Wilton is a passionate agile practitioner who loves helping people develop great products in complex environments, and for that, he believes the Scrum Framework is an amazing approach. He’s been acting as a mentor, coach, and trainer in several organizations and in several industries, from banking to entertainment to retailing and even luxury fashion. He started working in the IT industry 17 years ago, and since then he has acted as a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach, always moved by a need to help people improve their ability to empirically solve problems and have a better work experience overall.
