Great quick introdcution in the SCRUM world
This training was a great oportunity an introduction into SCRUM world. I highly recomand it. It is very on point and has great examples and role playing interaction from where you can understand by your own what the porblems might be in the real life scenario.

Learning about Scrum in an agile way

Great PSM trainer and overall experience
During the online live class of PSM I (June 26 & 27) held by the one and only Mihai Olaru, I had the real joy of expanding my Agile and Scrum knowledge, while also having a lot of AHA moments with regards to the Scrum Master's world of choices.
The materials presented, the practicality of the class in itself were so well thought out, and delivered, that I would enroll once again just for the fun of it.
Frankly speaking, I highly and openly recommend Mihai as a trainer, he knows the deal!

Interactive and practical
Very interactive course that is focused on the principles and ideas of Scrum, and how to implement them, instead of pure theory.
All questions were answered in a thoughtful way and Mihai was not satisfied until he was certain that we understood.
The course was also fun and I enjoyed some of the game-like events. It is, in my opinion, the best way to learn.

Highly practical
The course materials were very well prepared and focused on the practical side of the framework. There was a high amount of exercise and teamwork that supported in fostering the Scrum values on the spot.
The course sequence was logical and the selected examples not easy to forget.
I think it is safe to say that the course was inspiring and brought a great understanding of Scrum overall. Kudos to the trainer, Mihai Olaru, who managed to transfer his knowledge and experience and instill the Scrum, Agile and Product-oriented mindset in all his apprentices! Thank you again!

Interactive and extremely useful
We've had an on-site training with Mihai Olaru. The session was interactive, extremely engaging, yet made you feel comfortable. We could feel how we'd progressed along the session and that we were actually learning as we went. It formed the skills and gave us the info both for passing the PSM I and for enabling SCRUM in our teams. I strongly recommend it!

Interactive and comprehensive Scrum Training
Mihai did a wonderful job as a Scrum Trainer during the training I attended through University of Westminster. Not only he displayed his vast knowledge and deep insights into Scrum but he was patient, took time to answer questions from every participant and made the session, spread over 2 days, interactive and interesting. The breakout rooms provided ample opportunity to share ideas with others in the group and Mihai provided his expert opinion explaining how and what needs to be done when using Scrum.

Great PSM Class
I had the greatest experience during this in-person training. We had a lot of materials and case-studies that clearly explained what to expect from a pure Scrum environment and how things are supposed to work. It greatly changed my ability to think about agility and Scrum.

Great training experience
I was part of the PSM I training with Mihai Olaru from PM Access and it was one of the most engaging and interactive trainings I've ever experienced. The theory was very much catered for us to understand the most important parts of scrum and the Scrum Master role, and they were also accompanied by many practical exercises which I found very helpful.
Mihai managed to adapt to our pace and level of understanding very well and he was very well prepared with information and resources which helped me get my certification without too much time spent studying on my own.

One of the best training experiences I have ever been part of
The PSM I training with Mihai Olaru was one of the most well-prepared and interactive trainings I have ever been part of. The theory was always backed up by practical exercises, which were followed by valuable debriefing sessions. After the training was finalized, I felt that I already knew the main foundation of the required knowledge to pass the exam. Mihai followed up with a very nice list of learning tips and resources which turned out to be very useful in the preparation process and helped me get my PSM I Certification with great results.

Amazing class
Mihai offered us an extremely valuable insight into the Scrum Mater accountability in an entertaining, interesting and highly engaging manner!
Mihai has great communication skills and you can notice right from the start that he is a highly experienced professional. Great experience taking the course
Our trainer for PSM Level I course, Mihai Olaru, was very professional and the overall experience was a great one. PSM II course with Mihai Olaru
I have taken the online Scrum.org PSM II class with Mihai Olaru, from PM Access. After the training I also passed the PSM II certification exam.
The training material was very good, the format makes the information flow from trainer to students in a very interactive and engaging manner. It all helps with better understanding the topics and learning from the ideas and experiences of the other class mates. Mihai is a very open person and he is good at sharing examples from his past experience.
I recommend the course to anyone looking for answers to different questions they might have related to the way scrum can be implemented successfully.

The major benefit of this class is the interaction with other Scrum practitioners and learning from/ with them. Great experience
What I appreciated the most about the PSM training is that we were encouraged to discuss/debate different situations in groups, our trained was open to questions and I consolidated my knowledge.

Good, useful class
I liked the delivery and the content of the class. I think Mihai did a great job covering a large amount of material while also tailoring the experience to what he felt we would get most value from. In the end it was a good experience that I actually learned things from.

Scrum Master Training -PM Access

PSM II course with Mihai Olaru
I have taken the online Scrum.org PSM II class with Mihai Olaru, from PM Access. After the training I also passed the PSM II certification exam.
The training material was very good, the format makes the information flow from trainer to students in a very interactive and engaging manner. It all helps with better understanding the topics and learning from the ideas and experiences of the other class mates. Mihai is a very open person and he is good at sharing examples from his past experience.
I recommend the course to anyone looking for answers to different questions they might have related to the way scrum can be implemented successfully.

Great training
Mihai's PSM I training is a great opportunity if you want to learn more about the Scrum Master accountability, no matter if you already have some hands-on experience or not. Mihai is not only teaching the Scrum training but he is also offering extremely valuable input & advice considering his own experience with the framework.
The 2 days of training were very engaging and fun and I highly recommend Mihai as a trainer to anyone that wants to improve their knowledge with Scrum.

Amazing Experience!

Interaction with other Scrum practitioners
The major benefit of this class is the interaction with other Scrum practitioners and learning from/ with them. Mihai made an extraordinary job in stearing and mediating the two days we spent together. The above being said, the only improvement I’d propose is to have bigger claases with more participants. Thanks again Mihai!

Great Professional Scrum Master I Training
I recently attended the PSM I training with Mihai Olaru. I can honestly say this was one of the best prepared trainings I have participated in: the presentation, the practical exercises, how the training was organized over the 2 days, as well as Mihai's expertise, contributed to me being very engaged and eager to learn. I liked how the learning path was build and usage of MURAL allowed the participants to interact easily.
Mihai has a pleasant way to communicate and his professional experience was a big plus when some use cases were discussed.
