocity is commonly defined as the number of story points you finish over time, usually measured by sprints.
