Rick Ziebarth

Rick is passionate about improving team/organizational agility through the scrum framework and values.  He has 10 years of experience working as a consultant being part of and coaching scrum teams.  Over that time, he has accumulated experience being all three roles on the scrum team: Development Team Member, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.

Rick is committed to sharing his diverse experience with his clients and trainees to help them realize the benefits of incrementally delivering valuable working software.  He is committed to working with organizations to build self-organizing teams that focus on continuous improvement. Most importantly he is committed to ensuring the scrum framework and values are well understood so organizations/teams can maintain a culture grounded in agility.
