Learn how to turn your conflict experiences into collaboration sessions !
This class helped on my biggest issue while facilitating a meeting or a workhsopp. My questions before the training was : how to resolve conflits and build consensus. Thanks to Souleymane and its training, I received several tools that helped me feel empowered in my capacity of dealing with the so -called : groan zone.

The PSFS course on facilitation skills was fantastic ! I gained valuable insights into topics that I can immediately apply to my daily tasks. The class was enriched with practical examples, making the learning experience both insightful and applicable.
