Provided a great environment to learn
Great classroom environment facilitated using the Miro board. It was structured well to regularly break out for discussion and to apply the teaching. Leaders were very knowledgeable and personable with the offer of further support to build on the network.

Fab course for Scrum Masters/those that aspire to be a Scrum Master.
2 days of superb content, great pace and top class trainers. The sessions are good fun, really interactive and whilst they cover a HUGE amount of content its delivered and discussed in a way that's easy to digest and reflect upon. I'd highly recommend attending :-)

Excellent course
Excellent combination of explanations, interactivity, group work and discussions. It was great to have the material in a Mural board that we could explore and that the trainers explained some things while drawing. Pictures of the drawings were then added to Mural. We had many discussions in small groups which helped understand the concepts and how scrum works

Great Class for people introducing Kanban
I really enjoyed the class. I found looking at the effects of introducing WIP's into the workflow and how it effected throughput really interesting. Learning about the metrics and forecasting were also really key for me. Andy was a great facilitator and the pace of the class was good.

Conversational and a lot of learnings
Andy and Steve facilitated the course very well. It was a collaborative & interactive, conversational and packed with learnings. Everyone also had the chance to share their views and experiences throughout the course. Definitely recommend this course if you want to take your scrum master knowledge to the next level.

Awesome experience!
Steve and Andy are great facilitators, the course was really fun to attend, I learnt a lot and feel that I really improved during those two days.
The group of people attending were also part of this successful experience.
The only areas preventing me from giving a full five stars are the PO-interview (maybe have it done before the course, or inform the attendees more in advance), and the rhythm of the breakout rooms which got hectic at some point.
Don't hesitate to book your slot for the next session, you won't regret it

What an amazing course.
Wow, I can't believe the two-day course is over... Both Andy & Steve are so engaging that I didn't realise how fast the time was passing, their knowledge and how they guided us through both days made this an amazing experience.

I really enjoyed the two-day Scrum…
I really enjoyed the two-day Scrum workshop. The combination of theory and practical sessions worked really well. I thought it was great having a combination of text and visuals to accommodate those with different learning styles; and I found the content was extremely well organised.
The material was delivered at an excellent pace with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and the group work really helped reinforce our learning.
The instructors were brilliant. Their enthusiasm and belief in what they were teaching was readily apparent. The pre- and post-workshop communication has been useful too.

A fun way to learn Scrum!

Informative and engaging
My two instructors Steve Trapps and Andy Hiles made the course very digestable and engaging. Not only were they able to speak on the material and answer questions as they came up but they also had plenty of visual aids. Course activities were unique and made interaction with classmates and instructors feel organic.

Scrum Product Owner learnings
Very engaging course from the start. I particularly liked that a learning was shared and then we were separated into groups to go into an activity. On any online course it is easy to lose engagement over the course of the day. The breakout sessions ensured that engagement remained high throughout.
There were lots of opportunities to ask questions related to our own roles and circumstances.
There were a couple of times when we were a bit unsure of what the ask was in the breakout sessions. A bit more clarity on the Sprint Goal for our product would have been appreciated. We all got there but a bit of time was spent ensuring we all agreed what the ask was.
I am unsure if this is possible but an example of how best to use Scrum on a Waterfall funded and managed Programme would be beneficial.
My thanks again for accommodating my request to dip out of the course on the first day to meet a personal commitment.

Highly recommended workshop
The workshop is very well paces, and goes through a lot of information in an easy-to-digest way. Steve and Andy are friendly and welcoming, clearly knowledgable and really believe in what they teach.
Not only I've enjoyed the workshop, but I also passed the PSM1 based on what I learned on the course. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable and engaging
Steve and Andy ran a really good course with plenty of interactivity, and breakout sessions. Remote learning has become the norm over the last couple of years and this was an excellent example of how to do it well. The content was really well thought out and presented and I think all the delegates learned a great deal.
I was quite intense and perhaps would benefit from being perhaps half a day longer, but if you're willing to learn you will get a lot out of this.

Engaging and well presented
Andy and Steve presented this course in a fantastic way. Delivering training remotely is not easy but both Steve and Andy made it engaging, this was certainly not death by Powerpoint.
This was delivered at a decent pace with regular breaks at just the right time. The material covered was relevant, highly informative, and focused on topic.

