Great class. Instructor was knowledgeable, had a sense of humor and created a good atmosphere.
Pace was quite fast and takes some energy to stay focussed, like in real life haha.

Theory and mindset
I liked the mix of theory, exercises and day-to-day examples. It makes it easier to grasp the theory, not forgetting about what Scrum.org expects from the candidates. Also I liked the passion of Miriam really wanting the candidates to understand what is expected of them as in their scrum master role, not only theoretical-wise, but also the "lead by example" mindset of teaching. Be on time, take the lead in convo's etc.

An energetic and inspiring training where there's room for learning from the experience of others as well as taking on the theory and practical excersises.

Great training
Experienced trainers, engaging training, great location, fun participants.
The trainers were more than able to get all the information across. More over, they had room to tailor the available time to any specific questions or needs the class had.
Would recommend this course, and these trainers, to any who are interested.

Top training!
Ik heb met veel plezier de Professional Scrum Master training van Proawarenes bijgewoond. De interactieve sessies zorgden voor de perfecte balans tussen theorie en praktische voorbeelden. Mariam heeft veel kennis in huis en is erg enthousiast, wat het leerproces erg leuk maakt. Geen saaie powerpoints tijdens deze training! Met een zelfverzekerd gevoel stapte ik het lokaal uit en ik heb veel zin om mijn nieuw verworven vaardigheden toe te passen. Sterk aanbevolen!

Good combination
Good combination of theory and practical exercises and examples. Flip charts are clear and well-arranged, making the material easy to understand for taking the exam.

Great experience on every aspect
Miriam was very knowledgeable on the subject at hand. There was a great balance between theory, practice and discussion on how to translate everything to your own job.

Review PSM training I
Thank you Miriam for the great course.
I enjoyed both days of the course and i'm happy with the results at end of the 2nd day.
I went from scratch to clear guidelines in the how's and what's of a scrum master.
I'd like the interactive exercises, practical examples and pitfalls.. experiencing the difficulties to apply a-what-seems-to-be-simple into the complex situations.
Would recommend to anyone who wants to start with Scrum.

Great training!
I really liked the Scrum Master I training. It was interactive and never dull. Our trainer Miriam was both professional and personal, energetic and positive. Which I think is a very good combination for a trainer.
And most importantly of course, I actually learned stuff!

Informative, Dynamic and Practical
I had great training experience with Miriam. It was interesting, clear and punctual, which was not always easy with online training sessions. There was good balance between theoretical information and practical implementation.

About Miriam
Miriam is a people’s person , enthusiastic and helping individuals and organizations in their Agile journey. She focuses on the Scrum Values to grow trust.
Miriam is a Professional Scrum Trainer and is a certified Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner and SAFe Agillist.
Her first love was IT and as an IT consultant she also worked in Scrum Teams and thus knows what it is to be in an IT Scrum Team. She since gained a lot of knowledge and hands on experience as a software tester and combined with Agile, she actively seeks to improve the profession of software delivery. She combines her hobbies, such as games, creating visuals and using her creative brain with her love for Agile and brings that along in her coaching and teaching.
Furthermore she is engaged in the Agile community, being a member of the organizing committee of the Agile Coach Camp Netherlands.

Great training!
