Memento squirrel burger!
I had a lot of misconceptions about what scrum is and isn't before the course, which feel cleared up now. Also, scrum was not presented as the silver bullet for all problems, but instead as tool for teams working on non-standard tasks or in environments with unclear requirements.
A big focus was on the exercises, which cleverly tempted me and the other participants into typical pitfalls (e.g. letting quality slack with the squirrel burger).

PSM 1: Experienced Scrum Master teaches scrum basics.
It was a great class with a Mr Harsch being an experienced Scrum Master teaching the basics of scrum. Although the number of People attending the class was more than I thought, Mr. Harsch managed to involve everyone, share his knowledge and keep time and pace at a very good level. The course does not only contain up-front lessons, but also a good amount of group work sessions, which helps to understand the content better and keeps everyone motivated. A big thank you also to the people at GFU, which also played their part in making this a great experience.

Ich hatte schon mal eine Scrum Schulung aber bei dieser war der Stoff durch die vielen Übungen viel leichter zu verstehen und man bleibt am Ball weil man immer wieder mit einbezogen wird.

A very successful PSM I Training
Ludwig Harsch designed the PSM I training very interactively and was able to tie in with the different levels of knowledge of the participants. All questions were answered competently and clarified on the basis of experiences. Due to the design of the workshop, there was a lively exchange among the participants and most of the knowledge was made tangible. All in all, a very successful training!

The two day class was tought by Ludwig Harsch, who did an outstanding job in explaining the content and setting up a great remote setup with Mural and Zoom, which he used in an excellent way.

Two good days of training
Well structured course delivered online. Good mix between content inputs, interactive exercises, discussions and regular breaks kept me energized throughout the two days. Virtual whiteboard was a good visual support for the interaction with the other participants in virtual setup. The trainer secured a pleasant and productive atmosphere, had high expertise in the subject and was always able and ready to answer questions in the context of the training including helpful practical examples.

Tolles Seminar
Tolles Seminar, mit guter Aufbereitung des Wissens und einem guten Mix aus Gruppenarbeit und Wissensvermittlung. Die eingesetzten Tools haben online sehr gut funktioniert. Ein sehr guter Dozent mit viel Erfahrung mit dem Scrum Framwork und der Arbeit mit Scrum und als Scrum Master.
Wichtig fand ich auch die regelmäßigen Pausen, da es mit der Zeit anstrengend wird, am Bildschirm zu konzentriert den Seminar-Inhalten zu folgen.

Very interesting and helpful introduction to Scrum and its framework. A lot of little group task to help further understanding what living Scrum in a team / an organization really means. Very experienced trainer that was also willing to help trainees with real problems in existing projects.

Scrum PSPO I Training
We had Ludwig to coach us towards the PSPO I certification. He was a very professional, well prepared and kind coach with a lot of noticeable coaching experience. The theory sessions were easy to follow and he always made sure that we collaborated creatively in the tasks of the course while also challenging us to find solutions ourselves. All of our questions were always answered precisely with adequate Scrum background.
Looking forward to PSPO II with you, Ludwig! Maybe already next year.

Ludwig's training was really top despite remote sessions (Covid19). Many exercises help with the rather dry material. Absolutely to recommend. I would have wished for more preparation for the assessment. Since Ludwig is involved in scum.org in this topic and the high standard of the assessment must be maintained, he understandably held back with deeper hints. Nevertheless, the training itself helped very well.

Great trainer, interesting class, helpful learnings for daily business as PO
Great trainer and interesting class. The class was hold remotely from home due to the Covid-19, but this did not reduce the quality of the class at all! Ludwig was great. He was giving clear explanations and answering all questions. The PSPO class was a great mix of theory, explanations, answering questions, given practical real-life examples and experiences, and great exercises. Ludwig made great use of virtual tools to lead through the class and exercises as good as it would have been in person. The class was not only a good preparation for the assessment, but has also given me useful insights and learnings for my professional work and daily business as a Product Owner. Especially important for me to get a clear understanding of the framework and agile mindset of SCRUM.

Excellent PSM II course despite adverse (Corona pandemic) conditions!
An excellent class (PSM II) taught by a very experienced trainer (Ludwig). Despite the adverse conditions (the course had to be taught remote via web conference tools due to Corona situation) the trainer was able to generate a real workshop atmosphere - including background music taken from an ad-hoc-playlist correspondent to participants' favourite songs :-). Good mixture of trainer input, exchange between students, and practical experience with facilitation methods (liberating structures).

This class helped me to motivate me a lot to move on to an advanced level of product ownership and understand why this is helpful and beneficial for my organization, my product, my team(s) and me.
I would recommend to everybody that wants to really implement an agile scrum framework and scale it to challenge themselves and find out, what advanced product ownership should be in an ideal way. Knowing that in the real world there might be the need for some trade offs from time to time.
Just not a five star rating as the concept and story provided during the course sometimes was a little hard to stick to and felt sometimes a little to staged - but still it was well provided and helpful in the end.

