great class, very fun and hands-on - PSPO II
Great PSPO II class with a lot of hands-on exercises so we could work out solutions by ourselves which greatly increased my learnings and take-aways from the course. Trainers also shared quite some personal experiences from previous companies, giving additional context on when and how to apply the techniques and topics discussed in the course.
What a pity there is no PSPO III class, I would for sure be interested.

A very beneficial class
Our coach was a pro-active person and gave us enough time to ask questions. He was very patient and involved in the class. He was able to correct many of our mistakes and provided us with some pro-tips based on his own experiences. Mostly due to time limitation, he had to put some some strict time control over the exercises. I wish there were more such practical sessions. In the end, it was a wonderful 3 day experience.

Agile, fun and straightforward ;-)
Jack is excellent. Easy going, funny but with excellent examples and able to encourage and inspire everyone on the training to move it and go the extra mile. I learned a lot, my expectation of the class were full-filled and my results in the certification exam were very high.

The class has been very informative and…
The class has been very informative and detailed. With the time to time exercises that encouraged active participation of each of us we were able to easily understand and grasp the knowledge on Scrum comfortably.
Our trainer was exceptionally patient in answering all the questions we had during the sessions. 4 hour session was never a boring event during the 4 days.
I really appreciate his efforts in getting me/us a detailed understanding of how to be a good Scrum Master and how we can make good use of the process in our company as required.

Jack was an engaging and skilful teacher & facilitator. The course was well-structured and I liked the balance between group activities and theory. If I had to wish for anything, it would be a larger group for enhanced diversity.

Everything is about flow of value, time was very well spent!
Yevhen (Jack) manages to make remote trainings so lively that you almost forget you are there remotely.
I learned and saw a lot about Kanban in the two days, and also experienced through activities and simulations how perfectly Kanban complements the Scrum framework. The focus on flow through visualization (transparency) and WIP limitation will positively impact any system. No matter what environment you are working in, the content of the training will help you to identify further improvements.

Two productive and joyful days of PSPO training
Two days of PSPO training by Yevhen Domchenko were rather intense and challenging, full of new information and exercises. But it’s definitely worth of the effort taken!
I appreciate the ability of Yevhen to keep the high energy during the speech, At the same time, he makes it easy to understand complex things. Moreover, we enjoyed and had fun on the classes.

I liked the way of changing between explanation phases and self organized work in pairs or groups. All activities and exercises worked very well remote and were valuable. The trainer explains clearly and answers all questions very well.

I am working with Individuals, Teams, Leadership and Organisations since 2011. I have gathered years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Manager and Leader, Agile Coach, Team Member and Professional Systemic Coach. I have experience working with Agile transformations, fantastic teams, managers, leaders and change across the world, facing various organizations with difficult situations, challenges and different environments.
I have facilitated hundreds of different courses, workshops and training, In-person and remote and I have coached different companies, individuals and teams local and international and continue to do so In-person and Remote!
How do I teach?
Learning is more about practising and experience, so expect action! InPerson or remote training are filled with a lot of exercises, interesting case studies, experience sharing and great conversations. It is not a full day death by PowerPoint, it is an interactive and collaborative session. And as learning doesn't end with the training, we stay in contact after.
