The training was well structured and well presented. The content was about the support that Kanban with its metrics can contribute to improving the flow in a Scrum system. So the training is interesting for Scrum teams that want to use Kanban for flow optimization.

About Marc
I started my professional career in the field of electronics and medical technology, but then quickly gave in to my fascination with computer science and moved to an IT consulting company.
I’ve spent the last 15 years learning everything there is to know about the way of working agile -- from Crystal to XP, from Less to SAFe with a strong focus on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, always looking for the next thing to learn. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as Scrum Master, Kanban Coach, and SAFe Program Consultant to help people and companies finding the WHY and the HOW to transform and reorganize.
