Insightful and engaging
The training was engaging, well structured and insightful. The "mini" sprints gave some insights into different perspective and challenges from different participants and some best practices, guidelines in such scenarios.

Very experienced trainer
Oliver is very experienced, has answered all questions in the course (PSD I), has given interesting new insights into this topic including interesting background information where applicable, and has falsified some common misbelief. I am sure that his hints will help my scrum team to understand and use the framework in a better way.

- Oliver was an excellent trainer - patiently answered all questions
- learned a lot (especially apply theory to practice SCRUM)
- great approach of PSD Course having "real" sprints
- passed exam :-)
About Oliver
Oliver Hankeln started as a software developer in 2000. He later moved to IT operations and added Scrum to his tool belt.
With his experience and his ability to see the big picture, he realized that there is a huge, untapped potential for improvement in the way we work together in most companies.
He decided that he had to do something about it and became a Scrum Master and team leader.
He now works as a freelance trainer and consultant for Scrum and DevOps and helps teams and organizations on their journey.
