I recently attended Reshma (Simran) Nagrani's Scrum class, and I'm pleased to share a positive experience. Having a smaller class size, Simran maintained a high level of interaction, creating a personalised and engaging learning environment. Overall, a fantastic and enriching learning experience. The class was really nice. It was interactive and fun and our coach Simran explained the Scrum framework really well. It was really great to be a part of this class and I am happy to have learnt so much. The exercises, breakout rooms and all the study material was really helpful to understand all the concepts thoroughly.

PSM 1 workshop The workshop/training was very engaging and insightful. The examples and scenarios discussed provided a very good understanding of the concepts.

The workshop was good many doubts have been cleared by examples or by functional knowledge. The material provided is great and trainer tried to solve our all queries.

I have an opportunity for attending the 2 days PSM-1 workshop by Ms. Simran and felt learnt the Scrum in the simplest way. Attended the Dec 1 - 3 Workshop for PSM1. I would recommend Simran's workshop to anyone who is interested to further their scrum journey. I usually do prefer the typical lecture style of trainings but having joined her workshop made me appreciate the more active approach. All the conversations among the participants enabled me to remember the experience on top of the concepts which improved retention.

Had very useful workshop for PSM 1 certification. Gained many technical knowledge of Scrum master role and I would recommend this workshop to my other friends as well

Interactive sessions, well-organized and planned training material, explaining Scrum values with real-life examples, catering to all questions and discussions (sometimes off-topic), offering to stay back for any specific discussions.

The training was extremely well-planned and perfect attention to detail was given while curating the scenarios or the study material. Simran is definitely one of the best coaches that anybody can learn from, she is very good at addressing questions, quite knowledgeable and composed in handling any chaotic situation.

I attended a (virtual) instructor based Professional Scrum Master training session on November 21-23 2023, the trainer was Simran Nagrani. The experience was immensely enriching as Simran's teaching style seamlessly integrated real-world examples and scenario-based Q&A sessions. What stood out was the inclusivity of the training; every participant had ample opportunities to engage and interact with one another. It's an outstanding course, especially for beginners seeking an introduction to the intricacies of Scrum. However, if I had to pinpoint an area for improvement, it would be the duration. The wealth of information and discussions made me wish for an extension of a day or two.

I had the chance to attend Simran APS scrum training for the PSM certification prep on Scrum. ORG. The trainining was super interactive and engaging not a single moment during the training without excitement. Simran was kind enough to discuss Scrum from a practical perspective engaging me and the attendees with hands-on exercises all the time. Simran is knowlegeble and adept in SCRUM practices & methodologies. The class was interactive and well stuctrured. Moreover the 3-day workshop gave enough time to absorb the overall content which might have become hectic and cumbursome in a 2-day workshop.

Very interactive session

It was a great 3 day workshop with only 8 participants; so everyone had the opportunity to put forth their points/queries. It was a conceptual and activity based workshop wherein breakout rooms were used for the activities. Real world scenario based activities and discussions were done too. There were Q&A sessions as well. It was not a PPT based monologue workshop. All in all Simran facilitated and conducted the workshop well; right from explaining the basics to the necessary/applicable advanced concepts. She patiently answered all the queries and her knowledge, style of teaching, coaching, guiding, was great! Got to interact and learn from the participants too. Thank you Simran once again and AgileForGrowth for all the help and support :)

The structure of the class was beautifully setup. Right from the get-go, we were outside of our comfort zones and interacting not only with Simran but also with the other participants within the class. Simran's techniques were clearly directed to teach all aspects of Scrum within a timeboxed manner. All activities, games, etc were designed to provide maximum engagement to every single individual in the class. Across my career, easily the most hand-on class that I have ever taken.