Andy Hiles is a great tutor. I was worried that two full days of training via Zoom would be tiring, but Andy made the course fun and engaging, with lots of varied activities to keep everyone's energy levels up. Plus he has a knack for bringing the subject matter to life, providing real-world examples rather than theory.

Steve and Andy did an incredible job on making the long days fly by with engaging visuals, collaborative exercises, and by never going too far into something without a break. This is how all online classes should be conducted, we used Mural which was a great visual tool that was fun to use, easy to follow along and allowed for ease of understanding. My favorite part of the course was that we did an exercise where we "mocked" a sprint and product as is we were in a real company. It was a perfect way to learn concepts in a real world way and this is how all learning should head towards. I am looking into getting more certifications is they are the ones doing it. I had a great time and just really respected the professionalism, dedication, and engagement you both brought.

Excellence in a neat tidy package.
Andy and Steve provided a lot of interesting and helpful information in a fun and informal setting that made it easy to go through and understand the fundamentals of scrum and the more intricate side of scrum.
As time went on throughout the course, I found my appreciation and understanding for SCRUM improving and my appreciation for a good burger!
In addition to answering any and all questions about scrum as the course progressed, Steve and Andy never made you feel silly for asking questions and welcomed it at any point to make sure that we understand Scrum in a thorough and robust manner.

I attended the two day Applying Professional Scrum class in October 2021 and was really impressed. Lots of effort had gone into to making the content dynamic and interactive, which made the information easier to absorb and remember. Great experience of the APS class
I took the APS class with Steve Trapps and Andy Hiles. As someone that has been on these type of things before, covering similar material, it was a breath of fresh air to find it extremely engaging, entertaining and educational.
It is a very thought through course with great real-world examples that force one to think further than the base material available in the Scrum guide. It truly stretches your knowledge and understanding of how best practice should look, making you question the work I am doing and how I might improve it for myself and the team I work with as soon as possible, not sure what more one could want!

Excellent course ran by two of the nicest experts in Scrum
Steve and Andy ran a very well organised and most importantly, a fun and useful PSM course. The materials and activities really did expose us to what Scrum is really about and all concepts are presented in an easy to understand manner. The discussions with other peers were also invaluable and showed that the problems we encountered are not unique. Highly recommended course and I promise you that you will come out of it a better Scrum Master!

This was exactly the type of training I was looking for. Focused on the practical aspects of Kanban metrics and best practices augmenting the Scrum framework. I liked the approach in which Andy presented the topic and collaboration with other classmates. What mattered for me at the end were the real-life examples and cases studies shared among participants. I got great inspiration for improving my work as a Scrum Master working with my agile Teams and enabled me to successfully pass the PSK assessment.

Andy is really adept in coaching and has a solid grasp on the topics related to Agility, Scrum, Kanban. The 2 days session was really enjoyable and at the same time, thanks to Andy's preparation beforehand, an amazing learning experience. Excellent 2 day training for Professional Scrum Master, Andy and Steve were superb in the delivery and taking us through the training with lots of personal references and stories. Although this was a 2 day training course all on Teams, it didn't feel like you were just sat on Teams all day, very engaging and inclusive, allowing for some really good collaboration with the whole team. Highly recommend.

A great remote course on Scrum from…
A great remote course on Scrum from Steve and Andy. This was one of the best paced, most engaging courses I've ever been on, in-person or remote. Having the two trainers really kept the energy levels up. The creative use of break out rooms in Zoom worked brilliantly and meant that the participants weren't always just listening or talking to the same people. And Steve and Andy's use of Mural for collabortaion worked very well. Recommended.

The Professional Scrum Product Owner course, facilitated by Andy & Steve was a fantastic couple of days learning. Prior to this I had various different experiences of what I thought or had been told was Scrum, but Andy & Steve helped clarify the framework, roles and application. This was a virtual Teams class
This was a virtual class held through Teams (2021 you know). I was very pleased with how interactive it was and the level of presentation. 2 days went extremely fast and contained good amount of information. Being a Scrum Master needs of course much more than that, but this is really a good start. Thank you Andy and Steve.

