Martina is an abolut Pro! She made learning really easy because she has an example for everything. The lessons were so interactive and although the examination was very tough i felt well prepared for that (and passed).

Das Online-Training von Martina hat mich wieder einmal positiv inspiriert! The course is very well structured, well thought out and reflects Martina's accumulated skills and experience. The two days are intensive. The theoretical basics are presented briefly and concisely. These are directly consolidated with practical exercises in smaller and larger discussion groups. Questions can be asked at will, which Martina answers comprehensibly and in detail. I can only recommend this training for beginners and more experienced product owners, as the trainer has great knowledge and know-how.

Ich bin total begeistert von Scrum und der Rolle des Scrum Masters, dank Martina. Das Training war so aufgebaut und strukturiert, dass ich als völliger Neuling auf diesem Gebiet nicht nur „Feuer fangen“ sondern auch die wirklich anspruchsvolle Prüfung bestehen konnte. Martina lässt das Scrum-Konzept in den Trainings richtig aufleben und schafft so eine interaktive Atmosphäre, die das Lernen leicht werden lässt. Der Blick hinter die Kulissen, also Praxisbeispiele aus der Welt der Software-Entwicklung, ist dabei nicht die einzige Sichtweise die Martina mitbringt und darlegt. Viele alltagstaugliche oder „fachungewöhnliche“ Verknüpfungen lassen die Spielregeln von Scrum greifbar und nachvollziehbar werden. Nach zwei Tagen, ist aus einer Gruppe von Fremden eine kleine, agile und kommunikative Gruppe entstanden. Das ist eine wirklich großartige Leistung, die das Training von Martina zusätzlich auszeichnet und besonders werden lässt. Martina nimmt sich gezielt Zeit, um auf prüfungsrelevante Punkt hinzuweisen und konkret auf die Prüfung vorzubereiten. Dafür bin ich ihr besonders dankbar, denn das waren wahre Gold-Nuggets und echte AHA-Momente. I attend the virtual Professional Scrum Product Owner class on March 18-19, 2023 which was conducted by Ms. Martina Lünzmann. The class was very well prepared and conducted in a very professional, interesting and interactive manner. Although the content is vast and there were many topic for a 2 day course, all the topics were covered fully with proper timeboxing. It was a relevant refresher for me and gave me new perspectives. Would recommend the course and the trainer.

I decided to take the PSPO 1 certification to improve my career prospects and get a better understanding of product ownership. The sessions with Ravi and Martina were very engaging especially if you are very keen on learning the workings of a scrum product owner role. The numerous examples provided also helped me understand the concepts in the Scrum Guide. During the training, I was also able to identify areas of improvement for my team. The discussions in class and the materials provided all helped me pass the certification. Additionally, my understanding of scrum also immensely improved my approach to Product Owner interviews. I would definitely recommend this class.

Martina hat ein sehr fokussiertes und inhaltlich dichtes Training durchgeführt. Ich war erst skeptisch, die Online-Version zu belegen - das war aber zeitlich nicht anders machbar. Durch die Nutzung von Mural hat es sich aber sehr live angefühlt und ich bin begeistert. Martina hat nach Rücksprache mit den Teilnehmenden intensiv auf die Prüfung vorbereitet, was aber nicht zu Lasten des Austausches zwischen den Teilnehmenden und Martina zu "Real-Life-Themen" ging. Am Ende habe ich sehr viel für die Arbeit mitgenommen und das Zertifikat in der Tasche. Insgesamt sind die durchgespielten Übungs-Szenarien nicht zwingend IT-nah. Das hat mich etwas gewundert, war aber ganz spaßig. Die geteilten Erfahrungen aus Martinas vielseitigem Arbeitsleben waren dafür größtenteils IT-bezogen, was mir sehr weitergeholfen hat. Highly experienced trainer with background from real life projects. No questions were left open. Really useful additive information, hints and links.

The course has been held with an orgnized and structrued way. The learning materials are beneficial. The teacher explains well with enough exmaples making the content not so abstract. First day was so intensive in compare to the second day.

