A welcome difference from the usual workshops. Instead of just receiving or interactively working on cases, you are triggered here to start a conversation with your colleagues based on your own situation. Actually thinking about the applicability of the subject matter and the knowledge acquired.

Transformative PSM II Training Experience! 🚀
I recently had the privilege of attending the PSM II training, and WOW, what a journey! 🌟 The trainers, Sjoerd and Ziryan, brought the material to life with their dynamic and engaging approach.
The energy and passion were infectious, keeping us hooked from start to finish.
What set this training apart was the perfect blend of theory and hands-on activities. It wasn't just a course; it was an interactive experience that challenged and inspired me.
A massive shoutout to the Trainers for their expertise and unwavering support and their commitment to our understanding and success was palpable.
Big thanks to the entire class too! Learning alongside such a diverse and motivated group added immense value. We laughed, learned, and faced challenges together—truly a collaborative experience.

Training without PPTs
Loads of interactive elements and learning through doing. Quite some facilitation techniques SM could use. Small group (11 people) and almost all exercises were in smaller groups giving enough time for everybody to express themselves.
Why not 5? We didn't talk a lot about the training relationship to PSM II and what you can expect from the questions for the certificate. We touched it only briefly regarding practical details.
Overall, if you don't want PPT presentations and want interactive sessions with your chance to shape it, I can recommend Scrum Facilitators!

Great course!
The course was very interactive and the trainers were well-prepared. It was easy to follow the content, the material was clear and structured. I recommend this course for designers, who are starting with Scrum and don't have much understanding of the framework. It was very insightfull.

Had a good 2 day PSM2 at Scrum Facilitators in Amersfoort. It was not a theoretical sending but interactively discussing best practices with the group of Scrum masters and how you as a Scrum master can optimally facilitate and further expand the self-organization of a Scrum team. The lessons were facilitated by Scrum Facilitators Sjoerd Kranendonk and Jasper Alblas. Thanks for the inspiring sessions and the special location.

I enjoyed two days PSPO-A training
I enjoyed two days PSPO-A training from Kai and Sjoerd. It was a fun and great course due to combination of examples Kai and Sjoerd shared what they experienced as well the way they facilitated this course with different breakout sessions. I also thought it was great balance and good energy between the two trainers eventhough the course was online.

Very good training of both Sjoerd and Kai. Both wel experienced and they managed to keep me focused whole two days. Only downside is that there is too much theory for the PSPO-A in general to cover on two days. 3 days would be better and have some more time to dive into the assignments.

Great class, recommended to all involved in delivering a product!
Great class, enjoyed how interactive it was and learned a lot! Sjoerd and Jasper from the Scrum Faciliators are both great trainers, approachable and engaging. And though we did this training remotely, it did not take away anything from the experience. On the contrary, it showed that as a remote team we were able to interact and collaborate together effectively all throughout the activities of the training. Highly recommended for anyone involved in delivering product!

Great content, great delivery and exercises w. large group.
Full disclosure, I am a PST. I enjoyed the advanced PSPO training a lot. The content was great and the delivery with exercises was just good, also for the size of the group (>20 people).
The trainers were also very open and incorporated our feedback from day 1 into day 2.

In this post I want to explore whether the Increment, a core concept to Scrum, needs to be changed for Scrum in a non-IT context. In future posts, I will do the same for the Definition of Done, or other concepts that may provide a better understanding of Scrum when applied to non-IT context.

Most organizations are using Scrum, however, many of them feel like the agility of their organization has degraded, and they might be right! Often, using Scrum starts out as a way to improve development efforts coordinated within an IT division or department, but that is not the most effective organization structure to potentially get maximum benefit from Scrum.

A goal, a forecast of functionality, plus the plan to deliver it. the Why, the What and the How. Sprint Goal + Sprint Backlog. How do these relate, plus a practical example.
Aug 17, 2018
The purpose of Scrum is to deliver Increments of releasable functionality. So at each Sprint Review, a “Done” Increment is required to make transparent the progress made by the team.
