My Assessment Session was Disconnected. How Can I Resume?

Your answers are saved as you submit each one, not at the end of the assessment. This means you will not lose any work.

Here are some actions you can take if you have connectivity issues:

  • If your assessment page freezes, you can always click refresh on your web browser and the assessment will reload on the same question you were on.
  • If your computer or web browser has a problem, using the same web browser, go to the start link for the assessment, and you should be taken back to the last question you were on.
  • If your internet goes down or if you are otherwise disconnected from your assessment session, please reach out to us. We will be able to reopen your session with the same amount of time remaining. Please simply write to support@scrum.org with your issue, and we will be happy to assist you.


In order to reduce the possibility of more technical difficulties occurring, we ask that you kindly refer to the Support Center article on technical recommendations and take those notes into consideration before resuming your assessment session.