This was a very intensive class, with a lot of material to go through, and Martina did a great job of guiding us through it. In particular, she immediately created a pleasant working atmosphere and provided valuable support and insight to help deal with the overwhelming scope and very tight timeboxing. (four stars only because I personally wasn't quite happy about some aspects of the design of the class by Scrum.org)

World-class PSPO-Advanced training! This hands-on training helped me improve a lot my Product Management skills and knowledge, and gave me the opportunity to discover new tools, techniques and complementary practices. Martina is a fantastic trainer, truly passionate about Product Management, Agile and Scrum. I’m glad I could benefit from her extensive knowledge and experience. Die zweitätige Schulung war eine sehr gute Möglichkeit die Rolle des Product Owners in Scrum besser kennen zu lernen. Durch viele praktische Übungen in kleinen Teams konnte ich die theoretischen Ideen / Techniken besser verstehen und ein Gefühl dafür bekommen wie man sie in der Praxis einsetzen kann. Martina hat die Schulung sehr gut geleitet und mit vielen Erfahrungen aus der Praxis greifbarer gemacht.

Martina is a really good teacher. With the help of a lot exercises, questions and breaks she manages to get the huge amount of information into memory. The two days are sophisticated but also fun.

Die Praxisbeispiele von Simon und Martina haben die verschiedenen Haltungen eines POs so verständlich gemacht, dass jeder sie im Berufsalltag anwenden kann.

First of all, I liked the structure of the training. Honestly speaking, I was curious and a little skeptical in the beginning how we can learn and train content for advanced Product Owners in just two days, but by putting the preferred stances of a PO as a guiding thread into the center of the two days training, I as trainee never felt lost. As part of or in between of the before-mentioned stances (main topics) there was plenty of information on basically everything related to the work of a PO as an agile Product Manager or Entrepreneur, recommended reading, templates for assisting us in achieving our goals in work, it was made clear what the dos and don’ts are, what kind of mindset we need and what we should aim for – this encouragement was especially helpful for me. The breakout sessions after nearly every next step on our journey were great and challenging but felt sometimes short at time. The trainers were always helpful and supportive, encouraging, inspiring and I never felt lost. In the end I just thought: “Too bad that it was just two days.” Because I would have loved to spend more time with and learn from them. I strongly recommend this training to everyone, who, like I, felt that I want to take the next (big) step towards becoming a Professional Scrum Product Owner.

I am more than happy with the training provided by Martina and Ravi. The trainers introduced lots of new concepts as part of this course on Product Owner accountability. They covered a wide variety of topics from Agile Product Management, Value, Scrum Framework, Empiricism, Evidence-based management, Product backlog management, Release planning, and so on. As a Scrum Master, I needed these techniques to teach the Product Owners with whom I associate at my workplace. They both clarified lots of doubts that the students have with practical examples. Product owners and aspiring Product Owners will certainly benefit from this training because of the practical experience that they both bring. They delivered all the things that they promised and more:-) Bonus: They spent additional 30 minutes after the class each day if the students had any doubts.

The class was great. Martina and Ravi kept a good pace and were able to keep engagement high. For me the most valuable were their substantial insights and vast experienced that they were happy to share with us. They answererd every questions we had before, during and after the class. They are offering to be available for help even in the future. Super nice and helpful people. It was definitely worth it and I can recommend both of them.

This is my first time experience with Scrum.org -Professional Scrum Product Owner training. Trainer Ravi and Martina both delivered the training very well. Great training by Martina

The class gave a good overview for the PO Role and SCRUM Framework. At the beginning of the course I would have found it helpful to start with a general overview (some theory). For example, with the Scrum Guide or explanation of terminology. This would have helped to create a framework and then dive into the details. Otherwise it is very difficult to follow, especially for PO/SCRUM newcomers. A structure from general to detail would have simplified understanding.

Martina war eine sehr engagierte und entspannte Trainerin, die viel Wert darauf legt, die Kursteilnehmer *innen bestmöglich auf den Test vorzubereiten. Wir waren nur ein kleiner Kurs (4 Teilnehmer), wodurch sie auch individuelle auf Rückfragen eingehen konnte. Der Kursablauf war sehr strukturiert und jederzeit transparent hinsichtlich Umfang und Ablauf. Einzig der Zeitrahmen ist recht kurz angesetzt. In zwei Tagen fehlt zum Teil die Zeit, sich intensiver mit komplexeren Themen auseinanderzusetzen. Das hat sich besonders bei Übungen gezeigt, bei denen dann doch manchmal die Zeit fehlte, die Ergebnisse auch zu besprechen/zu diskutieren. Das ist aber vermutlich der Sache an sich geschuldet. Ich freue mich jedenfalls, das Gelernte anzuwenden.

