Sprinting with Cerebral Palsy by Dave Dame at TEDxToronto

December 13, 2018

In this presentation at TEDx Toronto, Professional Scrum Trainer, Dave Dame gave an inspirational talk reminding us that that when you see the world differently, you have a different world available to you.

Dave is a renowned thought leader in the space of organizational change, and helps large companies move from ideation to validation—all while inspiring leadership to be the change they want to see. Armed with the same agile techniques he teaches to organizations looking to break the status quo, Dave navigates the struggles of CP with grit and grace. From being a child unable to speak to running a 5K, Dave Dame has overcome many obstacles despite his diagnosis of cerebral palsy. By developing life hacks and alternative paths to personal and professional success, Dave has become a leader in the Agile community. He dedicates his work to helping organizational teams in transition leverage and implement Agile best practices and quality management and has trained over 600 professionals in the field. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
