Lehrreiche und gute Scrum Schulung. Am besten fande ich die Aufteilung auf 4h für 4 Tage. Mark war super nett und hat gute Laune verbreitet. Außerdem hat er sehr geduldig alle Fragen beantwortet. Ich hab mich gut auf die Prüfung vorbereitet gefühlt.

Mark ist sehr erfahren und gibt gerne sein Wissen weiter. Das Training ist super strukturiert gewesen und wir konnten jederzeit fragen stellen. Gerade dass das Training nur halbtags stattfindet, macht es sehr leicht bekömmlich und man hat genügend Zeit das Gelernte zu verdauen. Danke dir Mark!

Die Schulung bei Mark war super! Das Konzept der 4 kurze Tage ist super, um den ganzen Stoff in kleinen Häppchen verteilt aufnehmen zu können. Die Übungen und der Austausch sind sehr hilfreich. Mark als super Trainer rundet das ganze perfekt ab!

Der PSM II Kurs bei Mark auf Scrum.org war einfach nur mega geil! Ich habe viel Inspiration, Wissen und Begeisterung aus der Schulung mitgenommen. Mark ist ein herausragender Trainer, der die Konzepte teaching from the back of the room und liberating structures meisterhaft anwendet. Dadurch war die Schulung sehr interaktiv und es gab nur wenige Präsentationen. Stattdessen wurden die Inhalte von den Teilnehmer:innen selbst erarbeitet, was der Schulung eine unglaubliche Energie verlieh. Es war großartig zu sehen, wie jeder Teilnehmer aktiv einbezogen wurde und wir gemeinsam die verschiedenen Aspekte von Scrum erkundeten. Besonders beeindruckend war der intensive Austausch unter den Teilnehmern. Durch die interaktiven Übungen und Diskussionen konnten wir viele Einblicke in die Implementierung von Scrum in verschiedenen Unternehmen gewinnen. Es war spannend zu sehen, wie Scrum in der Praxis umgesetzt wird und welche Herausforderungen und Erfolge andere Teilnehmer erlebt haben. Die bereitgestellten Materialien wie Bilder, Podcastempfehlungen und Links sind sehr hilfreich, um das Gelernte weiter zu vertiefen und sich auch nach der Schulung noch intensiver mit den Themen auseinanderzusetzen. Ich möchte mich bei Mark für die großartige Schulung bedanken. Sein Wissen, seine Leidenschaft und seine interaktive Art der Wissensvermittlung haben diese Schulung zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis gemacht. Ich kann den PSM II Kurs bei ihm uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freue mich schon auf weitere Gelegenheiten, von seinem umfangreichen Know-how zu profitieren.

Mark found the right balance so that we could explore the topics in the course ourselves in small groups and at the same time I was able to benefit a lot from his experience and knowledge. He paid close attention to the many breaks that are worth their weight in gold in remote training.

Mark is a very competent trainer and the sessions were very entertaining and enjoyable. The content was explained with many practical examples and thus made tangible. Mark gave us many valuable tips and recommendations that can be integrated into our daily business. I can only recommend Mark as a trainer, especially because I love trees ;-)

It was just a great course with Mark. It was very deverting because we did a lot of practical work to experience the role of a product owner. Course was very well trained and Mark immediately connected with all of the participants I felt. Thereby it was very easy for him to inspire and for me to be inspired. Only thing might be to get some more real life anecdotes in there to visualize possible problem solving methods a bit more. Additionally having 4 half days instead of 2 full days also was a good way to learn.

Classes were dynamic and with good teams dynamic and Mark show us the differences between waterfall and scrum, using disruptive examples. It is the only way to change old-fashioned people to the new scrum framework.

My experience in the PSM clasroon has been very good. Although English is not my native language, Mark has made the course very enjoyable and I think I have learned enough to become a scrum master. Let's see if I pass the certification !!

Die 4 Tage vergingen wie im Flug. Die beiden Kursleitenden waren sehr kompetent und transportierten echte Begeisterung, Wir wurden gut auf die den Scrum Master Test vorbereitet. Einziger Malus war für mich war dass ich Miro nur teilweise geeignet. Für die Colaboration finde ich es super. Als Kursunterlage (um meine eigenen Notizen zu machen oder Dinge zu highlighten) fände ich eine tradionelle Powerpoint oder Worddokumentation besser.

The course of Mark has improved my knowledge regarding Scrum and even showed in an interactive way what Scrum really is. Mark presented the course in a fun way and inspired everyone for Scrum. I personally recommend to attend his course.

Mark has a great, positive & fun attitude which influenced the whole class in a positive way - so,yes, he gave a great example for future scrum masters that way. The class is pretty intense but also with much time for discussion and learning scrum in a fun way, so these 4 days went by unbelievably fast. Recommended for everybody, working with complex projects (like software development projects) and not just for future scrum masters.

I participated the Scrum Master class for PSM I certification with Marc. At the beginning I was honestly a little bit confused as the method was quite different to those I was used to in trainings. During my exam I realized that it was actually very well presented. The method we used was kind of learning by doing. The topics which have been chosen for discussions and work in groups were really good. I liked being part of that sessions. At the end it was all about understanding the principals of the SCRUM not about each detail. Thanks a lot for this great experience!

Well organized, structured, insightful and very interactive Training. The Trainer Marc was very professionell experienced and he was a very engaging trainer covered a range of topics which appealed to everyone. All in all a very useful Training which I can recommend to everyone.