This course was great!
Steve and Andy have a great rapport with each other which they quickly extend to all of those attending. The lively chat between the two of them creates a great atmosphere for learning and makes them both really easy to ask any questions you may have.
They have honed this course for remote learning, with frequent breaks and great interactive material and activities.
I would recommend this course to anyone, but especially if you want to get started with Scrum.

Great workshop, I'd highly recommend!
Steve and Andy did a great job, not only of walking through all the parts key to Scrum but also coaching how to go on and apply it. Really interesting workshop with a good mix of taught elements, interactivity, and challenging participants understanding. The training was fantastic
The training was fantastic, interactive, informative and no matter what experience you had with Scrum, agile or PO the training offered something. Steve and Andy clearly have bags of experience, so are teaching from a base of doing and understanding, which just made the course run so well, the additional insights they could give through experience really helped hammer home the messages.

Interactive
Interactive, Precise and Fun Course!
I had the pleasure of attending the PSM I course that was led by Andy Hiles and Steve Trapps. They are like peas in a pod, working together in such harmony that it seemed like a well directed play :) They truly went out of their way to engage, interact and help us understand the key concepts behind Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master. I've heard from colleagues that this course was one of the BEST ones they have attended till date, and I concur with them.
Even though the 2 days were completely virtual, I was never bored even for a moment. The breaks were accurate and timeboxed to perfection. The content delivery was spot on, all I had to do was to go through the Scrum guide, refer to the classroom notes before taking the assessment. I passed at the first attempt!
Kudos to you two! Keep doing what you are doing :)

An excellent course
An excellent course, some great ideas and resources to help to implement some of the concepts taught. This is a very practical course with very little 'talk and chalk' and loads of exercises and discussion to bring home the concepts and explore the challenges that they throw up. I would recommend this to anyone looking to take their teams to the next level of continuous predictable delivery of value.

An excellent, engaging 2 day course where the fundamentals of Kanban and Scrum are laid bare and taught in an engaging way.

Fantastic trainer & perfect way to start learning about SCRUM
The course was the perfect introduction to SCRUM and even if the topic can seem quite broad, the trainer (Andy Hiles) did a fantastic job expanding on the meaning of all concepts, using real-life examples, highly knowledgeable delivery and also visual materials (Drawings). All in al I can say that the 2 days flew by and it was a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic - 10/10
This has been one of the best training seminars I have ever attended! Andy & Steve combined their vast wealth of professional knowledge with a great sense of joviality and a captivating teaching style that kept their audience engaged. All of this was achieved via Webex, which really goes to show how good Andy & Steve are. They successfully overcame technology barriers and delivered the training better online than many courses I've experienced face to face.

I attended an online Professional Product Owner class with Andy Hiles in January 2021. I would highly recommend this class to both experienced and new Product Owners. Andy is an extremely accomplished trainer who uses a variety of tools and techniques to ensure the course is both relevant and engaging. He encouraged all the attendees to participate with both questions or real life examples which served to reinforce the course content. I would not hesitate to attend another of Andy’s classes if given the chance.

Excellent Course, thoroughly enjoyed!
Thoroughly enjoyed my PSM 1 course, which was lead by Steve + Andy. The course was interactive, fun, and allowed to meet new people and discuss different experiences of scrum use in current day to day organisations which I found to be a real benefit.
Steve + Andy really got across the importance and benefits of scrum, and even despite being a virtual online class, it was still interactive and I still feel that I got the same knowledge from the class as I would have done in person. This was originally a concern for me, however having been on the course, I would happily sign up for a virtual course again.
This was the first scrum.org certification that I have obtained, but due to the teaching style, and nature of the course it won't be the last. Looking forward to the next course!

The digital experience was great and I found both Steve and Andy to be extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the two day course. PSPO cert. course with Steve and Andy
I attended the virtual training with Steve and Andy in mid-September 2020. The course - and its delivery - surpassed any expectations I had. I do believe that my learnings here aided in my passing of the PSPOI certificate on the first go!
Both Andy and Steve are highly knowledgeable, professional and easy-going, which made for a very relaxed, yet intense, working environment. With many real life examples and exercises, the time seemed to fly by.
I left full equipped with knowledge & tools to immediately implement them into my work (as a Product Owner) and to pass the certificate.
Fantastic course - highly recommend both the course and the instructors.