Die PSM II Schulung war sehr gut vorbereitet und die Durchführung gut und eine Bereicherung für die Teilnehmer. Die Themen haben dazu beigetragen, dass die Scrum Werte und Prinzipien in deren Rollen in der Praxis transparent wurden. Was mir gefehlt hat war mehr Praxisübungen (wie man eine Retro optimal durchführt, Behandlung von Problembeispiele als z.B. als Rollenspiel) Trotzdem war der Austausch mit anderen und den Trainer sehr Hilfreich und Erkenntnisreich. Der Kurs ist sehr empfehlenswert.

I took the PSPO I Remote Class togehter with two collegues.
The two day class was tought by Ludwig Harsch, who did an outstanding job in explaining the content and setting up a great remote setup with Mural and Zoom, which he used in an excellent way.

Two good days of training
Well structured course delivered online. Good mix between content inputs, interactive exercises, discussions and regular breaks kept me energized throughout the two days. Virtual whiteboard was a good visual support for the interaction with the other participants in virtual setup. The trainer secured a pleasant and productive atmosphere, had high expertise in the subject and was always able and ready to answer questions in the context of the training including helpful practical examples.

Ludwig ist ein guter Trainer und das Training war gut strukturiert. Die Inhalte haben so gerade in 2 Tage gepasst, leider waren die Zeiten für die Übungen dadurch teilweise sehr kurz und wenig Zeit für Feedback.

Ludwig did a great job moderating. Yet, I have read all the suggested readings beforehand, so I already know a lot of the content already. But it was still worth it :) I could set the course content into relation of the learnings of the suggested readings

Tolles Seminar
Tolles Seminar, mit guter Aufbereitung des Wissens und einem guten Mix aus Gruppenarbeit und Wissensvermittlung. Die eingesetzten Tools haben online sehr gut funktioniert. Ein sehr guter Dozent mit viel Erfahrung mit dem Scrum Framwork und der Arbeit mit Scrum und als Scrum Master.
Wichtig fand ich auch die regelmäßigen Pausen, da es mit der Zeit anstrengend wird, am Bildschirm zu konzentriert den Seminar-Inhalten zu folgen.

Very interesting and helpful introduction
Very interesting and helpful introduction to Scrum and its framework. A lot of little group task to help further understanding what living Scrum in a team / an organization really means. Very experienced trainer that was also willing to help trainees with real problems in existing projects.

Scrum PSPO I Training
We had Ludwig to coach us towards the PSPO I certification. He was a very professional, well prepared and kind coach with a lot of noticeable coaching experience. The theory sessions were easy to follow and he always made sure that we collaborated creatively in the tasks of the course while also challenging us to find solutions ourselves. All of our questions were always answered precisely with adequate Scrum background.
Looking forward to PSPO II with you, Ludwig! Maybe already next year.

Ludwig's training was really top despite remote sessions (Covid19). Many exercises help with the rather dry material. Absolutely to recommend. I would have wished for more preparation for the assessment. Since Ludwig is involved in scum.org in this topic and the high standard of the assessment must be maintained, he understandably held back with deeper hints. Nevertheless, the training itself helped very well.

Great trainer, interesting class, helpful learnings for daily business as PO
Great trainer and interesting class. The class was hold remotely from home due to the Covid-19, but this did not reduce the quality of the class at all! Ludwig was great. He was giving clear explanations and answering all questions. The PSPO class was a great mix of theory, explanations, answering questions, given practical real-life examples and experiences, and great exercises. Ludwig made great use of virtual tools to lead through the class and exercises as good as it would have been in person. The class was not only a good preparation for the assessment, but has also given me useful insights and learnings for my professional work and daily business as a Product Owner. Especially important for me to get a clear understanding of the framework and agile mindset of SCRUM.

Excellent PSM II course despite adverse (Corona pandemic) conditions!
An excellent class (PSM II) taught by a very experienced trainer (Ludwig). Despite the adverse conditions (the course had to be taught remote via web conference tools due to Corona situation) the trainer was able to generate a real workshop atmosphere - including background music taken from an ad-hoc-playlist correspondent to participants' favourite songs :-). Good mixture of trainer input, exchange between students, and practical experience with facilitation methods (liberating structures).

This class helped me to motivate me a lot to move on to an advanced level of product ownership and understand why this is helpful and beneficial for my organization, my product, my team(s) and me.
I would recommend to everybody that wants to really implement an agile scrum framework and scale it to challenge themselves and find out, what advanced product ownership should be in an ideal way. Knowing that in the real world there might be the need for some trade offs from time to time.
Just not a five star rating as the concept and story provided during the course sometimes was a little hard to stick to and felt sometimes a little to staged - but still it was well provided and helpful in the end.

Die PSM II Schulung war sehr gut vorbereitet und die Durchführung gut und eine Bereicherung für die Teilnehmer. Die Themen haben dazu beigetragen, dass die Scrum Werte und Prinzipien in deren Rollen in der Praxis transparent wurden. Was mir gefehlt hat war mehr Praxisübungen (wie man eine Retro optimal durchführt, Behandlung von Problembeispiele als z.B. als Rollenspiel) Trotzdem war der Austausch mit anderen und den Trainer sehr Hilfreich und Erkenntnisreich. Der Kurs ist sehr empfehlenswert.
