Great class - very engaging!
I did enjoy this class, since my last in 2018. A great refresher for me with insightful analogies and experiences. I learned new things and was able to gain new insights and ideas on my approach moving forward. Luc was great in his ability to teach the topic and have examples to support our questions and scenarios. He made it fun and engaging. I would definitely take follow up training from this company and teacher.

The instructor was very knowledgeable and gave alot of "real world" example and situational advice. The class was quite small, and so questions were all answered and participation was encouraged. A very good experience, and I would recommend the course. 10/10.

Excellent animation, very good use of team division in zoom to create discussion. Good examples provided, and very fluid progression.
Most student discussions were led by the same people, maybe forcing others to create different point of view could be an improvement. It didn't seem an issue, and I'm not sure how to achieve this without loosing s

Luc was an excellent trainer. He communicated the information clearly and encouraged us to build a deeper understanding of the material through discussion, group work and practice. He was able to answer all of our questions and use his own wealth of experience to provide real-world examples to assist in our understanding. I would definitely take another Scrum.org course and recommend the experience to others.

I was looking to introduce myself to the course to understand the roles and responsibilities of Product owner.
This course is a good introduction without going too much into details.
I feel more confident after attending the classes.
My trainer Luc was very knowledgeable and answered all our queries. He shared good examples for us to relate to.

I recommend it!
I recommend it for all currently or considering product ownership roles. It's my second training with Pyxis and both experiences have made a difference in my daily life. It provides both the theory and practical examples to start fresh with your PO practice. Having taken the Scrum Master training prior to this was helpful, but not required as Scrum basis are covered.

Ces anecdotes tirées de son riche parcours sont autant de situations concrètes dont on peut tirer une leçon très profitable.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié ces 2 jours en compagnie de Luc qui a su me captiver par sa présence presque scénique, la voix posée et le débit adapté.
Il a su relever haut la main son défi d'enseignement, défi d'autant plus difficile qu'il s'est joué entièrement à distance.

La première journée était très longue…
La première journée était très longue et on perdait l'intérêt. On aurait pu réduire le contenu et passer plus de temps sur le contenu de la deuxième journée. On voulait développer plus d'aspect de la 2e journée mais on n'avait plus de temps. J'aurais aimé que Pawel explique plus. Il avait plus d'entrain. Somme toute, j'ai bien aimé le cours. Je comprenais le contenu même si je semblait être la seule qui n'avait aucune expérience dans le domaine. J'aurais parfois aimé avoir plus d'explications sur des termes plus techniques mais je comprends que le cours n'est pas concu pour avoir des débutants.

An interactive and game changing class on Product ownership
The instructor has extensive knowledge about product ownership and is very passionate about being a product owner. He explains the 6 stances in much detail to explain the accountabilities of a Product owner. Numerous exercises during the workshop also help learning about the accountabilities of a Product owner and bringing new perspectives that can be taken back to apply in our respective organizations.

I have a heavy preference for Scrum.org courses, as they focus heavily on the studied role based on the Scrum.org framework, obviously, we take them here (Montreal) through Pyxis. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable and this definitly applies to Luc St-Laurent. The PSPO Advanced course was excellent and I learned quite a lot concerning the PO role and prefered stances.

Très bonne adaptation de la part de Luc pour donner la formation en ligne à distance. Bien que la dynamique est différente qu'un groupe face à face, nous avons quand même pu avoir des échanges avec les autres membres et partager nos points avec le groupe et avec Luc.
Il y a eu quelques problèmes techniques dû aux technologies et sécurité, mais en résumé, c'était très bien.

The best useful training!
Thank you Luc, it was one of the most useful training I've had in a long time. We broke out often in small teams to work on different items, it helped to dynamize the virtual training. The tools we clearly explained and when ever we had questions, the eanswers were clear.
I find using Zoom was a challenge instead of TEAMS, the connection was bad. Mural is not my favorite collaborative tool, but it still worked ok for this type os session. I definitely want to complete the advanced training to better manage the different stakeholders and how to better influence the organization.

We've been with Luc for two complete days for the PSPO Course 1. He is an incredible teacher. The pace of this course is well balanced with theoritical notions, group discussions and concrete cases/examples.

I recommend it!
I recommend it for all currently or considering product ownership roles. It's my second training with Pyxis and both experiences have made a difference in my daily life. It provides both the theory and practical examples to start fresh with your PO practice. Having taken the Scrum Master training prior to this was helpful, but not required as Scrum basis are covered.

However the assesment remains difficult ... I wish Scrum.org offers more (accurate) open assesments and guidelines to help preparation and improvement.

La formation dispensée par Luc St-Laurent est un savant mélange de théorie et de pratique, parsemé d'anecdotes personnelles.
Ces anecdotes tirées de son riche parcours sont autant de situations concrètes dont on peut tirer une leçon très profitable.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié ces 2 jours en compagnie de Luc qui a su me captiver par sa présence presque scénique, la voix posée et le débit adapté.
Il a su relever haut la main son défi d'enseignement, défi d'autant plus difficile qu'il s'est joué entièrement à distance.

La première journée était très longue…
La première journée était très longue et on perdait l'intérêt. On aurait pu réduire le contenu et passer plus de temps sur le contenu de la deuxième journée. On voulait développer plus d'aspect de la 2e journée mais on n'avait plus de temps. J'aurais aimé que Pawel explique plus. Il avait plus d'entrain. Somme toute, j'ai bien aimé le cours. Je comprenais le contenu même si je semblait être la seule qui n'avait aucune expérience dans le domaine. J'aurais parfois aimé avoir plus d'explications sur des termes plus techniques mais je comprends que le cours n'est pas concu pour avoir des débutants.

An interactive and game changing class on Product ownership
The instructor has extensive knowledge about product ownership and is very passionate about being a product owner. He explains the 6 stances in much detail to explain the accountabilities of a Product owner. Numerous exercises during the workshop also help learning about the accountabilities of a Product owner and bringing new perspectives that can be taken back to apply in our respective organizations.

I have a heavy preference for Scrum.org…
I have a heavy preference for Scrum.org courses, as they focus heavily on the studied role based on the Scrum.org framework, obviously, we take them here (Montreal) through Pyxis. The trainers are experienced and knowledgeable and this definitly applies to Luc St-Laurent. The PSPO Advanced course was excellent and I learned quite a lot concerning the PO role and prefered stances.

Très bonne adaptation de la part de Luc pour donner la formation en ligne à distance. Bien que la dynamique est différente qu'un groupe face à face, nous avons quand même pu avoir des échanges avec les autres membres et partager nos points avec le groupe et avec Luc.
Il y a eu quelques problèmes techniques dû aux technologies et sécurité, mais en résumé, c'était très bien.

The best useful training!
Thank you Luc, it was one of the most useful training I've had in a long time. We broke out often in small teams to work on different items, it helped to dynamize the virtual training. The tools we clearly explained and when ever we had questions, the eanswers were clear.
I find using Zoom was a challenge instead of TEAMS, the connection was bad. Mural is not my favorite collaborative tool, but it still worked ok for this type os session. I definitely want to complete the advanced training to better manage the different stakeholders and how to better influence the organization.
