Sanjay is a great trainer who brings fun into the classroom
Sanjay is a great trainer who brings also fun in the virtual classroom. When asked for more clarification on certain topics he was able to give a clear example/use case to make it better understandable.
I liked the part about EBM, how the KVAs have been explained and why the framework is important in relation to the strategic goals.
In my personal opinion the first day with the introduction and the collaboration exercises around the general "Purpose" and "Why" could have been shorter - given the fact that the audience was already a mature one with regards to agile coaching, ways of working etc.

Valuable insights into EBM
Our trainer has a deep knowledge and experience in this field. Learning with colleagues is a lot of fun and valuable insights can be shared on EBM.
What could be considered is to offer even more examples of products from the past and future to enhance thinking about measuring value and where to invest. I would recommend this course for everyone who wants to learn more about Evidence Based Management.

Sanjay is a great facilitator and trainer who tailors the content and the pace of the training based on the real-life problems and expectations of the audience.
His approach is practical and exercise-based: in fact, in order for the class to incorporate and digest the content, he first organises some group exercises, then he asks what are the take aways from each exercise, and finally he complements with some theory or real-life example he has experienced.

It was quite interactive session
It was quite interactive session. Sanjay made the session non sleepy and entertaining by involving every one of us in learning activities in breakout rooms. He just not explained the concepts, but also tried to make us realize the same through activities on Murel board. This session broke my myth, that it is going to be a boring session as it is online and 8 hrs long session.....Am happy that i attended this session and learned a lot.

Get Scrum right with Sanjay!
Sanjay is a great trainer. The way he conducted the sessions on both the days was very structured. He brought to life the power of collaboration, collective participation and decision-making by giving the participants the chance to brainstorm and debate in break-out rooms. He not only shared knowledge related to the training subject, but also beyond that, while sharing valuable real-life examples, and also breaking the myths surrounding Scrum. I absolutely enjoyed the 16-hour duration training over a span of 2 days. It never felt tiring or overwhelming. He also patiently and beautifully answered all the queries. The content was clear and is relevant to the session. The trainer imparted knowledge from the point of view of handling practical real life scenarios. Also he covered on the exam point of view. Th trainer made sure that the session was interactive and everyone is engaged in the conversation. There were many hands on examples, where we were put into teams and discuss and come up with the solution. Sanjay has good knowledge and good coaching skills. Overall it was a wonderful learning experience.

The PSM class was interesting, collaborative and informative. The real-life scenarios and working in groups to discuss and provide answers helped in having different perspectives from each attendees.

cool hands-on collaborative working sessions
I really liked the hands-on collaborative working session we had. In my opinion, it was much better than simple slide show type of class.
The trainer Sanjay pointed out and clarified many topics of the Scrum guide through real life examples and answered to all questions and doubts attendees had. He facilitated discussions and made the content really interesting.
