I attended PSM2 training and It was a great session delivered by Preeth Pandalay. The way HE engaged the team was like I was in the physical class room. Having indepth knowledge and expertise in agile scrum concepts , delivered the subject in a simple yet very effective way of explaining where we can apply the different techniques. The way he engaged teams by creating breakout rooms which helps in collaborating with fellow trainees and knowledge sharing and come up with ideas/ opinion and feedback was really awesome.

I enjoyed the class of PAL-E, it has enough exercise via breakout activities to reflect the training materials. The trainer is knowledgeable, and he is able to give some good examples from real life experiences. I gained new knowledge on how to become a great agile leader in the organization. It's a little bit too packed for 2-day training, I wish it can be at least for 3 days and even better if do it offline/physical class.

Knowledgeable and excellent Agile coach
I attended the PSM - II session and Preeth Pandalay was the training coordinator. Preeth was very knowledegable on the subject and he explained the concepts with a variety of practical examples. He managed the pace, content and organizing group discussions very elegantly. I strongly recommend interested members to enroll for this training.

Gained new insights on how to be an agile leader.
I enjoyed the class of PAL-E, it has enough exercise via breakout activities to reflect the training materials. The trainer is knowledgeable, and he is able to give some good examples from real life experiences. I gained new knowledge on how to become a great agile leader in the organization. It's a little bit too packed for 2-day training, I wish it can be at least for 3 days and even better if do it offline/physical class.