I can highly recommend this course to everybody, who is interested into learning more about / understand the agile mindset and the concept of a PO in an agile environment. I took so much value out of this class and learned a lot which will really help me in my day to day work. Although I am not a remote training / working skeptical person, this course highlighted all the advantages of a remote training I can think of. We had a lot of really good hands on sessions, well prepared materials and inspiring discussions. Within multiple breakout sessions, some of them random mixed, we were able to get in contact with so many different points of view from all the different participants and Mark managed to always be there and listen to what is happening in those sessions and work it into the course itself on the fly. As those three days went by way too fast and the topic itself holds so much more to theory-craft about, we got a lot of recommendations on top for articles / books / videos to consume and because this class is supposed to be a good preparation for the PSPO I Certification, we also got a lot of tips how to prepare ourselves for that without focusing the whole class only on succeeding on that certification. Thanks a lot Mark for that great experience and please consider to host the PSD I class, I would buy in immediately.

The PSM-I Training by Mark was very well structured! Despite the virtual environment, the exchange between the participants in different break out sessions and via a virtual whiteboard worked very well. I liked the different approaches and methods of learning and practicing the content. Also, we are now equipped with a lot of additional information such as book and podcast recommondations to deepen our knowledge. The training was a good preparation for the certifciation and I can highly recommend it.

With a great balance of theory, discussion and activities Mark created an highly engaging course that worked perfect remote-only (due to pandemic restrictions the course had to be remote). Due to COVID the course was remote-only and took place over 4 days (4 half days to be precise – instead of 2 full days – which is the optimal setup in my opinion). Mark made the PSPO II online training a great experience. His mix of theory and practical trainig were excellent. I enjoyed every minute.

The class was very inspiring and gave me a lot of impulses, techniques and food for thought that help me to become a better PO. Mark is a great trainer with a lot of knowledge and good ideas to convey them even remotely entertaining and quickly understandable. The only minus point: I would have liked more time to include more personal perspectives and experiences of the participants.

Der Kurs mit Mark war super! Ich habe sehr viel neues gelernt und habe nun eine neues Bild vom Product Owner. Mark hat es geschafft, dass man sich von Anfang wohl fühlt und auf spielerische Weise mit anderen in Teilnehmer in Kontakt kommt. Alles war super organisiert und zeitlich aufeinander abgestimmt. Durch den Einsatz von Conceptboard war der Kurs sehr interaktiv gestaltet und hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Insgesamt wurden meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen und ich konnte sehr viel lernen und bin motoviert vieles von dem in der Praxis umzusetzen.

Sehr interessante 4 halbe Tage in entspannter Runde. Netter und kompetenter Trainer der die doch heterogene Gruppe gut durch die Schulung geführt hat. Vor Ort wäre es sicherlich noch besser gewesen, aber online hat auch funktioniert.

Super Kurs, angenehme Teilnehmer, guter Trainer!

Due to the Corona Pandemic, this class unfortunately took place completely remote. The course concept was very well adapted to the situation and was completely coherent. The good mix of input from the instructor and the working groups with the other participants was great fun and brought a lot of variety. At first, 4 hours per day sounded like a lot, but time just flew by. I was able to take a lot away from the course and learned a lot of new things, even though I had already worked as a product owner for a year before. I can only warmly recommend the course.

Mark addressed all my needs with a very high level of commitment and the attitude to always care. The language was clear and precise. So it was easy for me to follow. The structure supported the content very well. This helped me to get a sound idea of the subject and all relevant topics. Thus, I had a great learning experience. I was able to share my personal experience and to reflect it together with Mark and the fellow learners. This was highly useful to me and helped me a lot to gain a better understanding. It was a great decision to join Mark's class. And I would absolutely register again for a class held by Mark.

Thanks Mark for three very interesting days with lots of helpful information and discussions based on real life experiences. I personally had some doubts concerning having such kind of training pure virtual - but no reason for that - excellent format, interesting, valuable and relevant for real business life. Well organized and structured training with plenty of useful tipps for the daily life. Mark shared many of his exeperiences and used different media, which made it interesting and entertaining.

At first I was skeptical because it was a remote training. After the training I am enthusiastic and would prefer it to a classroom training. Mark was very well prepared and the training was easy to understand and brought me a high added value of knowledge. The selected tools (zoom, conceptboard, slack) for remote training were well chosen and made interactive collaboration easy. I can absolutely recommend a training with Mark. I hope to do the PSPO Advanced training next year. If so, then surely again with Mark.

Ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch eine solche Schulung remote zu absolvieren, bin aber im Nachhinein absolut begeistert. Ich habe viele Insprirationen für meinen Tätigkeit als Product Owner mitgenommen und viele Themen, die ich im Nachgang vertiefen möchte. Die Schulung war gut vorbereitet und mit Hilfe von remotefähigen Tools nachvollziehbar und interaktiv. Auch im Vorfeld sind Fragen schnell beantwortet worden, so dass man dem Termin entspannt entgegen sehen konnte. Auch an der Nachbereitung gab es nichts auszusetzen, wir haben enorm viele Literaturempfehlungen und Links bekommen, um das Wissen zu vertiefen und auf Fragen, die im Nachinein entstehen, wird weiterhin eingegangen. Ich würde eine weiterführende Schulung wieder bei Mark Rehberg absolvieren.

In Mark's course, time passed by in a flash. From start to finish, I was never bored and I was able to expand my knowledge horizon very well.
