Professional Scrum Master class by Magdalena Firlit
The class allowed to explore scrum from a practical approach. The workshop was not only focused on preparing for the exam, but primarily on preparing to work in an agile environment. It demonstrated practical situations reinforced by discussions among participants. There was no feeling that the workshop was conducted rigidly according to a script - the participants had an impact on which issues were focused most.
At the same time, the class was a very good training before taking the exam. Many thanks to the instructor Magdalena Firlit.

Useful experience
I truly recommend Magdalena's course of the PAL-EBM.
First of all, Magdalena shared a lot about the role of Agile leader with passion. She referred to examples and her huge experience, gave tips taking into account our experiences/issues, paid attention to the most important issues that each PO might face on his/her journey.

I think Magdalena is a great coach. You can easily notice her experience in scrum trainings. She knows when to talk and when to let others share their opinions. Magda has a lot of energy and believes in what she is teaching. I found myself a scrum evangelist after the class :) I liked the form of training (graphs and visualizations instead of raw theory) as well as tools (this was the first time I used Mural but it was really fun).

Training worth attending
I can recommend this training to everyone (experienced PO included) that want to learn more about how to create the right product in not always friendly enviornment (corporate burocracy / tough stakeholder). Strong base for exam
Attending to Magdalena's class gave me a strong foundations to attempt and pass the Proffessional Scrum Master exam on the first try. During the classes we had opportunity to test in practice all the elements of Scum Framework and had a chance to ask all the questions that emerged in the meantime. Magdalena is well prepared, has broad knowledge and practical experience so the whole course was interresting and easy to digest.

It was a first for me to work in/with the tool Mural, and it seemed somewhat confusing and overwhelmningly unstructured during the course (me, being a 'structure facist'), but now, going over the course materials afterwards, it all comes together: the teaching, the reference guide, the murals and the additional materials linked to in the mural.

PSU is a great class
I can recommend this class for SM, PO, UX Specialists, Designers. If it happens that you will have an opportunity to do it on-site within your company, participating with the whole Scrum Team (and outside co-workers who might be considered as UX, Designers) is highly recommended. PSU is a great class that stress test your understanding of what is a Sprint work, what is an Increment, what should be in the DoD etc.

PSPO II Online training - great learning
Online training executed very professionally. A lot of material packed in 2 days. Many discussions on the forum and in dedicated pairs or groups. It was even more intensive then "in the office" training. Questions answered, goals set for the training achieved. Good materials and tools available to run the training online. Thank you, these were very beneficial days for me.

I spent two days on a training where I studied advanced topics about the Product Owner's role. What I enjoyed very much was that the course was practical and interactive. Most of the time we spent on working on a real case and digesting the Product Owner's duties. I used to think the PO role was pretty easy to understand but in fact I learned how different the role is from what I have witnessed and experienced in the past. It was also a moment for self reflection what I liked very much. Two days with a lot of interaction, learning from other participants and great facilitation by our trainer. Highly recommended.

I truly recommend Magdalena's course of the PAL-EBM.
First of all, Magdalena shared a lot about the role of Agile leader with passion. She referred to examples and her huge experience, gave tips taking into account our experiences/issues, paid attention to the most important issues that each PO might face on his/her journey.

I think Magdalena is a great coach. You can easily notice her experience in scrum trainings. She knows when to talk and when to let others share their opinions. Magda has a lot of energy and believes in what she is teaching. I found myself a scrum evangelist after the class :) I liked the form of training (graphs and visualizations instead of raw theory) as well as tools (this was the first time I used Mural but it was really fun).

Strong base for exam
Attending to Magdalena's class gave me a strong foundations to attempt and pass the Proffessional Scrum Master exam on the first try. During the classes we had opportunity to test in practice all the elements of Scum Framework and had a chance to ask all the questions that emerged in the meantime. Magdalena is well prepared, has broad knowledge and practical experience so the whole course was interresting and easy to digest.

It was a first for me to work in/with the tool Mural, and it seemed somewhat confusing and overwhelmningly unstructured during the course (me, being a 'structure facist'), but now, going over the course materials afterwards, it all comes together: the teaching, the reference guide, the murals and the additional materials linked to in the mural.

PSU is a great class
I can recommend this class for SM, PO, UX Specialists, Designers. If it happens that you will have an opportunity to do it on-site within your company, participating with the whole Scrum Team (and outside co-workers who might be considered as UX, Designers) is highly recommended. PSU is a great class that stress test your understanding of what is a Sprint work, what is an Increment, what should be in the DoD etc.

PSPO II Online training - great learning
Online training executed very professionally. A lot of material packed in 2 days. Many discussions on the forum and in dedicated pairs or groups. It was even more intensive then "in the office" training. Questions answered, goals set for the training achieved. Good materials and tools available to run the training online. Thank you, these were very beneficial days for me.

I spent two days on a training where I studied advanced topics about the Product Owner's role. What I enjoyed very much was that the course was practical and interactive. Most of the time we spent on working on a real case and digesting the Product Owner's duties. I used to think the PO role was pretty easy to understand but in fact I learned how different the role is from what I have witnessed and experienced in the past. It was also a moment for self reflection what I liked very much. Two days with a lot of interaction, learning from other participants and great facilitation by our trainer. Highly recommended.