Die Grundlagen der PO-Arbeit wurden sehr nachvollziehbar und klar vermittelt. Wir konnten im kleinen Team die Methodiken direkt anwenden und ausprobieren. Die Trainerin hatte einen breiten Erfahrungsschatz und viele anschauliche Beispiele aus dem echten Arbeitsalltag zu bieten. Gerade für Leute die seit kurzem als Product Owner arbeiten sehr empfehlenswert. Insgesamt sehr effektive zwei Tage Schulung, wenn auch in einen begrenzten Zeitrahmen.

Sehr gut vorbereitete Schulung, die die Grundlagen, der PO-Arbeit nachvollziehbar vermittelt hat. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, im kleinen Team die Methodiken direkt anzuwenden und auszuprobieren und waren eine gute, höfliche und diverse Runde. Sehr spannend fand ich zu erfahren, wie SCRUM in anderen Firmen gelebt wird und wo wir verglichen zum offiziellen Guide abweichen. Auch für Personen, die schon als Product Owner arbeiten, sehr empfehlenswert. Die Trainerin wusste definitiv, wovon sie spricht und hat ihre jahrelange Praxiserfahrung gut mit eingebracht und auch klare Worte verloren. Das hat mir gut gefallen. An der einen oder anderen Stelle, wäre ich gern noch etwas tiefer in die Methodik oder auch Diskussion eingestiegen, aber ich verstehe auch, dass zwei Tage Schulung einen begrenzte Zeitrahmen bietet.

Für mich war es bereits die zweite Schulung mit Martina. Ich war - wie bereits in Vergangenheit - wieder begeistert! Martina war bestens vorbereitet und hat uns strukturiert und professionell durch die 2 Tage geleitet. Wir waren eine recht große Teilnehmerzahl, dadurch hat auch ein sehr wertvoller Austausch stattgefunden. Das Mural Tool, mit dem wir gearbeitet haben, war sehr gut aufbereitet und hat mir auch nach der Schulung zur Vorbereitung auf die Zertifizierung noch sehr weitergeholfen.

Martina did a great job at preparing the training and guiding us through the huge amount of information. The mural proved to be a really valuable tool to structure the training, - although I must admit it seemed daring at the start of the first day. The training incorporated the different pre-knowledge levels of the trainees very well and used it to the benefit of the team. I think the training would easily benefit from a third day.

Der Kurs zur PSPO-I-Zertifizierung war sehr interessant und das Lehrmaterial perfekt aufbereitet. Ich habe schon solche Kurse erlebt, bei denen nur trocken die Prüfungsinhalte gepaukt wurden, dies hier war definitiv eine bessere Erfahrung. Ich würde den Kurs auch Menschen empfehlen, die sich einfach über die Rolle des PO und Scrum informieren wollen ohne die Zertifizierung anzustreben. Viele Hands-On-Beispiele und der interessante Austausch mit den anderen Kursteilnehmern haben das ganze abgerundet. Klare Empfehlung!

Die zwei Tage mit Martina waren wirklich sehr spannend und aufschlussreich. Der erste Blick auf den Umfang im kollaborativen Tool Mural war Anfangs etwas erschlagend und vermittelte zunächst zwei sehr anstrengende Tage. Martina hat es jedoch geschafft, die Aufgaben so zu gestalten, dass ein reger Austausch zwischen den Teilnehmern stattfinden konnte und es somit zu keinem Zeitpunkt langwierig oder langweilig wurde. Ich konnte die beiden Tage definitiv viel lernen und habe den Kurs direkt meinen Arbeitskollegen weiterempfohlen. Was mich betrifft, war das nicht mein letzter Kurs bei Martina.

Martina hat den Lehrstoff super aufbereitet und uns diesen anhand vieler praktischer Übungen beigebracht. Sie hat viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben und eine tolle Atmosphäre geschaffen. Vielen Dank für die zwei Tage.

Martina led us through a very structured training. One can benefit here from her great professional experience both as a developer and PO. Furthermore, it is important to her to get together in groups and work out parts of the content together. This increases the learning outcome.

Martina and Ravi were excellent in training with real world scenarios, creating value with team collaboration and not just going by book. The training practically gives the experience how PO's need to operate in their role. Highly recommend for new starters.

The training is well structured and easy to follow. I recommend basic knowledge of Scrum for attending this course. A lot of information is conveyed in two days. However, the skilled trainer makes it possible not to lose track while keeping a high pace. The high proportion of exercises, individual and team work makes it easier to process the information. The very short presentation blocks between each exercise provide valuable additional knowledge. Thank you for the training and well done!

This course was very helpful to prepare for the certification and Martina was able to explain the scrum framework with an emphasis of the product owners roles and responsibilities very well in a very lighthearted and encouraging learning environment.