The course was excellent and covered all areas required in for me to understand SCRUM and successfully pass the PSPO certification exam. Despite the course being remote due to COVID-19 restrictions, the tools used made it incredibly interactive and fun.

Due to Covid-19 the course I attended was held over zoom, this did not in any way take away from the excellent training Steve and Andy provided. The course was enaging, fun and very informative.
Steve and Andy ensured everyone was engaged and the use of activities and breakout rooms gave the perfect opportunity to talk to other attendees and further my understanding of the course material.
I would highly recommend Steve and Andy and would love to join another of their courses in the future.

Highly Recommended
In these strange times I attended a Profession Scrum Master I course in a virtual setting. This in no way diminished the quality of the course. Steve and Andy obviously worked hard to make this as interactive as an in person count and succeeded. The content was well delivered and Steve and Andy are very experienced and very knowledgeable.
The course itself is very good. Well structured and certainly makes thinking and interacting a neccessity. Being new to Scrum my knowledge has grown a lot and I've got ideas and techniques to take back to my work place.

I now understand how kanban works with scrum...Andy is a brilliant trainer!
The course was great it put all the theory to the practice and has also highlighted areas we can improve our scrums teams ways of working such as reviewing our definition of work flow and implementing policies at each stage rather than as a whole. It also helped me understand what the different metrics are and how we can utilise these. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and has great training technique. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent course
Excellent combination of explanations, interactivity, group work and discussions. It was great to have the material in a Mural board that we could explore and that the trainers explained some things while drawing. Pictures of the drawings were then added to Mural. We had many discussions in small groups which helped understand the concepts and how scrum works

Great Class for people introducing Kanban
I really enjoyed the class. I found looking at the effects of introducing WIP's into the workflow and how it effected throughput really interesting. Learning about the metrics and forecasting were also really key for me. Andy was a great facilitator and the pace of the class was good.

Steve and Andy are great facilitators, the course was really fun to attend, I learnt a lot and feel that I really improved during those two days.
The group of people attending were also part of this successful experience.
The only areas preventing me from giving a full five stars are the PO-interview (maybe have it done before the course, or inform the attendees more in advance), and the rhythm of the breakout rooms which got hectic at some point.

I really enjoyed the two-day Scrum workshop. The combination of theory and practical sessions worked really well. I thought it was great having a combination of text and visuals to accommodate those with different learning styles; and I found the content was extremely well organised.
The material was delivered at an excellent pace with plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and the group work really helped reinforce our learning.
The instructors were brilliant. Their enthusiasm and belief in what they were teaching was readily apparent. The pre- and post-workshop communication has been useful too.

My two instructors Steve Trapps and Andy Hiles made the course very digestable and engaging. Scrum Product Owner learnings
Very engaging course from the start. I particularly liked that a learning was shared and then we were separated into groups to go into an activity. On any online course it is easy to lose engagement over the course of the day. The breakout sessions ensured that engagement remained high throughout.
There were lots of opportunities to ask questions related to our own roles and circumstances.
There were a couple of times when we were a bit unsure of what the ask was in the breakout sessions. A bit more clarity on the Sprint Goal for our product would have been appreciated. We all got there but a bit of time was spent ensuring we all agreed what the ask was.
I am unsure if this is possible but an example of how best to use Scrum on a Waterfall funded and managed Programme would be beneficial.
My thanks again for accommodating my request to dip out of the course on the first day to meet a personal commitment.

Enjoyable and engaging
Steve and Andy ran a really good course with plenty of interactivity, and breakout sessions. Remote learning has become the norm over the last couple of years and this was an excellent example of how to do it well. The content was really well thought out and presented and I think all the delegates learned a great deal.
I was quite intense and perhaps would benefit from being perhaps half a day longer, but if you're willing to learn you will get a lot out of this.

Andy and Steve presented this course in a fantastic way. Delivering training remotely is not easy but both Steve and Andy made it engaging, this was certainly not death by Powerpoint.
This was delivered at a decent pace with regular breaks at just the right time. The material covered was relevant, highly informative, and focused on topic.

