It was great to see someone so passionate about the Scrum/Agile experience to excite and intrigue the fellow classmates. I 100% recommend being able to attend one of these workshop/classes to further build on professional development skills. I've come to appreciate the role of a Scrum Master a lot more.

Great Course!
The class was very engaging and informative. As someone who does not work in a standard management environment, the content was really accessible to me. The instructor, Matthew, was also encouraging about asking question, and took the time to answer everything I asked.
Fantastic course, and definitely worth doing - especially if in person.

I really enjoyed this course, lots of great information and interaction.
I really enjoyed this course and learning about the Scrum framework. Mia developed an excellent mix of information and activities to develop our understanding and skill. She went at a pace that everyone in the room could keep up with. Mia was very professional and was able to easily teach the foundations of Scrum.

Content, trainer appropriate and effective; 100% Zoom limited interactivity
Content is appropriate for PAL-E and Mia is an experienced trainer who is capable of effectively running the course and she used the tools at her disposal well (e.g. Miro).
Unfortunately, true interactivity was limited by the fact the course was run 100% via Zoom video conferencing; group training classes like these are best run in-person.

Ready for PSM III!?
I feel extremely fortunate to have booked my PSM II class with ZXM's Mia Horrigan because I also got ZXM's Matthew Hodgson as a co-instructor for free! With Mia's expert guidance and Matt's peppering of anecdotes, I advanced my understanding of the Scrum Master's role (and the areas I need to improve) many times over. The 22 stances of a Scrum Master, the importance of coaching the product owner and organisation, the Stacey & Cynefin models to explain when to use Scrum. Mia handled all our questions fully while keeping us focused on our sprint goal.
