I am very happy to complete the Professional Scrum Master training with Nedjma. Good combination between theory and practical exercises. We have seen a lot of aspects of Scrum, Agility, and Scrum master. I personally enjoy the part where we shared experiences.

Very qualitative training, with a good balance between theory and practice. Several team workshops allow for collaboration and validation of certain concepts. Nedjma knows her field very well and provides extensive answers to various questions. I was able to pass my certification the following week with complete peace of mind!

Great training ! Nedjma has a very deep knowledge of Scrum and most importantly she knows how to adapt her class to her audience. I could feel that she has a subtle understanding of where each of us stand in the process of learning about Scrum and of how to bring us to the next level. This training covers a lot of subjects and themes and can feel a bit overwhelming at the end of the second days. But it gives enough material to start this exciting journey and it gives also a lot of leads to where and on what we can improve. I also really appreciated the rhythm between theory and hands-on exercises. I would recommend without hesitation this class given by Nedjma. Thanks again for your great energy :)

Great class, great exercises to practice the product owner role.

I attended the Professional Scrum Product Owner training facilitated by Nedjma during the lockdown period some months ago. Nedjma facilitated online training in 4 sessions. She was able to create the face to face environment, she mastered the online training tools and made it easy for us to uses them. Despite her deep knowledge about the subject, she was able to get invisible when we were doing the exercises and let us learn by doing. I found also that she gracefully balanced the attendee's participation and make everyone contribute to the teaching/learning experience always referring and honouring the scrum guide.

This was an enlightening course. I was part of a small class of 5 students from many different backgrounds and guided by Nedjma we followed the intellectual road to the understanding of Scrum through theory explanation, experience sharing and roleplays. This course prepare really well to the PSM1 certification.

The dynamic that Nedjma manages to create during the course, thanks to her energy, and that combined with her experience and quality of documentation/supports at our disposal, make that training very interactive, enriching and proficient. I would strongly recommend that training!

Scrum applied training with many feedback loop to be sure that all participants receive answers to their needed clarification. Nedjma creates a "thrust" atmosphere and give so many inputs to have Scrum mindet via many concrete exercices. I recommend strongly ☺.