Steve and Andy did an incredible job on making the long days fly by with engaging visuals, collaborative exercises, and by never going too far into something without a break. This is how all online classes should be conducted, we used Mural which was a great visual tool that was fun to use, easy to follow along and allowed for ease of understanding. My favorite part of the course was that we did an exercise where we "mocked" a sprint and product as is we were in a real company. It was a perfect way to learn concepts in a real world way and this is how all learning should head towards. I am looking into getting more certifications is they are the ones doing it. I had a great time and just really respected the professionalism, dedication, and engagement you both brought.

Excellence in a neat tidy package.
Andy and Steve provided a lot of interesting and helpful information in a fun and informal setting that made it easy to go through and understand the fundamentals of scrum and the more intricate side of scrum.
As time went on throughout the course, I found my appreciation and understanding for SCRUM improving and my appreciation for a good burger!
In addition to answering any and all questions about scrum as the course progressed, Steve and Andy never made you feel silly for asking questions and welcomed it at any point to make sure that we understand Scrum in a thorough and robust manner.

Great experience of the APS class
I took the APS class with Steve Trapps and Andy Hiles. As someone that has been on these type of things before, covering similar material, it was a breath of fresh air to find it extremely engaging, entertaining and educational.
It is a very thought through course with great real-world examples that force one to think further than the base material available in the Scrum guide. It truly stretches your knowledge and understanding of how best practice should look, making you question the work I am doing and how I might improve it for myself and the team I work with as soon as possible, not sure what more one could want!

This was exactly the type of training I was looking for. Focused on the practical aspects of Kanban metrics and best practices augmenting the Scrum framework. I liked the approach in which Andy presented the topic and collaboration with other classmates. What mattered for me at the end were the real-life examples and cases studies shared among participants. I got great inspiration for improving my work as a Scrum Master working with my agile Teams and enabled me to successfully pass the PSK assessment.

Excellent 2 day training for Professional Scrum Master, Andy and Steve were superb in the delivery and taking us through the training with lots of personal references and stories. Although this was a 2 day training course all on Teams, it didn't feel like you were just sat on Teams all day, very engaging and inclusive, allowing for some really good collaboration with the whole team. Highly recommend.

A great remote course on Scrum from Steve and Andy. This was one of the best paced, most engaging courses I've ever been on, in-person or remote. Having the two trainers really kept the energy levels up. The creative use of break out rooms in Zoom worked brilliantly and meant that the participants weren't always just listening or talking to the same people. And Steve and Andy's use of Mural for collabortaion worked very well. Recommended.

This was a virtual Teams class
This was a virtual class held through Teams (2021 you know). I was very pleased with how interactive it was and the level of presentation. 2 days went extremely fast and contained good amount of information. This course was great!
Steve and Andy have a great rapport with each other which they quickly extend to all of those attending. The lively chat between the two of them creates a great atmosphere for learning and makes them both really easy to ask any questions you may have.
They have honed this course for remote learning, with frequent breaks and great interactive material and activities.
I would recommend this course to anyone, but especially if you want to get started with Scrum.

Interactive, Precise and Fun Course!
I had the pleasure of attending the PSM I course that was led by Andy Hiles and Steve Trapps. They are like peas in a pod, working together in such harmony that it seemed like a well directed play :) They truly went out of their way to engage, interact and help us understand the key concepts behind Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master. I've heard from colleagues that this course was one of the BEST ones they have attended till date, and I concur with them.
Even though the 2 days were completely virtual, I was never bored even for a moment. The breaks were accurate and timeboxed to perfection. The content delivery was spot on, all I had to do was to go through the Scrum guide, refer to the classroom notes before taking the assessment. I passed at the first attempt!
Kudos to you two! Keep doing what you are doing :)

An excellent course
An excellent course, some great ideas and resources to help to implement some of the concepts taught. This is a very practical course with very little 'talk and chalk' and loads of exercises and discussion to bring home the concepts and explore the challenges that they throw up. I would recommend this to anyone looking to take their teams to the next level of continuous predictable delivery of value.

Fantastic trainer & perfect way to start learning about SCRUM
The course was the perfect introduction to SCRUM and even if the topic can seem quite broad, the trainer (Andy Hiles) did a fantastic job expanding on the meaning of all concepts, using real-life examples, highly knowledgeable delivery and also visual materials (Drawings). All in al I can say that the 2 days flew by and it was a very enjoyable experience. Would highly recommend it.

Excellent Course, thoroughly enjoyed!
Thoroughly enjoyed my PSM 1 course, which was lead by Steve + Andy. The course was interactive, fun, and allowed to meet new people and discuss different experiences of scrum use in current day to day organisations which I found to be a real benefit.
Steve + Andy really got across the importance and benefits of scrum, and even despite being a virtual online class, it was still interactive and I still feel that I got the same knowledge from the class as I would have done in person. This was originally a concern for me, however having been on the course, I would happily sign up for a virtual course again.
This was the first scrum.org certification that I have obtained, but due to the teaching style, and nature of the course it won't be the last. Looking forward to the next course!

Engaging, interactive and really solidified the scrum theory for me!
Engaging, interactive and really solidified the scrum theory for me! The digital experience was great and I found both Steve and Andy to be extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the two day course. I would highly recommend this course to scrum masters , or anyone working with scrum , I found it highly valuable!

PSPO cert. course with Steve and Andy
I attended the virtual training with Steve and Andy in mid-September 2020. The course - and its delivery - surpassed any expectations I had. I do believe that my learnings here aided in my passing of the PSPOI certificate on the first go!
Both Andy and Steve are highly knowledgeable, professional and easy-going, which made for a very relaxed, yet intense, working environment. With many real life examples and exercises, the time seemed to fly by.
I left full equipped with knowledge & tools to immediately implement them into my work (as a Product Owner) and to pass the certificate.
Fantastic course - highly recommend both the course and the instructors.

The course was excellent and covered…
The course was excellent and covered all areas required in for me to understand SCRUM and successfully pass the PSPO certification exam. Despite the course being remote due to COVID-19 restrictions, the tools used made it incredibly interactive and fun.

Due to Covid-19 the course I attended was held over zoom, this did not in any way take away from the excellent training Steve and Andy provided. The course was enaging, fun and very informative.
Steve and Andy ensured everyone was engaged and the use of activities and breakout rooms gave the perfect opportunity to talk to other attendees and further my understanding of the course material.
I would highly recommend Steve and Andy and would love to join another of their courses in the future.

We had to take this class virtually due…
We had to take this class virtually due to being in lockdown but this didn't hamper the course one bit. Steve & Andy ran it really well, kept the pace good throughout, always checked on people to make sure everything was understood & made it fun. I'd thoroughly recommend taking this course & using these guys!

Excellent course
Excellent course, delivered brilliantly via an online class. I was really nervous about doing the course online however Steve and Andy made it really interactive and enjoyable while still covering everything we needed to know.

Highly Recommended
In these strange times I attended a Profession Scrum Master I course in a virtual setting. This in no way diminished the quality of the course. Steve and Andy obviously worked hard to make this as interactive as an in person count and succeeded. The content was well delivered and Steve and Andy are very experienced and very knowledgeable.
The course itself is very good. Well structured and certainly makes thinking and interacting a neccessity. Being new to Scrum my knowledge has grown a lot and I've got ideas and techniques to take back to my work place.

Andy is an amazing human and a fantastic trainer. He brought great insight, depth, breadth from he’s professional and personal experiences and fun to the Professional Scrum Master training. I got so much out of it and throughly enjoyed it. I will absolutely recommend scrum.org moving forwards.

One of the best courses I have been on
One of the best courses I have been on. Really interactive and the content was delivered very visually with actions and participation. Worlds apart from slideshows and reading. The trainer could link through to real world experience and created a very open environment for us to question and challenge. Would recommend this course.

PSK with Andy and Steve - brilliant experience.
I had a blast on my PSK course with Andy Hiles and Steve Trapp. As someone with less Scrum experience than some of the other attendees, I was made to feel welcome and the course content remained accessible throughout. Both instructors clearly enjoyed working together and worked hard to ensure that the group was cohesive and engaged throughout.

I attended the Professional Scrum Product Owner training course and it was really informative, well organised and an enjoyable course. The pace ensured we covered everything in enough detail and the exercises ensured it was engaging throughout. I now understand how kanban works with scrum...Andy is a brilliant trainer!
The course was great it put all the theory to the practice and has also highlighted areas we can improve our scrums teams ways of working such as reviewing our definition of work flow and implementing policies at each stage rather than as a whole. It also helped me understand what the different metrics are and how we can utilise these. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and has great training technique. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
